Description

Im interested in finding 4-5 players, who would be interested in playing Aquelarre, which is a medieval demonic fantasy role-playing game.  Aquelarre is set in the Iberian Peninsula during the 13th and 14th centuries of the Middle Ages. Players take on the roles of normal humans who walk a fine line between living ordinary and legal lives of drudgery, or using forbidden magic to lift themselves out of squalor. For more information check out the wiki: Log in to viewLog in to view I'm new to this game myself and as of yet there is no campaign. But for playtime I'm planning on creating a mini-campaign or just run 2-4 sessions of loosely tied adventures. Ideally sessions would take place on one fixed day during the workweek starting from 18:00 CET. The first session would be character creation as the game offers very unique backgrounds & professions and then also a mini-adventure to familiarise ourselves with the basic rules. If you are interested write to me here or on discord (mekaso).

Newbie friendly
New players are welcome, and nobody expects you to know the rules beforehand.
We are playing through the offical Curse of Strahd campaign book. Curse of Strahd is fundamentally a gothic horror campaign dripping with macabre dread. The tone is dark, oppressive, and tragic, trading standard heroic fantasy for themes of isolation, moral ambiguity, and hopelessness as players face the eternal tyranny of Count Strahd von Zarovich. If you are interested and want to get a glimpse of what Curse of Strahd entails then read about the Triggers here: List of topics and triggers Stuff that are not welcome at our table: * Racism * Sexual assualt topics/themes * AI pictures * AI descriptions We try to schedule two games per month and the price per player for a session is 25€. If we are able to have two games per month then thats 50€ total. Most players speak mainly english so thats what we use at the table. We have a mix of newbies and intermediate players so everyone is welcomed. We cancel a session if there are less than 4 players. Currently we are seven session deep into the campaign. Next session takes place in November We do our planning in a Whatsapp groupchat, we play in Tallinn at the official Kvest hub.

Monday, Tuesday A group decides on day & time Most people will probably play between 16:00 – 21:00 (GMT+0) It'll be played in a Discord voice chat "Theatre of the Mind" playstyle (means no VTT) Discord (weebseatshit) *PREMISE* You are dragged into a dangerous encounter together with other unlucky ones. Now you are bonded whether you want it or not. Since you are a witness, some people want you dead, watch your back(s) & trust no one It's an RP-focused, casual, beginner-friendly Forgotten Realms based homebrew campaign, with an emphasis on story & adventures Ratio: 60 Roleplay/30 Exploration/10 Combat Starting level is 1, Point Buy, Milestone leveling Spells become cantrips, a player can cast them without components or GP Cooldown of spells depends from their power level & the DM's will, but if a player is gonna spam spells, i'll Elfen Lied him or put some shit like Leo Bonhart from Witcher  Some spells that affect game's balance & world, may be forbidden. It'll be discussed HP are cinematic. Depending from how much & what kind of damage a character receives, i'll adjust his condition Only these races are allowed: Human, Elf (Moon, Wood), Dwarf, Goliath, Tiefling (Purple, Pink, Blue), Tystling (a human with cat ears (& eyes)) Artificer & Psion aren't allowed I'll describe locations & looks with little to no detail Just like with the books, i'd prefer that every player imagined their own stuff (& because there may be an info that player may not get or just ignore) About forbidden spells As an example, this is only level 1 Wizard, but i hope you get an idea Mending Charm Person Detect Magic Detect Poison and Disease Friends Unseen Servant Tasha's Hideous Laughter Sudden Awakening Sleep Sense Emotion Puppet Identify Id Insinuation Healing Elixir Disguise Self Comprehend Languages Cause Fear Ressurection & lethal spells Instead of using ability checks or in-game tools (acquiring unique items, talking to people, searching for clues, improvise), a player casts a spell that speedruns a campaign But a player can prepare all other spells A tystling is similar to a cat Monochrome darkvision Enhanced senses: smell, hearing, vision, touch & balance (+3 Dexterity, Perception, Acrobatics) Soft step: walking is almost noiseless (unless a tystling has something noisy on), running is slightly quieter comparing to other races (+4 Stealth) A tystling is shorter than an elf, but taller than a dwarf A tystling is slim like an elf, but lighter than an elf, with smaller muscles. That makes a tystling even more agile & dexterous than an elf, but it's very hard for a tystling to lift or carry medium heavy things (8 AC, -5 Strength, Athletics)

🩸Brussels is the capital of Europe. To the mortals, it’s a surreal maze. To the Kindred, it’s a gilded cage. The year is 2016. Prince Vermeulen has wiped the court floor clean to make room for a fresh generation of neonates. Meanwhile, from their sheltered university campus, the Anarchs are gambling with their long running truce. You arrive in the City with a target on your back, drafted into a game you don’t yet understand. Here, the Masquerade is paramount and your allegiance is your only shield, for beyond the polished cobblestones of the city center darker mysteries lie in wait. Your word carries weight: every alliance has a price, and every secret is a weapon. Your actions will test your Humanity and shape the City. Your failures will shape your execution. How long will you navigate the avenues of power? Will you rise in the City of Wastrels or vanish from records and memories? Brussels is watching, and Brussels remembers. - Ruleset: Vampire: The Masquerade 5th edition. - Mature audience, adults only. - Beginners welcome, LGBTQ+ and kink friendly. - Choice of online sessions or Play by Post. - Membership starts at 8.99 EUR/month More information via ko-fi: https://ko-fi.com/hiddenson/tiers
