My name is Tim, and I'm looking to try out Pathfinder 2e and Starfinder 2e. I'm a fairly experienced player of D&D 5/5.5e, and still enjoy those systems. I absolutely love love playing caster characters and will usually play one. I prefer roleplay-focused games, especially one witha strong narrative and exploration. I like combat, too. Just not as much. For PF2e/SF2e, I have fully read the rule books and want to get a feel for the system. For D&D5/5.5e I am already comfortable, and have DM'd a little. I am open Friday evenings, and all day on Sunday. Bi-Weekly schedules are preferred, but will accept weekly or montly schedules. Short of sickness or emergencies, i will always be able to show up for sessions. I will not play at tables that exclude people based on sex, gender, sexual orientation, or race.

Hello I'd be interested in joining a group if possible. I am available Mon-sun starting at 7pm est except wed. I rarely miss sessions and if I think there's even a possibility, I would give a heads up. I don't mind if it's already ongoing as long as it's not to far in. I enjoy character bonding as a group and as individuals and my favorite thing about DND is creating backstories. I have a few lined up that I typically discuss with the DM to see which would be the best fit. One backstory for a example is a human rogue who's a member of a f very powerful crime family. Though he's in hiding since he's constantly getting in there way of business to ruin it. I also try to get everyone involved if I notice someone having trouble getting involved. I do prefer to focus more on the game than talking outside of game.

Hey there! I'm still fairly new to TTRPGs - I have been playing DnD 5e for about 2 years now and would love to join a (bi-) weekly group - preferably on the weekends. I do enjoy battles and exploration - but I really enjoy the roleplaying aspect, even though I still feel like an awkward introvert sometimes and need a sec for my brain to catch up and think of an answer or reaction. But discovering what makes a character tick, seeing what bonds form between party members, how they react to the world and shape it in turn - for the better or worse - that's the good stuff! I like a broad spectrum of fantasy genres - be it ghibli-esque charme, sword and sorcery, gothic horror or dark fantasy, or whatever else may strike my fancy. But I am rather fond of morally complex worlds where not everything might turn out 'good' - where not every victory feels heroic, where things are seldom pure 'good' or 'bad' and where the choices the characters make, or don't make, have consequences further down the line. Also: English isn't my first language, but (I think) I am fairly proficient in it, even though the talking bit might be a tad rusty from lack of use - but what better way to brush up on this skill than playing make-believe and having fun bashing bosses and planning plots?

Hi there! I'm looking for a game with people who love the comradery of roleplay. I enjoy a game that is balanced with combat, problem solving, political intrigue, travel, survival or whatever aspects the GM wants to put our merry band up against. I'm in your world now. Play Style: I'm serious about having fun. I'm low maintenance and I fit well into most groups. I'm a stickler about showing up on time to every session. I put a good effort into making my characters fun for the other players as well as the GM. I'm not much of a min/maxer. I don't know the powerful builds as I tend to add to my characters in a manner consistent with their back story. I write modest back stories and try to include multiple hooks that the GM might choose to use somewhere along the road. I prefer to see a good story or interesting outcome rather than fuss over rules. I tend to get in character and stay in character for an entire session. I'm not adverse to long sessions, provided we have appropriate intermissions. Experience: I haven't played for two or three years, so I'll need a bit of help getting back up to speed. I know nothing about 5e 2024 rule changes. I'm generally a quick study and willing to learn anything new. I'd prefer a DnD 5e 2014 game, but would be willing to learn 2024 and I do have some experience with PF2e. I have GMed homebrews in 5e on several occasions, but my first choice is to participate as a player. I prefer Foundry VTT, but I have participated in past games using Roll20 and DndBeyond. I have fairly in depth knowlege of the inner workings of FVTTv12/13. Prefered Times: I'm in Ontario Canada (UTC-4) and would prefer games that were afternoons or evenings local time. North American games or evening UK/EU games can fit my schedule nicely. My schedule is fairly open, so I'm easy to accommodate. My ideal schedule would be a weekly game of at least 3-4 hours. I try to do voices and even posture/gestures, where possible. I've played D&D constantly for about 6 years, and I've my it the only thing I really do outside of school and work and such. I really enjoy D&D, not particularly because of the combat or roleplay, but more so because of the pure creativity and lore in campaigns. It sparks my mind in ways I can't usually which is one of the reasons for me enjoying it so much. I do still like combat and roleplay a lot though, but I might struggle to get into my characters voice sometimes. In terms of what I like to play, I dabble in a little bit of everything. I've played all the way from homebrew campaigns, to roleplay campaigns, to oficial campaigns, all the way to oneshots. I've played every genre immaginable ranging from high-fantasy, low-fantasy, sci-fi, historical, modern, horror, and puzzle.

Hey, so I am a 20+ year vetern GM looking to expand my horizens with new game systems through one shots or short campaigns here and there. I can do Tuesday and Wednesday evenings pretty regularly and I am very reliable when it comes to game commiments. I enjoy player drive narratives, a balanced mix of combat and roleplay (system dependent), and the rule of the narraritve and cool over being chained by rules. I do like my games either quite dark like Call of Cthulhu, Alien and Dungeons of Drakkenheim or the complete opposite, light and funny like Terry Pratchett's Discworld.

Hi, I'm an experienced player (9 years) looking for a more RP-heavy online campaign. That being said, I love the full D&D experience, so I'm not looking for a strictly RP group. I don't have a specific character in mind at the moment, and would prefer to come up with one after having a better idea of what the setting is like, and what the party is missing. Availability: (Eastern Standard Time) I'm free Tuesdays after 5pm, and other days after 11am. I'm busy on Mondays and Thursdays. Sundays are free after 6pm. Other Info: I'm a Canadian in my 30s. I have some experience with DMing (and voicework), but its pretty limited. I love to draw, create playlists, and make moodboards for my character and party members. I've played in a handful of games using the 2014 rules but I find 2024's changes in the lore, classes (mainly monk), and rules super interesting and I've been itching to try them out! As for the kind of game I'd be interested in playing in, I'd like to play in a heroic fantasy type game that is equal parts fun combat and character roleplay. I like joking around in my games but I'm also invested in the game's story and characters and I'm able to be serious during important moments. other small things: - I don't like ai being used in games - I would apprieciate a battle map during combat. It could just be a blank grid with tokens, I just struggle with theater of the mind. I'm available on any day except Thursdays.

Open to in-person or online gaming. I have kids, so working around family schedule is a consideration. Generally, I lean to more narrative gaming than combat oriented. A combat map + hours to resolve combat is a turn off to me. I've played a long 5e campain in the past (over a year with weekly online / Discord meetups), but i am not so interested in most 5e anymore. I have a decent amount of experience with ttrpgs in general, mainly D&D, but none with the two I'm looking for; Vampire The Masquerade and Lancer (which I recognize have very different vibes XD). For Vtm, I have some rulebooks for V5 and would say I'm decently familiar with it. I've played around with creating a few characters, and have read the books quite throughly, so I don't think I'd need too much help. I just may ask a few questions here and there. For Lancer, well, I have the rulebook. I've started to read it, but I haven't gotten that far. Joining a game would definitely encourage me to read more though, and I'd probably be able to finish it before the first session (I'm a pretty fast reader). Rulebook aside, I do have a little bit of knowledge about the rules, since I've been watching people stream it, but I'll certainly need a decent amount of help- even after I finish reading the book. My schedule is both free and a mess. I'm in other games; One I'm running on Wednesdays, one I'm in every other Thursday, and another that's supposed to be starting soon on Saturdays and Mondays. Hello there! My name is Blaze, I'm a 27 y/o transfem, and I've recently decided to dive into learning about World of Darkness and giving it a shot. I've currently bought the core books for Vampire, Werewolf, and Hunter (all 5e) and am down for learning and playing those, or trying out the 20th anniversary games (though I'd need some way of accessing the rules for those). I'm available on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays from 8am to 12pm PST (sometimes available late at night depending on my work schedule). I'd love to find a group to explore the world of gothic punk horror with! I like strong and engaging roleplay, with plenty of opportunities to explore my and others' characters, though I also enjoy a good combat. I can be a bit shy with new groups, but if the group is willing to welcome me in, I usually open up pretty fast. I'm still learning about WoD, but if I were to give some thought about character types I might wanna play (I've only skimmed the rulebooks so far): Vampire: Brujah, Tzimice, Nosferatu, or maybe Ventrue Werewolf: Bone Gnawer, Black Fury, Ghost Council, Hart Warden, or Silent Strider Hunter: Inquisitive, Faithful, or Underground Mage: Dunno much, but I'd probably lean towards a Traditions character, though Technocracy could be fun too The rest: I don't know enough about player options in the other games.
