We are a group that has been playing for the past 6 years and are looking to add a couple of new players. We have been playing in a long-running Star Wars campaign, but are about to switch to either a D&D 5.5e adventure or a superhero adventure. We love to play all sorts of games such as Star Wars, D&D (Nimble/Shadowdark), superheroes, Shadowrun, as well as many others! We meet at my house near the Hwy 36 and Sheridan exit. Everyone brings lunch and chats from about 1130 to noon. Then we play from noon to 1600. We play ever Sunday. Our table is LGBTQ 🏳️‍🌈 safe and friendly as well as anti-MAGA. Feel free to text me or email me with questions. We are looking for people who are serious about gaming and having fun, and who can be consistent.

Hi and hello , ill cut this short im running a shortish campaign in my homebrew setting , there are 4 (Maxium 5) slots for this campaign, the time can be flexed later when we have a group more importantly this will be a 18+ campaign .all i ask is that you have a device that isn't your phone. THE GAME STARTS AT GMT+3 7 pm , time can be adjusted  Heres the campaign description In the deep dark subconscious that is your mind you lay...what happened exactly? you can't remember much other than being submerged in the waters but...there is one thing, burned into your memory. You are a Vurrum Inquisitors of the city of Vurrum. You remember being tasked to investigate the Cafe Den. Meet the representative and wrap things up. How hard can it be? it's just a simple wellness check after all... You remember the upcoming election! For once, bloodshed and mindless tyranny is tossed out the window to hold a 'fair' election. But you know the peoples votes wont matter. Yours though, yours does. People will be watching, and you will have to vote for what you think is truly better for Rumm (the east of Westrum) .. This is a short campaign starting from level 1 to possibly reaching level 6 depending on how quickly things are solved , mysteries explained etc etc. This takes place in my homebrew world of Westrum and because of this there are some tweaks on races and some class lore for mostly worldbuilding reasons. If you have any questions at all, you can absolutely feel free to ask me! You'll be in the east side of westrum somewhere in the 1400s so keep that in mind and don't be afraid to ask clarifying questions! The campaign is gonna be a 50/50 split between roleplay and combat, since most of the campaign is going to be taking place within the city of Vurrum, and leaving won't be be all that common. For the purposes of the campaign, there will be some restrictions on certain races and classes, for mostly story purposes. For races, you can always ask before hand, and for Classes, the following are unplayable for the duration of the campaign: bloodhunter message me  on discord please potatoe_wizard

Grasianil Chronicles[Custom D6 System][Maptool]

Homebrew Homebrew
Roleplay focused Roleplay focused
Looking for player interested in testing custom game system via narrative roleplay and learning the system itself. Grasianil: Custom D6-based system utilizing Maptool primarily, heavily stream-lined to support large, quick battles. Versatility allows vehicles, mechs, and spaceships, utilizing unique mechanics, in-addition to single players. Minimal delays owing to macros within Maptool, utilizing pop-up menus, automatic calculation of damage, debuffs, armor, etc. Highly adaptable, with streamlined rules offering as much complexity as is desired, and based on the setting. Developed by myself and my partner who passed away earlier this year. Supports several original fantasy and sci fi worlds of varying types, from traditional western high fantasy, to detailed low fantasy, from space opera-style sci fi, to more realistic settings. In-addition to original settings not listed here, it has been adapted to: Legend of Zelda Battletech Middle Earth Forgotten Realms Mystara Shadowrun and Cyberpunk Pre-existing settings are not played strictly-canon, but consistency is stressed. Medium amount of experience in RPing requested, as well as an open mind to learn a new system. Maptool 1.11.5 needed, Discord used primarily for all text but other programs are an option, Google sheets used for some settings. Time-zone of GM is US Central. RPing otherwise done via text on Discord, but other options open to discussion. Session date and time variable, any listed setting available, suggestions welcome, inquire in DMs to myself for further details. GM preference for folks interested in creating a story, rather than purely for the gaming. One-on-one only, at the moment. No cost. No absolute obligation. Reach out to natalie7995 on Discord, or via message/email for more information. When reaching out, please send a message via Groupfinder or over Discord.

Traitor's Hymn Campaign

Combat focused Combat focused
Roleplay focused Roleplay focused
Hello Everyone; At this time I'm doing an interest check for a possible up and coming Warhammer 40,000 RPG game using the Wrath & Glory system, specifically the Traitor's Hymn starter set. This would be my very first time engaging with the system, so forewarning for those interested, they may be dealing with a consistent review of information and determination! About the Gamemaster The important part that everyone wants to know (excluding the game information itself!), is who am I - the Gamemaster! A bit about me; I'm a middle aged individual with a small family, living in a rural area who enjoys roleplaying games. I've been engaged in various forms of roleplay - from small play-by-post forum communities, to D&D and tabletop roleplaying games - for well over two decades now, mostly as a gamemaster. I enjoy guiding new players into the experience, and have hosted various campaigns across different modules and systems. For the most part my experience lies in D&D5e (2014), however I have dabbled in alternative systems (i.e. Gensys, Shadow of the Beanstalk, LANCER, and others). I tend to lean towards realistic, gritty and dark play styles, though I do like working within the comfort of the group as a whole. As such, pre-play conversation regarding limitations of topics, content and other material is a must in my general experience. In addition, perhaps as a weirdness of my own personality, I do tend to look for groups that are highly active inside and outside the tabletop experience itself. Conversation beyond just the in-game time is a great aspect, and I find it makes everything more enjoyable! About the Game Now for the part everyone cares to hear about in depth! Game System: Warhammer 40k Wrath & Glory, Traitor's Hymn Starter Adventure. Game Time: Friday or Saturday evenings, between 18:30 hours and 22:00 hours Mountain Daylight Time. Player Count: 3-5 players. *Preference will be placed towards those with no or limited experience with roleplay, or the Wrath & Glory system.* Content Notices: Dark and Gritty gameplay, violence & gore, dark themes (non-sexual in nature). Location: Discord (Voice & Chat), Virtual Tabletop System (TBD). Important Notes At this time I am looking to obtain insight into interest, so if not enough players sign up, the game (obviously) won't be running. I will attempt to answer any & all questions potential players may have, however time is definitely a luxury, so responses may not be immediate. Please do not sign up if you are not invested in putting in the time, effort and engagement to play. I am looking to run this weekly or bi-weekly depending on availability, and while I understand that some sessions will need to be cancelled, rescheduled or outright missed, this should not be a common occurrence. Players must be 18 years of age or older. While I am happy to hear about younger folks joining the game, this will be an adult table, and should only contain legal adults. Submit Application If you are interested, please submit an application through the associated application process. At this time I am hoping to have the application officially close by August 31, 2026. Applicants will be contacted if they appear to be a good fit, and will receive contact by the aforementioned closure date if selected. Thank you for your interest; Wolfie<>

I am looking for Players who enjoy a game were what you do on the way to the dungeon is as important as what you do in the dungeon. You might meet some Woodelf hunters on the way who offer trade, ask for supplies, seek aid or pick up a rumor. Characters can trade in vast markets and with the right reputation or a strong skill in bartering may come out a head. Intrigue can be heavy or light depending on the players stategy and the choices they make. The world is not balanced to the players you my fight a group of goblins or run from a powerful elemental the choice is yours. Characters can become involved in local politics with the thought of becoming more or may just want to be an alchemist studying the herbal trade. There are many classes, races and careers open to the characters. Magic be it conjuration, spiritual, divine, demononic, necrotic, naturalism or achane is developed by the character. The path that they move into, the creaton of there personal spells and the ability to hold rituals after achieving enough peraonal power is your desicion to make. The are many options to magic beyond the norm. dwarven rune casters, shaman Ki masters with abilities beyond what is in most systems. Combat and personal arms is treated in the same way warriors choose there weapons and armor styles and can train to become masters with these chosen fighting styles. Its up to you to decide where you go. We play over Discord. If you are interested in something different, where roleplaying is as important as the stats your character has give me a reply. We are also looking for a GM who is interested in learning and running a new game

Game language is English but also Hindi/Punjabi/Urdu. Sau Sakhi is a collection of stories and literature from various sources where the reoccuring theme is Sikhism. Sau Sakhi literally means (Hundred Stories). It can be considered the 1001 Nights of India. Although I will be using various sources, not just the Sau Sakhi. This campaign will be an excellent platform for those interested in getting wiser and learning about the tenets and events in the West-Indian region. Games will be run weekly until my professional games get more players, at which point I will pause this campaign. Schedule is flexible but we will run sessions on Fridays (1800-2200) CEST/UTC+2, Foundry VTT combat maps, Discord voice. Fill in the Google form beneath to be paired into the group. very modified Homebrew DND game, levels 2-10

Hello, I’m Richard, 33, from the UK, and have DM’d for nearly 6 years and am looking for a new group. Lack of time and diverging interests (I want serious, darker DND; they wanted chaotic, light-hearted DND and 2 hours a week) meant we parted ways, and I’m looking for a new group of 3-5 players. This is a homebrew world. About the game world: Aurelis is a homebrew world formed by me smashing Forgotten Realms, World of Warcraft, and my own ideas into a blender, with fair amounts of stealing from Dragon Age, Fate/Stay Night, and Northern Lights. Broadly, it is the age of exploration fantasy. Plate armour, horses, ships with cannons, pistols and muskets, and the rise of organised religion conflicting with traditional pantheon beliefs. Netherese Empire fell, and since then, while large empires formed to the south and west, a large region struggled with all the monsters, instabilities, and remains fragmented. Level 5 characters are considered serious figures; above level 7 is extremely rare. Map for reference: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1IEkkwUWubui_cf-p9OIK8Uqg9cGPnnv_/view?usp=sharing It has 17 species split into 30 different groups – I’ve worked hard to try and ensure no-one are humans in fur-suits, and instead have distinct mechanical, narrative, and biological differences. All elves are addicted to magic and must sate this addiction in different ways; Kanami only feel emotion through their Netherese masks; Riksha have primal urges they desperately try to keep under control, for example. Here is a snapshot of them – currently, I’ve drawn 20 of the images here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1IIWYu61Pxj8HW_Kylr3QQJqy-q2HRUyi/view?usp=sharing  Story-wise: I have lots of story threads I’m happy to explore, so it would depend on which part of the world. I want places to be revisited, with the player’s family, friends, and rivals all in reach, with reused characters and their progressions, so I want a local region instead of a huge globe-trotting adventure. Rime of the Frostmaiden is an excellent frame of reference for the scale I want. The story might get fairly dark. Some NPCs have been tortured, there’s a doctor who discovered CPR by drowning a bunch of people and refining his approach, slavery is a thing in parts of the world (but not morally grey), and monsters aren’t going to pretend children don’t exist. Happy to discuss lines (e.g. my last group was “you can involve kids, just don’t describe it”). Some will be less than others – Rashemi is more light-hearted than Pierowall for example – but it’ll be on the table. Val Chateaux, an enormous city and region with a stark divide between the rich and poor, filled with intrigue and revolutionary ideas. Rashemi Sea: Travel around on a ship, discover islands, deal with the factions surrounding you. Rhaaz-Mar. If set here, it would be during a succession crisis, based on The Anarchy in English History. Land filled with eaglefolk, slimefolk, addicted elves, turtlefolk, and foxfolk. Silver Cordillera: A federation of states brought to its knees by a recent invasion, adventuring in an about-to-unravel kingdom. Aravor: lots of city-states using adventurers as they are too weak to send armies outwards.  Aurilbard: Definitely Not Icewind Dale, I’d happily run a campaign based on Rime of the Frostmaiden here. Pierowall is basically Dragon Age 2’s Kirkwall, Upheaval is a chaotic region you can run survival exhibitions into, Rhakoti is basically Ptolemaic Alexandria, all could be the centre of a campaign. I have plenty of threads, but would rather weave them into the stories of the players so it's collaborative! Changes I’ve made I find DND a wonderful system with a huge number of flaws due to WotC’s lack of attention, and I’ve spent the last few years trying to fix them. I've run and tested most of these rules already; all I've done is streamline them from my previous game: Different Skills. There are 20 different skills, deleting rarely used ones and adding new ones – so Performance and Medicine are out, for example; religion and history merged into Lore, and I've added skills such as Mastermind and Discipline. Skills have listed examples, DCs, and expected outcomes for things they can do, to try and remove the Mother May I part of non-casters – you can play as normal, but you have those to hold my feet to the fire on what your skill lets you do. Skills are much more impactful. Tools, which I call professions, are much more impactful too, especially during travel and downtime (but still ignorable). New Charisma Skills. All the charisma skills are out, replaced with Charm, Inspire, Pressure, Manipulate, and Network. Everything is a form of persuasion in conversation – HOW you do it should be more important. Your charming rogue, manipulating spymaster, eloquent senator, and commanding captain should all feel different in how they persuade you. Social Pillar has Actual Rules. I have a social system because I wanted that side to be interesting. It was designed so that players could just roleplay while I have a system to track rolls – my previous players’ review of it was glowing and asked for it to return. All of the above is a long way of saying “I like Skill Challenges and I use that system for everything outside of combat” New (optional) Classes. I have WoW-inspired custom classes, which my players playtested and enjoyed (the Agent [WoW's rogue] had 3 years of weekly playtesting). You’re welcome to disregard and use base 2024 classes, except for cleric and sorcerer, which don’t jive in my world enough. Martial classes in particular will feel outshined by mine, though. There are custom spells, lots more choices, 2 masteries per weapon, and for martials, 5th-level-spell equivalent techniques at level 9. I’ve tried to ensure every common trope, from blood magic to Piety. There is a piety system, but going from -10 to +10, because +50 seems like a lot of tracking. Each tier (+2, +4, +8) has its own choice of 4 rewards. Believing in a god is non-negotiable, but you can have a patron be the thing tracked instead, even for non-warlocks.  No resurrection, no revivify – people die when they are killed. There are critical successes and failures, and I’ve split exhaustion into exhaustion and stress, which go up to 10. I have a simplified inventory system using bulk, so you have to choose what you’re taking, taking primary inspiration from Darkest Dungeon. My drive file of everything is here, which I continue to transfer onto Foundry: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1d1iVn2Hwn_syjgGfxaMenw0VYRUo9pL8?usp=sharing What I want from players I want players who want and engage in a serious world, making serious decisions. People who want to see chaos or have the dice make their decisions for them are valid, but not the group I want to play with. Players who want difficult fights. I am very good at monster and boss design, which take cues from WoW bosses. Expect telegraphed attacks, movement, soft enrages, and using the environment. In my 6 years, I have not lost a single player character, but they are often difficult and require them to think and engage with it. I subscribe to the Brennan Lee Mulligan’s approach to difficulty, which is: I want your characters to succeed, but I’ll be damned if you don’t earn it. I am much less interested in fights that aren’t a challenge and don’t tie to the story. Players who care – or their characters care – about civilians dying. Avoiding this should be significant motivation, and when in combat, avoiding it should be a significant mechanic to consider.  People who turn up week after week on time. Communication! Almost all problems can be resolved through good communication. What players will get from me: Someone who will do everything to help tie your character into the world, and will collaborate with you to do so. I’m willing to rejig my world to make your idea work – want a Kanami character from a noble family, but none exist in this region? I’ll change or add a city to make it happen. You will almost certainly get your character drawn eventually down the line if you want an anime-style avatar. I am very good at making encounters and boss fights; good at threading storylines together, and according to my previous players, at designing things. Mechanically, you should have a good time at least! I will ensure, with your support, that your character and NPCs you make are tied to the world and story, even if not immediately apparent. Campaign information: The campaign will be from level 2-10. I am comically bad at judging timespans, but it would be three acts, and I’d expect around a year long? I’d also be willing to run my take on LMoP, which I’ve run before and goes off the rails swiftly, but still ends at level 5. There will be combat, travel, downtime, and social encounters in fairly equal measures. Weekly games – I can do any weekday between 7 pm-12:30 am CEST. I would want 4-hour games, but I’d settle for 3. We will be playing online on Foundry and have a Discord server, as that has automated a lot of my nonsense. I only got it a couple of weeks ago, so automated things might not do as I expected in the first couple of weeks; please bear with me here! 18+ please. I have no expectation of experience level – just willingness to learn (most of the drive isn’t required reading either!). I was reminding my last players they have 2 attacks 4 years into that campaign, so I am patient and helpful if you’re making the attempt! Please message me: What days/timeslots you are able to do. What sort of campaign you’d be expected in – whether that’s a theme like survival horror, intrigue, sailing – or a part of the map – and what you don’t have interest in. We’d discuss further at session zero. Why you’re messaging me – what in particular grabbed you? Experience Anything else I’ve missed - happy to answer questions! I hope you have a good day! I know I've frontloaded a lot here, but I'd rather everyone have a good idea of what to expect.

A Lunar Excursion With REALIS

Roleplay focused Roleplay focused
Newbie friendly Newbie friendly
Members of the party have received an invitation to the "Truest World", Greenharbor, a perfect utopia void of any inhabitants to enjoy its advantages. Won't you be the first? The moon welcomes you heartily. A short campaign perfect for people with an interest in indie releases and story driven games. We're looking for one or two extra players for a group of two + GM. This will be a shorter campaign. We're aiming for one session zero plus three sessions of actual play, but we may end up going longer as needed. We will use Discord for voice calls, and tldraw as a whiteboard. This game does not have a heavy focus on combat or mechanics, and is moreso about collective storytelling. For those who are unfamiliar with the system, here's the pitch: REALIS is a storytelling focused game in which each character begins with a list of four broad and archetypical class sentences which they can use to effect change in the world, so long as they are not opposed by a sentence of higher rank. As each player advances, these sentences gain in rank, but their effect becomes more restricted and specific. For example, if you play the Juggernaut, you begin with the rank 0 sentence: "I am always unstoppable." When you progress to rank 1, you must add a restrictive clause such as: "When I have my physical therapist to take care of me, I am always unstoppable." You are now more powerful, but have more conditions to fill in order to be effective.

Welcome to Keocorra! (possible Camapign)

LGBTQ+ friendly LGBTQ+ friendly
Newbie friendly Newbie friendly
Hello folks and welcome to my adventurer recruitment! Let’s begin with a quick introduction and summary of my post. You should gain a brief overview of what I’m looking for/offering from the first two sections. I am a bit of a yapper, so the overall post may get a little long, but if you are interested, please read it all. (I will be putting more information on the Discord Server I’ve made for this.) I would like to note that the server is currently at a good amount of people, however I am reopening this with the hopes of having at least someone to possibly fill a slot and hopefully get enough people to run my One Shot for a third group. Games will most likely run on Sundays in the later afternoon based on CET time.  Me: My name is Shay (He/Her/Theirs (any pronouns)). I’m 22 years old and have always been a storyteller. That said, English is not my first language. I do my best and would say I’m fluent, though. I am queer and neurodivergent and a nerd, which is sort of obvious considering this is a ttrpg recruitment site lol. I got some DnD experience recently after years of never having the proper friend group for it. I’ve loved tabletop content for years, and now that I’ve played some, I know I love it. Although playing itself is very fun, I’ve always known the mantle of the DM calls to me. Therefore, I am now a beginner DM, currently working on my own DnD setting.  What I’m looking for: I am looking for players of any skill level that would be interested in connecting, and possibly eventually embarking on a campaign with me. I do not currently have any dming experience, which is why this recruitment is primarily for a One Shot I have written. It is fairly straight forward and should cover the various aspects of DnD (roleplaying, exploring, combat, looting etc). I want to write more One Shots, and through running them, find a group for a campaign. However, you don’t have to be interested in a campaign to play my One Shot :) Rules and Requirements: You must be 18+ to join. You must have a decent microphone and stable Internet. You do not need any prior DnD experiences. Joining the One Shot is not a guarantee of getting into the Campaign: The Campaign will have four players just like each group of the One Shot will. I'm hoping to run the One Shot three times. One Campaign Slot is already filled.  You may make your character sheet on sites such as DnDBeyond or Dicecloud, but you may also make one on paper. Just be sure to send it to me if it’s not through my Campaign link in DnDBeyond. You may roll in any form you want, even with real dice. I will work under the assumptions that you do not alter the results of any rolls I cannot immediately see. You must not use any AI to generate writing or characters. Ideally, you should not use it at all (ever). You may not use preexisting AI art for your character art. I urge you to critically assess any piece of art you use for your characters. (I will provide resources to find non-AI character art). If you use someone else’s art for your character, you must provide credits. Do not be bigoted, hateful or discriminatory in any way. Racism, Ableism, Misogyny, Queerphobia and bullying will not be tolerated. This may sound a little odd, but you must be willing to use non-conventional and/or shifting pronouns. You don’t need to be perfect, but be respectful and willing to learn. (This is also fairly important in game, since I will include genderqueer or genderneutral characters/npcs.) ERP is not allowed in the One Shots and likely won’t be allowed in the Campaign (depends largely on players). While playing, please pay attention, even if it isn’t your turn. More Info on the One Shot: The One Shot has a fairly clear storyline and isn’t set up to have too much room for improvisation as for it’s plot points. Improvisation is an aspect I want to also eventually explore, but for now this is more of a “tutorial” type experience. The various paths and options are prewritten and have a clear line of progression, although what exactly happens and what you chose to do is open! Unfortunately, I can’t let you not accept the quest I have prepared and go explore somewhere else, sorry ^^ Depending on interest, I will probably run the One Shot multiple times, and/or offer up another one if there are people that are interested in being part of a DnD group longterm. This lore of my world isn’t relevant to the One Shot, which does take place in the same world, but approximately 1600 years in the past. This is so the One Shot can already happen while I’m still putting the lore and everything else to paper! All you need to know is in the pitch; although it basically summarizes to “Every kingdom is at war, but that’s not really your problem. You just need to get by.” There is also some information about geography and the overall world on my Server. More Info on a possible Campaign: I will eventually put out some lore of my world on the Discord Server. It will include informations about pretty much everything you need to know: gods, territories, people and everything else I cook up ^^’ As I mentioned before, none of the Campaign lore/information is relevant to the One Shot(s). When it comes to the eventual Campaign, I have a few reference points and ideas what an overarching story could be, but I do also want to have a big focus on the characters in the adventuring party. So what the actual plot of the campaign will be also depends heavily on the groups wants. I am looking to write a more serious story, but there will be room for whimsy and tomfoolery. I will include more existential themes and don’t shy away from things getting dark. However, ahead of a campaign, triggers, topics to avoid and such will be discussed in depth! Once a group has emerged for a campaign, I want to hold a sort of early Session 0 where we all discuss ideas, early character concepts, opinions on possible plot arcs and I will obviously also be there to answer questions! We would probably have a second session 0 to discuss characters, backstories and such closer to when the actual campaign would start. With all this information put out there, I’m hoping the sessions can be weekly or biweekly. I know that is a fairly big commitment, but that’s also why the process before the Campaign is a little longer. I’m not just looking for future players, I’m looking for future friends! Now, onto the actual One Shot Pitch: Short Version: In a world where war rages constantly, you are just a mere commoner wanting to survive. They’re not your battles to be fought, yet in a world where the kingdoms never seizes to be at odds with one another, survival isn’t guaranteed. A local guild offers work for those considering themselves adventurers. You are hire to retrieve a family heirloom from a village that was decimated by a recent battle. While there is no eminent threat or any indications of more battles to happen there, venturing there will still be perilous. Will you find what you’re looking for? Long Version: Keocorra was once a land of peace, or so the elders teach to the youth to give them hope. They have never witnessed such an age. Even among the most long-living species, no one is alive to remember. Not even the Gods recall a time where there was peace. Perhaps it had never existed, alas the world burning was just as constant as the rise and fall of the sun. Like most of Keocorra’s people, you could not be further from the people declaring wars and sending their people to their deaths. No, you are as much of a bystander is your own world as the squirrels who bury their nuts on the battlefield and the birds endlessly fleeing from the sounds of battle. Perhaps, like them, you only wish to survive. Or perhaps you wish to help those around you; The fellow bystanders hoping not to end as collateral damage. The Plunderers Guild offers such opportunities. It is perhaps the lands first ever legal criminal organization, based on a technicality of local law no one has the time to adjust: Stealing isn’t legal in any of the kingdoms, of course. That’s clear enough, yet it doesn’t account for a technicality. While a conflict between two kingdoms is in effect, the disputed area, and wherever battles are fought, seizes to belong to anyone. You cannot steal something that doesn’t belong to anyone. “Plundering” describes the act of taking things from battlefields, yet it doesn’t actually qualify as stealing. The things you’re taking don’t legally belong to anyone. Now, it is illegal to be on these battlefields without a valid reason. Aside from being there for battle, there have never been valid reasons…until now. Timore, a kingdom towards the center of the continent, has been steadily losing land as they are fighting battles with kingdoms all around them. While treaties are being drafted, people are still losing their homes in order to have more space to battle. Under pressure from its people, the crown declared that any of its citizens may enter the battlefield if their former homes are now in the no-mans-land. This is where a very witty band of former criminals founded the Plunderer’s guild. Most common folk don’t have the courage or skill to enter the battlefield and return alive, yet, if they have the coin, they can pay someone to go in their place. The guild has strict guidelines and code of conduct, although not everyone follows those rules and how much they are enforced depends on which hub you are hired through. You are hired by the Plunderer’s Guild closest to the Eastern Border of Timore where battle rages with the Elven empire of Turve. Located in the town of Dolion, this hub of the guild is run by a Goliath know as “Ghun”. You are summoned to receive further instructions for your retrieval quest from him at the “Plunderer’s Tavern” at noon. How to join: Now that you have read everything, you may message me on here or directly on Discord @ “jaycy336”. Wherever you message me, please include your name, age, pronouns, experience level and what sparked your interest. I will then ask you some more questions and possibly request to briefly call so I can check your microphone.

Cascoria: Blades of Betrayal ($15/seat)

Paid game Paid game
The land, the water, and the air we breathe all come from The Guardians. Through them, we are able to wield magic. It is by their grace we are even alive. We all have that spark of magic within us because of them, and we use that very gift to destroy the monsters that would reclaim the countryside. We are the true apex predators. The story begins on the continent of Askora in the country of Tharengarde, where an elite covenant of monster hunters approaches you. They promise you a bare minimum of money, no glory, and no fame—only an unmarked grave and the satisfaction that the things that go bump in the night, the stuff of regular folk's nightmares, will have nightmares about you. What more could you ask for? The story will take you across the world of Cascoria; from holy nations to forgotten temples. You'll meet powerful beings like the Mage Knights and The 5 Great Sages. You will encounter many people throughout your travels who can help or hinder; trust your instincts and watch their actions. This is a game for anyone who enjoys a world with a ton of lore and history. This is a living, breathing world of politics, mysteries, magic, prophecy, joy, and sorrow. This is a fantasy adventure with light themes of gothic horror, mystery, and moral quandaries. -- I run voice and video through Discord. Video is optional and we can discuss it in Session 0. You will need a D&D Beyond account and payment will be through Paypal. I host a private server running Foundry VTT, which is where we will import our characters. The cost is $15/seat - In exchange, you get a polished world, story, and over 75 detailed homemade maps. Prior to Session 0, I will send you the link to the game and your password. Note that as the admin, I initially set the password, so if you want to change it, please do not use a password that you use for any other service.

Shot in the dark, been looking for a more action focused AP to be part of. Since I never got any messages from player posting, I am trying to make the group and see if people join together for it. Heard hellbreaker and hell destiny were fun adventures, though others like a conversion of WotR, Kingmaker or other ones could work too. Regarding time, TBD but likely evening in week days (7:30pm or so) or maybe during the day on saturdays. Could band together to pay the foundry modules (if one is needed) to the GM. AI use forbidden at the table.

Looking for gm+players for livestreamed campaign

Roleplay focused Roleplay focused
Homebrew Homebrew
Hey ^^ My friend an I are looking to play a roleplay focused campaign (5e or 5.5e) we can livestream on twitch! We are very invested in our characters we have come up with and want to roleplay and share them with our small but amazing audience. So we are looking for a dm/gm and 2-4 more players who would be okay with being on stream and are 18 or older (preferably 20+). For our characters we would need at least a bit of homebrew to work (mostly for flavor, example: my character would use a spellbook instead of a staff, but it would function pretty much the same as a quarterstaff would). If you have your own campaign/world written as a dm/gm who is down to play with us thats great, but we could also work on the world and campaign together. Game time would be on the weekend, most likely saturday or sunday evening (CEST/CET time), but exact times could be decided by the group. I am a complete beginner and my friend has some experience playing DnD, other beginners are welcome too!

Enter the Necropolis

I’m running Tomb of Horrors as part of my Enter the Necropolis series of Old-School Essentials one-shots. If you’ve ever wanted to try one of the most infamous D&D adventures ever written, this is your chance. You do not need to know OSE, and you do not need to make a character beforehand. I’ll have 14th-level pregenerated characters ready to go. This is old-school dungeon crawling, so expect traps, weird puzzles, hidden passages, bad decisions, and very real consequences. Fighting everything you see is probably a terrible idea. Looking at the room carefully, asking questions, testing things, and working together will matter a lot more. Character death is possible, but the goal is not to “beat” the players. I want everyone to have a good time tackling a genuinely dangerous dungeon and seeing why Tomb of Horrors has the reputation it does.

Ancient Age: The Hunt for a Match

Roleplay focused Roleplay focused
Newbie friendly Newbie friendly
Hello there! I see you have taken an interest in my little post here. Which means something about my title has drawn your attention or you wish to see what this crazy man has to say. Whatever the case, welcome! I am currently looking for players to be a part of a grand adventure set in a fictitious version of Iron Age earth. Where gods and magic are as real as the earth and sky. The best way to describe the setting has to be a mix between EPIC: the Musical and Titan Quest. If this doesn’t drive you away, then you might be the player I am looking for. Before we go any further, a bit of background to help you out. Who am I?: Call me 007 for now. I am a forever GM who has been running games for the better part of 10 years. I have run everything from D&D to Fate, Open Legend, Star Wars, etc. You can say I am a rather experienced GM. The best way to describe my style is story-focused with a collaborative element. I tend to work with players to make the game threatening as well as epic for those involved. If this sounds good to you, we should then get into the brass tacks. What is the System?: This will be a Fantasy Age game from the good people at Green Ronin, though a rather homebrewed version due to my habit of experimentation. I cannot promise a vanilla Fantasy Age experience. Mechanical alterations may occur in certain circumstances as the need arises.  When is this Game?: This game is taking place on Saturdays at 9pm CST. As this is what works for the people already in the game. These times are non-negotiable. What’s the General Setting?: We are playing on a version of Earth during the Iron Age. Long past the time of ancient Greek tales and the old empires from the Bronze Age. The exact year is 550 BC. For those with historical backgrounds or who know their history, yes, we are taking place during the rise of Persia. Meaning the entirety of the Ancient world is available to be explored at your leisure. There are entire lore documents explaining everything that happened, as magic is a part of the world, in contrast to reality. Speaking of Persia. What’s the Story?: Persia is a major part of the story, though our crew is more tied to a specific island nation. Not Cyprus but a close guess. The isle of Crete, as one King sees the writing on the wall. Sending your band of misfits on a journey to other kingdoms. Using your political and social skills to find the perfect match for the king’s daughter. Creating a binding bond that might see them through the storm that will soon plague their nation. In a sense, you guys are royal matchmakers.  With final say over who gets to be wed to the princess, you've been given the unilateral power to determine if Crete somehow survives the coming incursion, or gets swept away (as they were historically). What kind of game are we dealing with?: Mostly of a sandbox nature, with a higher focus on exploration, political intrigue, court politics, and character motivations. As I expect you all to at least travel to half the world before making a particular choice. This game, in terms of percentages, will be 50% roleplay, 10% downtime, and 40% combat. As a result of this spread, I am looking for players who jive with heavy roleplay and are willing to take chances with their characters. This will require your focus and dedication. Those looking for a more passive or casual experience should try to find another game. How long will we be here?: About 2 years.  I hope that gives you enough information to give a general idea of what you are getting into. I have more to say, but we can save that for a one-on-one. For now, I will leave you with some final words. As stated in the title, this will be an 18+ game. We are going through a very violent time with concepts that might be uncomfortable to some people. Sex, Drugs, and other unsavory topics will be discussed through the game. I am looking for players willing to handle such topics respectfully and the gravity they deserve. If at this point nothing has scared you away, I welcome you to find the next part of my post. How do I join your game?: I have made a Google Form. If you want to join, all you have to do is respond to the form. After that, I will get in touch and discuss your potential involvement in my game. For those who wish to join as a couple, family, or other related ties. Have each of you make a response and mention at the bottom who you are in a joint application with. If you do jointly apply, I reserve the right to deny both of you if one does not meet my standard. With that, we come to the end of the post. If you have any questions, feel free to DM me privately. Until then, this is 007 signing off.

ABOUT: This adventure takes place in the Sansinukob Wildspace. This system has 13 planets, held together by a dead and forgotten god at the center. There are no suns here, only moons to illuminate every planet. Fifty years ago, a monstrous sea serpent named Bakunawa awakened from her slumber, consumed by endless hunger. She consumed all six moons above planet Tawalisi, one by one, until they were left in darkness for thirty years. Twenty years ago, the datu, Maximo Catubig, invented Bulan Lights, magical lamps that emit artificial moonlight, finally bringing light back to his people. They were a solace, soon placed in every home in Tawalisi. The people were finally able to thrive again, and Maximo helped pave the way to further technological advancement. However, decades of darkness had taken its toll; Some of the citizens of Tawalisi have become consumed by the same hunger that possessed Bakunawa, mutating their bodies and destroying their minds until all they can think about is eating the Bulan Lights. They will stop at nothing to consume all sources of moonlight, and will hurt and kill anything and anyone that gets in the way. Datu Maximo has called for help from all adventurers willing to listen. Assist him in installing these lights wherever he can, so he can save his people from being plunged into darkness again. The era of mortals is coming to a close. Time, once a flowing and vast fact of life, is being eaten away by a divine stasis known as The Fog. More than half of the planet and its people have been swallowed by it now, leaving a sparse few beacons of light in the ever growing darkness. Our story begins in the 11th month of the year 3046PS, roughly 60 years after the first sightings of The Fog, as one of the final refugee ships from the west dock in the port city of Punto de Partida. Snow falls upon our fated party as they’re engulfed by the anxious city and its people, having only themselves to fend for against a world nearly frozen. You, dear survivor, live while the timer of the end ticks down. What will you do in the final years of mortals? Will you spend them ignoring the inevitable and indulging in what little comforts are left, or will despair halt you even before stasis arrives? Or maybe you have hope of a miracle, be it from the gods or crafted by your own hands. Just how much, I wonder, would you be willing to lose to save the world? [This campaign is set to be a long-term, slowburn story focused on character development and roleplay. Much of its world, people and cultures are open for players to imagine and make their own, making it perfect for players who love world building and crafting intricate backstories. The story will cover many of the expected topics for a pre/mid apocalyptic setting, as well as heavy themes such as classism, genocide, xenophobia and racisim/speciesism. Other sensitive topics may be covered barring any content that players can choose to veto; my goal as a DM is to make an immersive and realistic world while showing utmost respect to my players while doing so. This campaign will be offline only and is planned to be held at a game store in los angeles, and I’m looking to hold it Thursday, Friday or Saturday nights with times between 4pm-9pm.]

Whatever the opposite of a railroaded adventure is, this open-world campaign is that. The rules are simple. The world is complicated. What happens to it is up to the players. You will hear rumors, discover locations, meet competing factions, and encounter problems, but the game will not tell you which direction you must take. Some things the players have chosen to do so far: Join the local mercenaries to learn the ways of the sword as a mage - Retrieve an old lady's purse - Become war chieftain of an orc village - Decapitate a wight with a cursed sword Also some new races that are crafted to play and feel very different: - Pixie - fly, perfect hiding, cast phantasmal forces at will, insults cause physical damage to you - Orc - infra-vision, can recruit monsters more easily Races and classes are kind of blended together. Multiple characters are encouraged. Each choice allows you to do something that appears to let you break the game, while saddling you with something else that seems debilitating. This is by design, and players have come up with a few ways of getting around and abusing these things to the betterment of the story and lore. - Fighting-Man - Doesn't have to actually be a guy, but is a human. Can use all weapons and armor. - Magic-User - Has one spell, one "shot". Can meet with magic learned peers to exchange knowledge. The most notorious spell in the game right now is Charm Person because it doesn't wear off like in later editions. - Cleric - The best of the two above, but must be Good, and by the Law. - Elf - Essentially a Magic-Use/Fighting-Man with extra perks and ties with elves and the ability to sense magic, enhanced senses, etc. but capped at a certain point - Hobbit - Capped early, but can hide flawlessly in urban areas and snipe REAL good with slings. No magic. - Dwarf -  Capped early, but high resistance, good with all axes and hammers, can sense what stone touches and its shape, and ties with and extensive knowledge of dwarven culture and holds. There are major events going on in the background but instead of shoving players in the middle of them, I showcase the developments of those events that come about, for good or ill. The players decide what to investigate, whom to trust, which dangers are worth confronting, and what their characters want to accomplish. How many hirelings do you need to bring with you? How much can you do successfully alone to maximize profit? Play alone, 1-on-1 with DM and player, or up to 10 others at once. The world continues to develop around the party. Factions pursue their own plans, NPCs remember your actions, enemies adapt, settlements can change, and neglected situations may grow better or worse. Player choices can permanently reshape the campaign world. Let me know if you are interested!

The year is 202X. You're living your ordinary life in Greece when the world ends—not with a whimper, but with the thunderous return of the Old Gods. What Makes This Campaign Unique: - Zero to Hero: Start as a completely normal person and grow into a survivor—or something more - Mythic Survival: Greek mythology meets zombie apocalypse meets global supernatural catastrophe - Your Past Matters: Your pre-apocalypse life, connections, and knowledge will shape how you navigate the end times Looking For: Players who want to explore what happens when ordinary people are thrust into a mythic survival scenario. Heavy roleplay encouraged—who were you before the world ended, and who will you become? AVATAR: THE SEVERED AGE "They told us the elements were sacred. Then they put a price on them, a chip in your skull, and a payment plan on your soul." The Premise Korra has been dead for three years. In the decades before her death, the Spirit Portal in Republic City stopped being a miracle and became an energy source. Spirit vines spread through the city's foundations, rail lines, power grid... and eventually into people. Engineers learned to route chi through circuitry. Ripperdocs learned to graft it into flesh. What should have taken a century took thirty years. The world woke up neon. Today, anyone with enough money or enough debt can buy bending. A non-bender walks into a corporate storefront, signs a financing contract for a Chi Emulator, and walks out throwing fire like a Fire Nation soldier. The Equalist dream came true. Not through revolution. Through retail. Every implant comes with a hidden cost. The more chrome you install, the quieter your own chi becomes. Benders slowly lose their connection to the elements until, eventually, they become Severed. No spirits. No bending. No way back... at least, that's what everyone believes. Meanwhile, somewhere in the world is an Earth Kingdom child who should have become the next Avatar. They are three years old. No one has found them. The White Lotus has searched for years without success. Some believe the child was born spirit-deaf. Others whisper a corporation found them first and is quietly discovering what an Avatar's soul is worth. Some fear the Avatar Cycle itself is breaking. Everyone is searching for the same missing child. You'll either find them first... ...or discover why no one else ever could. What You Can Play: A traditional bender trying to preserve a dying art. A Severed ex-bender willing to burn the world to reclaim their element. A Ghost, projecting their spirit into the digital Weave where something ancient may already be waiting. A ripperdoc, fixer, mercenary, or corporate Emulator runner drowning in debt. An Air Nomad who has rejected cybernetics entirely, remaining one of the few souls still fully connected to the spirits and uniquely capable of healing what technology has stolen. Themes: Cyberpunk noir Corporate corruption Spiritual horror Identity and humanity The price of progress Hope in a broken world This is a campaign about difficult choices with permanent consequences. Expect street-level jobs, corporate conspiracies, spirits hiding in fiber-optic cables, desperate people trying to reclaim what they've lost, and quiet moments between the action that remind everyone what's worth fighting for. The central question is simple: What are you willing to trade away... and can you ever get it back? System: Savage Worlds Adventure Edition (custom Avatar conversion) No prior Savage Worlds experience required. No Avatar knowledge required. All rules and setting information will be provided. The game is fast, cinematic, beginner-friendly, and focused on character-driven storytelling. "Chrome is easy to buy. Getting your soul back takes a lot longer." This game costs $20 per session

LGBTQ+ safe A D&D 5e Campaign for Levels 16-20 $20 per session The world is changing. Strange lights have begun appearing in the night sky. Spelljamming vessels arrive carrying impossible warnings. Ancient seers wake screaming from identical dreams. Across distant lands, entire armies have vanished while marching toward an unknown destination. Something is calling. Something vast. Something hungry. As the signs grow impossible to ignore, a handful of legendary heroes find themselves at the center of a mystery stretching far beyond their world. The answers will lead them across the stars, into forgotten corners of the Astral Sea, and ultimately to a place that should not exist. A world where monsters rule. A world where the ground itself trembles. A world where every story about the tarrasque suddenly seems far less comforting. --- What to Expect * High-level play (16-20) * Spelljammer and planar travel * Epic-scale battles * Cosmic mysteries and ancient secrets * Legendary monsters * Exploration of strange worlds * Difficult choices with world-changing consequences * Opportunities for both combat and roleplay --- Character Concepts Characters should be powerful, accomplished heroes with a reputation and a history. Veterans of past adventures, renowned champions, infamous rogues, archmages, dragon riders, redeemed villains, wandering demigods, and similar concepts all fit well. This campaign begins with heroes who have already made their mark on the world. The question is whether they can save more than one. --- "The first sign was a dream. The second was a star that vanished from the sky. By the time the third came, it was already too late."

robloxia: the tales of time

Homebrew Homebrew
Newbie friendly Newbie friendly
A mysterious catastrophe has scattered the 50 Weapons of Calamity across Robloxia. Each relic was forged long ago upon the legendary Heights, each carrying incredible power—and a dangerous cost. Left unchecked, these weapons could reshape kingdoms… or destroy them. You are not a legendary hero. You’re an ordinary Robloxian who has become mysteriously connected to figures from Robloxia’s ancient past. That connection grants you just enough willpower to wield the Calamity Weapons without immediately falling victim to their corrupting influence—but every relic still tests the resolve of its wielder. Guided by the admin Shedletsky, you’ll journey through a world inspired by classic Roblox, exploring jungles, frozen sanctuaries, ancient kingdoms, haunted mansions, forgotten temples, underwater civilizations, and places that should never have existed. Every chapter centers around recovering a unique relic while uncovering the history of the guardian who once wielded it and the hope they left behind. But you’re not the only one searching. Someone is always one step ahead. Wherever you arrive, traces of another relic hunter remain: repaired bridges, abandoned camps, cryptic notes, impossible acts of mercy, and stories from those who crossed their path. Some call them a thief. Others claim they’re a savior. No one can agree on why they’re collecting the relics—or what they’re trying to prevent. Your choices matter. Kingdoms can be saved or abandoned. Guardians can be redeemed or lost. Entire chapters change depending on the decisions your party makes, and the consequences of those choices echo throughout the campaign. Robloxia: the tales of time is a story-driven D&D campaign focused on exploration, memorable boss fights, powerful legendary relics, difficult moral decisions, and uncovering one of Robloxia’s greatest mysteries. Sometimes, saving the world isn’t about becoming stronger. Sometimes… …it’s about giving people a reason to keep hoping. "im sorry... if it means that this world can go on... then I'll see it through."

grounded: the helix organizations mistakes

Homebrew Homebrew
Newbie friendly Newbie friendly
The Helix Initiative was introduced to the public as a revolutionary leap in environmental adaptation, biological medicine, and survival science. Officially, the organization claimed it was developing new ways for humanity to survive ecological collapse, disease, and resource shortages. Behind closed doors, however, Helix operated hidden research divisions dedicated to experimentation far beyond legal or ethical limits. Somewhere deep within those divisions, a scientist identified in surviving records only as Dr. W██d████ T████ developed a machine capable of shrinking living organisms to less than an inch tall. The technology was presented internally as a breakthrough in resource efficiency and medical research—but many of the subjects brought into testing were children between the ages of eight and sixteen. Most never returned. You are one of the survivors. After undergoing the procedure, you awaken inside an ordinary city park that has become an impossible wilderness at your scale. Blades of grass tower like trees. Puddles become lakes capable of drowning entire groups. Ants patrol the dirt like armored soldiers, while spiders transform sections of the park into web-choked death zones. Every inch of terrain matters. Every storm is catastrophic. Survival depends on learning how to weaponize the environment itself—crafting tools and defenses from thorns, sap, insect shells, broken plastic, roots, and scavenged debris left behind by previous miniature civilizations that clearly did not survive for long. As you explore deeper into the park, you begin discovering abandoned outposts, collapsed shelters, and fragmented Helix logs detailing increasingly unstable experiments. The records reference attempts to create “evolutions chosen suvivors” capable of evolving beyond normal biological limits. Again and again, one phrase appears alongside heavily censored personnel files: MARROW SYNDROME. The disease slowly destroys the body in stages—first decaying bone tissue, then muscle structure, and finally flooding the lungs with blood. Somewhere among the corrupted files are hints that Dr. W██d████ T████ never joined Helix out of loyalty. Some logs imply he infiltrated the organization to expose its corruption, free the surviving test subjects, and continue researching a cure for a terminally ill child connected to the syndrome. Whether those rumors are true remains uncertain. Helix officially denies the existence of both the disease and the scientist. Not every strange thing in the park comes from Helix laboratories. Survivors occasionally encounter a bizarre figure known only as Rock—a hyper-muscular talking bee obsessed with shouting “MUSCLE” at every possible opportunity. Most groups dismiss him as insane until they realize he understands far more about the park than he should. One moment he acts like a reckless coach forcing terrified children to become stronger, and the next he casually references erased facilities, failed experiments, or “previous attempts” that nobody else remembers. Near the edges of abandoned Helix sectors, Rock sometimes becomes unusually quiet, staring into empty space before muttering warnings that sound less like jokes and more like genuine fear. HE IS WATCHING YOUR EVERY MOVE...

Schedule Sessions run Fridays from 5pm to 11pm CST over Discord VC, with most sessions landing somewhere in the 3 to 4 hour range. There's no official start date yet since I want to take the time to find the right players first. This is meant to be a long-term campaign. System The game is built primarily on 2014 rules, with 2024 rules pulled in wherever they're cleaner or simply work better. Everyone plays the homebrew Martial Artist class, which sounds restrictive at first but actually gives a lot of room to build the character you want. Combat, rolls, and character sheets all run through Roll20. The homebrew module can be found here. Tone The story starts out grounded, much like early Dragon Ball, and slowly builds toward the higher stakes of DBZ as the campaign progresses. There will even come a point where the players will leave Earth itself possibly.... Setting The campaign takes place on Earth in the year 1000, right as the 100th World Martial Arts Tournament arrives. It's centuries after the era of the Z-Fighters, but their influence still echoes through the universes. Vegeta and Trunks visit the Saiyans in Universe 6. Defending Planet Sadala from Champa and brings the planet to Universe 7, in doing so, reviving a more heroic version of the Saiyan race. Say Goku on the last question in the application to prove you've read this much. Goku and Vegteta at their absolute peak finally end Frieza's empire of terror. Ending it has the side effects of not only freeing previously dominated planets but with the new vacuum of power an age of space piracy has begun leading to an ever increasing need for newer and stronger heroes. What I'm looking for Ideally, experienced players within both D&D 5e and RP, from a NA timezone, and at least 18 and up in age. If you're not as experienced in the system but really like Dragon Ball and really want to play then I'm willing to work with you and make sure you don't fall behind. If this sounds like your kind of game, you can apply here, and I'll reach out on Discord to set up a short VC interview. Looking forward to reading your applications! Also if the hyper links don't work please let me know!

Chrome Fires Burning: a Cities Without Number cam

Newbie friendly Newbie friendly
LGBTQ+ friendly LGBTQ+ friendly
Looking for players for a CWN campaign tentatively titled “Chrome Fires Burning.” Voice is on Discord, VTT will probably be roll20. Everyone is welcome, the only rule is don’t be a dick. Games will be Sunday nights at 9PM CST Elevator pitch is as follows: The year is 2072. In 2025 the development of a new drug, ephemerol, lead to unbelievable advances in cybernetics and technological implantation. Able to bridge the gap between the nervous system and machine circuitry, ephemerol was hailed as a miracle drug, ushering in a new age of transhumanism However, before this new technological golden age could be upon us, it was smothered in the cradle by corporate greed. A jealousy guarded secret, the corporations who developed it held the formula for the miracle drug hostage, demanding corporate sovereignty in exchange for granting access to the masses. A combination of public promises, lobbyists, and paid politicians ensured this deal went through The gift became a double edged sword as the drug was distributed, only working with the cybernetics supplied by those corporations granted sovereignty, allowing them to gobble up more and more influence, to the point that entire cities have become little more than corporate towns, beholden to the companies that own them Within these sovereign territories, anything that threatens the bottom line is meet with brutal consequences. The workers who decided to rise up, to unionize, were branded criminals and domestic terrorists, locked away if not executed in a back alley Public utilities have been sold off little by little, leaving those who refuse the hand of the corporations with rapidly dwindling resources. The once mighty governments of the world now forced to bend the knee to the oligarchs Gangs run rampant, acting with impunity as long as their dues are paid, or left to their own devices due to lack of resources to stop them Despite this turmoil, there is new opportunity. Companies now fight a desperate war for market share, managers willing to pay to sabotage one another for the next promotion. Money talks, and right now, it’s screaming Chicago is one such battleground. Built into a shining edifice as the headquarters of several massive corporations, it now resembles a patchwork of countries, as each corporation claims sovereign territory within the blocks of city property it lays claim to. A hub of trade even in this time, boardroom battles spill out on to the streets, bullet and blade picking up where ink and negotiation fail

I am looking for 3–4 players for an open-ended campaign set in the Gundam Universal Century timeline!  we will use Owlbear About the Campaign: Timeline: Starting during the One Year War (OYW) and continuing for as long as the story takes us—until the squad either falls in battle or decides to retire. Player Choice Matters: Your starting faction, objectives, and assets will be dictated by the choices you make as a group. You have the power to change the course of UC history or become another victim of its tragedy. Sandbox & Dynamic Storytelling: This is a heavy sandbox campaign. I love building the world around player motivations and goals. Some sessions will be purely character-driven roleplay with little to no combat, while others will drop you straight into gritty, intense battlefields. Custom Art: As a GM bonus, I can provide custom sprite art for your custom Mobile Suits and potentially your characters! What I Ask from Players: Patience & Feedback: I am a first-time GM stepping over to the other side of the screen for my first full campaign (after running a couple of one-shots). I might make mistakes, but I am very open to constructive tips and feedback! Roleplay Focus: We are here to craft a compelling story together, not just min-max or go on kill streaks. If you want to shape the Universal Century, this is your chance.

No politics of any kind: right, left, sexuality, real world religions, excessive feminism/whatever etc not allowed, if you have a need to make a fuss about that, you will be kicked out. It's perfectly fine to have those views, but don't bring them to the game (this is meant to be fun, social, intellectually challenging). If you have major psych problems that get in the way of simple social interaction (explosive outbursts etc) don't contact me. I do ask for telephone number just in case of you not showing up to game and you didn't tell me otherwise. Emergency stuff, like if you get sick or something. I do care about my players! I have been GMing since 1997 or so, cut my gaming teeth on AD&D first ed. I go above and beyond for my players. I am very adept at teaching, btw. This campaign is on Mondays at 6pm Central time Discord video chat, but we could change time/day if the other players are willing and able. Set in Chicago, I've added abilities to the NPCs to support their discipline powers, and set the whole timeline from Chicago 1 to 2 and beyond more gradually, changed who lives. Note that I have changed some of the clans a bit, like switched Gangrel and City Gangrel, turned certain Brujah into True Brujah, a Ventrue into a Nosferatu, that sort of thing. I had to make tiny changes to V20 to make it simpler, faster. Like Celerity, Fortitude, Potence. Also I don't use abilities like Awareness, Larceny, and I kept the damn Linguistics, Dodge as they are needed. That kind of thing. I even have combat rounds with meaningful character range when I gotta be aware of the local terrain/number of villains etc (minatures rules). The Giovanni I replaced with Cappadocians and Lamia, as the Giovanni were megalomaniacs and incompetent besides, plus they don't seem to be at all relevant to any setting (there are ghosts in Chicago note). The Ravnos I replaced as being totally divorced from the rest of the game, they don't have any influence, and seem to exist solely for troublemaking players. So, they got booted in favor of the Salubri, who actually ARE useful from a GM's perspective. Finally, I outright replaced all Setites with Baali, the latter are a much better written, and much more competent version of the Setites' Lovecraftian "I wanna bring demons into the world" schtick.  I noticed that if you played the Sabbat as written, they'd be wiped out entirely by werewolves, human hunters, and the Camarilla long ago. Worse, if they somehow managed to survive, they'd be discovered as vampires by humanity BECAUSE of their silly anti masquerade antics. On top of that, eating one's elders is a bad idea. All the Sabbat had was neonates and super buff elders, nothing in between. That means their stated purpose was a shambles. I changed their purpose to (eliminating the focus on fighting clan founders) dominating humanity, making humans into slaves. The Black Hand has been subsumed into the Sabbat as a whole. 1 Give me warning 24 hours before the game if you are gonna cancel. I need the time to tell the others and cancel the game if I don't have enough people to play. This is non negotiable! 2 Play well with others. If you are too disruptive, I will boot you after several warnings. 3 Take a different role each new campaign. Try new things! 4 You have to show up to play 75% of the time. If you cancel too many times, there's no point to having you in the group. 5 Sometimes you will be required to take a role you don't really want because the rest of the group made their picks already. If this happens, the next campaign I will make sure you get first pick as to your role/class. 6 If you have to make sacrifices for the group, like blowing feats on item crafting etc, I will try to send good things your way. Teamwork is important. Vampire has difficult to make characters (you distribute dots, there are no classes, so you need to make the character with my help so you can use your super powers and I rig it so that you get the most power possible for what you tell me you want to do). However the game play dice mechanics/rules are easy as heck. The hard part is that it demands more forethought to play, because there's a lot of deceptive NPCs, including your own. It is oddly more ethical/moral than medieval fantasy games by far, even though you don't play a hero normally, and even though you're a vampire feeding on humans and aren't human yourself. It's darker I suppose, lots of intrigue and figuring out what is really going on. Kinda like watching Babylon 5 or Dune, you have to take notes to recall everything that could be vital later. A LOT less combat than medieval fantasy games! It's rare, but nasty when it does occur. Maturity is advised. Note that I broke my campaign down in a timeline, it can be altered yes by PC actions, even down to the year and month. The only thing I haven't added in is the end of the world, Gehenna, YET. Should take years to complete, we are a quarter of the way through. VERY DETAILED homebrew campaign that can be changed if you do exactly the right things at the right time. RIght now they are in late 1990, you will get the PC's average xp to start with. You even get free generation if I can find a sire, an extra dot of disciplines, and 5 extra freebie plus 2 merits (Potent Aura, Common Sense/1 dot of Status). I give free Generation if you take from the official list. This can vary wildly based on what the two of us come up with (you dictate the parameters, I figure out how to make the mechanics do what you want and tell you about potential problems, and I pick out flaws so as to give you your own story arc). In general you will be making your PC on video chat with me, so that I can make sure you get all the things coming to you. I also set up PC's so they are good at their discipline rolls. Official list of clans/bloodlines you can take in Chicago compatible with the group as it is: Nosferatu (must take Dark Fate flaw), Toreador, Ventrue, Brujah, Gangrel (Sabbat), Malkavian, City Gangrel (Camarilla), Tzimisce (must take the Dark Fate flaw), Gargoyle, Caitiff (Anarch typically), Assamite (Milwaukee Sabbat), True Brujah. Obscure list (you can take them if you want, but you won't have support from fellow clan members in Chicago): Daughter of Cacophony, Nagarajah, Salubri (Warrior and very Camarilla), Lamia.  Got a Cappadocian (a hospital morgue doctor), Salubri (one healer(an FBI agent), one watcher (a homicide Chicago police detective), and Lasombra (an amateur boxer and criminal lawyer, he wants to go Camarilla). I have set up each pc to have fast growth, to have really good rolls for their disciplines right away. You gotta also pay for mentor ratings since you need a teacher to increase your disciplines outside of Celerity, Fortitude, Potence. If you pick from the obscure list, you can BUY up to 7th generation, but you blow 6 background dots to pull it off.  Caitiff are interesting, I made them able to teach ANY discipline they learn; normally the 13 clans can only teach their clan disciplines. A Tzimisce who goes Camarilla eventually has huge story potential, and could aid the group extensively via Vicissitude, Koldunism (need a level 3 ritual late in the campaign), and Animalism to hose over werewolves and aid the party vs frenzy. Brujah, Toreador, Ventrue, True Brujah, and the healer version of Salubri, all have clan access to Presence, and level 3 of that power requires Appearance being high, so a PC could be quite the entrepreneur among vampires and humans (note that the porn Hollywood, prostitution, and music industry would be lucrative)..... A Tremere is possible, but you'd need to be a diehard Anarch (meaning the local Tremere want your keister dead, although good news for you that the Chicago ones are less than competent). If you don't know the clans, I can give you information but you will need the V20 core rulebook (learning the setting and abilities but not the disciplines), the dark ages core rulebook (mostly just for the super powers), tome of secrets (all forms of vampire magic, even obtenebration), and Erciyes Fragments (this will feature heavily in the campaign) books. Also a total of 20 d10's, basically two matched sets of 10 d10's, but the 2 sets cannot match each other. Preferably translucent dice, not solid. Chuck out any that have bubbles inside. The Guide to the Camarilla from the Revised edition might be handy, but not strictly necessary. Prince's Primer is nice for understanding elder vampires' mindset.

Hi.  I run a game on Wednesdays. Eastern time zone on Discord that I feel needs one additional player.   It's a young group (20's, 30's) and have been around for a few years.   There are 5 players.  The game itself has the players with corporate security jobs defending against alternate realities/histories.   So, extreme violence but with the occasional HR training module about problemsolving skills. Yes,  the worst of two worlds. Because it's alternate reality fighting alternate realities, the player can be whatever they want, quite literally anything.  GURPS allows the players to create whatever comes to your imagination,  but we'll worry about that later.  The tricky part isn't what we do but how.  The group does try to outdo each other in weirdness.   It's not murderhobo, but a new unprecedented thing.   So, you will have to keep that in mind.   This is not for the humorless or overly moral or easily uncomfortable. Think of this as a means to lead you down a new path,  one where you learn about a you that you have never met but has always known was there or you get your money back,  no questions asked.  Feel free to message me or discord - yeroldpalwill.  Seriously, they're a nice group of people and you'll have fun.   Having a sense of humor & a personality is a huge plus.  Thank for reading this far.  If you're a newbie  don't worry,  I'll help with the character.   Just combine your two favorite movie, literature, or anime genres together.  Also, Wednesdays,  7 PM eastern.

The galaxy is changing… and not for the better. The Yuuzhan Vong have arrived from beyond the known galaxy, bringing living ships, terrifying biotechnology, and a hatred of machines that has already left entire worlds in ruin. The New Republic is struggling to respond, the Jedi are stretched thin, and the hyperspace lanes are filled with refugees, rumors, and fear. In the middle of this chaos, you are part of a small crew trying to survive and make a difference. Maybe you’re Jedi trying to understand this strange new enemy. Maybe you’re soldiers fighting a desperate delaying action. Smugglers, scouts, diplomats, and survivors all have a place in a galaxy where the rules of war are rapidly changing. This campaign will focus heavily on roleplay, character choices, and the personal stories that unfold during a massive galactic war. Expect tense negotiations, dangerous missions behind enemy lines, moral dilemmas, and moments where your characters must decide what they’re willing to sacrifice to protect the galaxy. The Yuuzhan Vong are coming. Who will your character be when the galaxy needs heroes… or survivors? Looking for GM and Players.  Saturdays 10:00 AM GMT Does this day and time work for you, and can you reliably make the sessions? How old are you and how much RPG experience do you have? Do both you and your character work well in a team? Are you familiar with Saga Edition and do you have a copy of it? What is your character concept?

Just… silence. The UPF is quietly assembling a small investigation team to find out what happened. Is it the return of the Sathar? Pirates operating beyond the patrol routes? A corporate black project gone wrong? Or something far stranger lurking in unexplored space? Your crew will travel to isolated colonies, abandoned outposts, and deep-space installations to uncover the truth. Expect investigation, exploration, tense encounters, and the possibility that whatever caused the disappearances may still be out there. System: Star Frontiers Tone: Sci-fi mystery, exploration, action, and lots of role play Characters: Frontier operatives hired to investigate the missing colonies The Frontier is vast. Hey my names Jack and i have been a DM for a long time. Being a Dungeon Master is fun, but of course as a DM you also want to be the Player yourself in some Campaigns. This is what this game is for. I am looking for 1 other DM who would like to take part in a Round Robin style of Game with the rest of the existing group. Round Robin is where each Player gets a Turn to be the DM. 1 Person DM's a Story arc or Oneshot dependent on how they feel and then the next Person takes over and the Person who DM'd gets to play his Character. For this game i will be using Discord as Voice and VTT Foundry as the tabletop. a Webcam is not required. We are strictly against AI Art and want no use of it in our games. We are also supportive of LGBTQ, if you do have problems with either of these things dont even bother messaging me. Requirements: 18+ Years of Age Fluent in English Time once per Week for a 4~ Hour Session Saturday 20:00 GMT+2 A Good Microphone (with no Interruptions in the Background) The game will take place in European timezone and we cannot change this.

Seas of Isk

Homebrew Homebrew
Roleplay focused Roleplay focused
Hey there! I’m looking for 3 additional players for a long term weekly campaign using a homebrewed setting with the Wildsea system! My GF and her brother will be the other two players joining for a total party of 5. This will be a more folksy, rural, “low magic” setting inspired by the worlds of Earthsea, Stormlight, and Ghibli with elements from the base setting of Wildsea. Here’s a bit about it: —— Far away across a treacherous sea addled by ancient spirits, the islands of Isk rise bright and stark. There, since time immemorial, those spirits have served the people of Isk as both friend and foe, blessing and hardship. In any object, location, or living creature of significant age or reverence, a spirit makes its home, gaining strength over time. There exist a rare few mediums that can commune with these spirits, forming a nigh-unbreakable bond that endows them with strange abilities tied to the spirit’s vessel or form. A furnace-spirit might be immobile but bestow its medium with powers of flame and ash. A cove-spirit, ancient and terrible, might allow its medium to sink any crab-galley that makes the mistake of navigating within its waters. An ancient ceramic blade-spirit might confer great warlike abilities to its owner. Above all spirits of sword, stone, root, or rose, four primeval forces are worshipped and feared. They are the eldest spirit of Fire, its child the stoic Earth, the very Sky above as one, and the youngest and most temperamental, the Sea. So it is that the lands of Isk have always kept to themselves, each island ringed by uncertain waters. Having no metals of any kind within the Earth, Iskish people build and craft with bone, glass, ceramic, cordage, wood, and sometimes stone. War, the rare time it is waged in defiance of local spirits, is done so with bone or ceramic blades. Travel is infrequent and often dangerous, as one can never know when a hostile, powerful medium is the master of any new tree, castle, mountain, or island. Iskish fauna is strange and buglike. Crustaceans, isopods, and a whole other host of great shelled beasts have been domesticated since before written memory. These are used to traverse the stormy seas, lands, or even skies of the islands, or else used for food or work. Isk is lastly a kingdom, and its immortal Queen reigns supreme. The royal family has an ancient connection with the Sky spirit, which aided them in a conquest a thousand years ago to unify the islands. In Faratha, the great cliffside capital of Isk, great and terrible deeds are done in the name of the Queen atop spires of shaped glass and carved amber. You are a villager from an island-state in the far outer isles of Isk named Honnoc. Warm, humid, and picturesque yet ill-regarded by the inner isles, Honnoc has long been the gathering place for a variety of outcasts and rare cultural traditions in Isk. Very soon, there will be an upheaval that threatens calamity on every island in Isk, and it will happen in Honnoc on the eve of an ancient summer festival. Very soon, you will leave the peace of your home and search for something that was lost in a place very far from home, on seas you do not know. —— So that’s the idea! I’m 29M (others are 29F and 27M) and have been a DM for around 11 years almost exclusively running 5th edition DnD. This will be my first campaign with another system. Wildsea is a much less crunchy system than DnD, with more theater of the mind action (for example, combat is done in basically the same way as skill checks, which use a d6 pool). There will probably be a lot of sea travel and exploration, since Wildsea has baked in rules for ships and crew. I’m a very narrative-forward DM and love some good shenanigans, but this system may not be for you if you love tinkering with numbers and optimizing. In general, I don’t do too much overt romance but am not opposed (though anything NSFW will be a fade-to-black or equivalent). I want to cultivate a longer term group that values respect and empathy, so no Red Hats please. For timing and platform: We’re thinking weekly on Saturday at 3:00PM PST, and we’ll likely use FoundryVTT (there’s not much in the way of crunchy tactics here though). I do want to note: I’d strongly prefer people who feel comfortable with having their webcams on for the session, which I’ll also be doing. I just find it pretty hard to GM games with audio-only, and video can help people stay engaged. If anyone is interested, I’ll ask you to please fill out this google form with some information about yourself. I’m super excited about this and I encourage anyone of all skill levels/familiarities to apply, since we’ll all be pretty new at this. Thanks! https://forms.gle/NaDNpU4KNiuKth2AA

Harvest Festival at the End of the World

Paid game Paid game
Roleplay focused Roleplay focused
A capsule campaign of 5-6 sessions  $25 weekly Every October, the hillsides above Cindervale catch fire with autumn color. The Last Sheaf Festival brings the whole town home for nine days of harvest markets, cider, and the great bonfire where the season's final sheaf is burned in thanks for the year that's ending. It's the kind of tradition that feels like it could hold a world together. It can. It has been. For three hundred years. You are of the Chancery: former soldiers of the void who once fought to unmake Creation itself, and then, for reasons you may not fully understand, stopped. You are still dying of a strange, personal bane that's killing you. You still can't quite pass for human, but you're imbued with powers to remake the world in a variety of ways. In this postcard mountain town, you have noticed what no god, spirit, or power is capable of seeing: the festival is a ritual, the ritual is starving, and something underneath the valley is beginning to wake up. Your characters are Excrucians: beings living with the fact that the world is fundamentally, structurally (cosmically) wrong, and deciding what is still worth caring for. This game is styled as an existential, cozy folk-horror and a low-combat game of investigation and town drama. Glitch is a diceless and conversation-driven system, driven by spotlight events and attribute point spends/accumulations. It relies heavily on imagination, creativity, existential philosophy, ambiguity and collaboration.

Hello and welcome to your first adventure in the world of Dungeons & Dragons! If you want to join a fresh adventure but are not sure where to start, this is the perfect place for you. I am Glacial (gringo), an experienced Dungeon Master with over 12 years of experience running various TTRPGs such as Cyberpunk RED, D&D 5e, D&D 2024 (5.5e), and Daggerheart. Even though I have GMed for many different groups all over the world, my favorite remains Dungeons & Dragons—especially for beginners. I just can't get enough of seeing people discover this game (the best game ever made) for the very first time! I currently host a Discord server with over 40 players, most of whom are currently playing or have played in my games. You are more than welcome to hop in and ask them about the campaigns we've run! We have a great global community with players from the US, UK, Poland, Hungary, Finland, Romania, Germany, and beyond. The Campaign: A Customized Faerûn Experience Now that the introductions are out of the way, let me present you with my completely customized Faerûn experience! In this game, you will have the chance to be part of a story that revolves fully around your character's lore. I take the well-known world of Abeir-Toril and Faerûn—including iconic locations like Baldur's Gate, Waterdeep, Candlekeep, and Neverwinter—and build a brand-new campaign setting after discussing interests with my players. We could go on an adventure all the way to the Thay Mountains to battle the Red Wizards, venture into the dangerous jungles of Chult to uncover the mysteries of a forgotten land, or stick to the crowded, familiar cities of the Sword Coast where adventures are always abound. What You Need to Jump In The only things you need to do are add me on Discord, have a working microphone, and set up a Roll20 account (which I am happy to help you with). I will explain everything else! I will make sure everyone at the table knows how to play, and I will walk you through character creation step-by-step. You need literally zero experience to join. With that said, experienced players are also fully welcome! The cost of the game will be ranging from: $15 - $20 depending on the days we choose and the number of players.  What are you waiting for? Add me on Discord: gringo1380

The City never sleeps, and as a Moonlighter, niether will you! MOONLIGHTERS is a high-stakes Dungeons and Dragons campaign set in a fantastical version of the modern day. The players take the role of Moonlighters - part time adventurers who operate after dark. Are you a college dropout Elf? A pixie attorney specialising in Magic Item law? A gnome taxi driver? Whatever your reason, while the city sleeps, you Adventure! Players will form an Adventuring Party, working the Adventuring gig economy in the Big City. They'll choose from available jobs, meet wacky clients, and co-operatively worldbuild and expand on the city with the DM in the process. Will you stage an elaborate heist at the Museum of Villainy? Fix a Wizard Duel for a down-and-out gambler? Explore the forgotten catacombs of the public graveyard? It's up to you! More here: https://startplaying.games/adventure/cmq7tyim4007bjs04bh2hluyy?q=moonlighters  Each of the player characters will have a day job, which will be narratively incorporated into the story. If your single dad Orc is an accountant by day. maybe they'll notice some irregularities in the companies magical accounts. If they're an exhausted sound technician for a bratty DJ, maybe they'll have some connections to the shadier side of the city. During a Session 0, we will all discuss the general tone of the game the players are in the mood for. Player characters could all be friends fresh out of college, living out a coming-of-age Jon Hughes movie (with oozes and werewolves), a group of reluctant oddballs flung together in a workplace comedy, or desperate individuals just trying to make ends meet in a brutal, unforgiving city. The choice will be communal, and can always evolve with the narrative. I will discuss privately what each player wants to see, and what they never want to see in game. I'll make sure everyone is on the same page without drawing attention to any individual player's needs. The games is $20 per session via Startplaying. Alternatively, you can message me if you would rather pay another way.

🎓 Who Are You? You are a student at the **Nocturne Conservatory**, a hidden college for young witches beneath the town of Duskfall. Most students are between **18 and 22 years old**, balancing two very different lives. By day, you attend classes, work part-time jobs, hang out with friends, and try to survive college. By night, you study advanced magic, dangerous rituals, and centuries-old traditions. Whether you were born into the magical community or discovered it later, you're still trying to figure out who you want to become. --- # 🏫 Your Two Worlds ## ☀️ Life Above Ground Outside the Conservatory, Duskfall functions like any other small coastal college town. You might spend your days: - Attending university lectures - Working a part-time job - Meeting friends at cafés - Going to concerts - Pulling all-nighters before exams - Exploring the town - Joining clubs or organizations Most people believe Duskfall is completely ordinary. They're wrong. --- ## 🌙 The Nocturne Conservatory Hidden beneath abandoned salt mines lies one of the oldest magical colleges in existence. Here you'll study subjects like: - Ritual Magic - Arcane Theory - Demonology - Magical History - Wards & Protection - Potion Brewing - Cursecraft - Spirit Studies -Evocation -Divination Your professors expect excellence. Failure can have consequences beyond a failing grade. --- # 🎭 What Is This Campaign About? This is a character-driven supernatural mystery focused on: 🔮 Magic 🕵️ Investigations 🎓 College Life 🤝 Friendships & Rivalries 📖 Hidden History 🩸 Difficult Choices While combat certainly happens, your greatest tools are curiosity, teamwork, and creative problem solving. --- # 🧙 Creating Your Character Think about the person behind the magic. ### What are you studying? Examples include: - Magical Law - Ritual Studies - Alchemy - Spirit Research - Enchantments - Magical Medicine - Ancient Languages --- What's your life like outside class? Do you... - Work at a bookstore? - Play in a local band? - Run the campus radio station? - Captain an intramural team? - Volunteer in town? - Spend every night buried in the library? --- How do you feel about magic? Maybe it's... - Your calling. - Your family tradition. - Just another subject to pass. - A burden. - An obsession. - Something you're still learning to trust. --- Why did you come to the Conservatory? Everyone has their own reason. Maybe you wanted: - Knowledge. - Freedom. - Answers. - Prestige. - Adventure. - A fresh start. --- 💬 Roleplaying Tips Your character is an adult, but adulthood doesn't mean having everything figured out. Lean into uncertainty. Make mistakes. Build friendships. Question authority. Support your classmates. Sometimes the biggest victories happen outside of combat. --- 📖 What Your Character Knows Every student knows: ✅ Magic exists. ✅ The Nocturne Conservatory is one of the oldest magical colleges in the world. ✅ Duskfall has a hidden magical community. ✅ Magical traditions are deeply important. ✅ Strange things occasionally happen around town. Your character does **not** automatically know: ❌ Every magical secret. ❌ Every hidden faction. ❌ The truth behind Duskfall's history. ❌ Why certain traditions exist. Those answers will be discovered throughout the campaign. --- 🌒 Welcome to Duskfall Study hard. Trust carefully. Question everything. Because in Duskfall... **Some secrets have been waiting centuries for someone to uncover them.** Like to application: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSf784PDqgFyQQcG_tInei2V3mVF9q-hKDGLUMwY23YeFNjbSA/viewform?usp=header

Tales from the Yawning Portal

Hello! We are a two-person campaign looking for more people to join us! We would love for you to join Vic, a wizard on the search for a portal that will reunite him with his lost love, and our NPC character Tim who's... Tim, a human fighter! We welcome any new characters, or if you would like to be Tim (who wouldn't want to be Tim?) that would be great too. We are currently finishing our first chapter, so we have plenty more story to tell!

Monday – Saturday, a group decides on day & time. Most people will probably play between 16:00 – 21:00 (GMT+0) Played in Discord voice chat A lot of people wanted to play, but later they went passive/ignore mode. Please, message only if you are going to play, don't make the other players wait Discord nickname: weebseatshit *PREMISE* You are dragged into a dangerous encounter together with other unlucky ones. Now you are bonded whether you want it or not. Since you are a witness, some people want you dead, watch your back(s) & trust no one It's a Forgotten Realms based, custom (homebrew) campaign with an emphasis on story, characters & adventures, *WITHOUT LEVELS & STATS. "Theatre of the Mind" playstyle (means no VTT). Casual, beginner friendly Every player can has his own, custom spells/abilities. Custom spells should be created within reason. Imagine that those spells are used against you. A player has up to 5 spells from the start A player should choose a class that is the closest to his preference & then create spells/abilities. If a player can't, i'll help I'd like every player to be equally powerful Only these races are allowed: Human, Elf (Moon, Wood), Dwarf, Goliath, Tiefling (Purple, Pink, Blue), Tystling (a human with cat ears (& eyes)) These classes aren't allowed: Artificer, Barbarian, Monk, Psion d20 roll results: Dungeon Master sets a number in an RNG & decides what success number a player should roll Spells don't need mana or d20 roll to be cast, they only cooldown, but if a player is gonna spam spells, i'll Elfen Lied him or put some shit like Leo Bonhart from Witcher that will equalize/balance him *COMBAT* When combat starts, characters & their enemies roll for initiative to decide who goes first (the one with the biggest number, then decreasing or as Dungeon Master decides) If it's a tie result, reroll To choose a target for an enemy, Dungeon Master sets a number in an RNG To attack, character & other character(s) roll d20. If attacker's number is bigger, he deals damage. If attacker's number is less, a defending character dodges. A defending character can perform a counterattack, but if he fails, he receives damage To defeat (wound) a character: • Character must receive damage a certain amount of times • Character does it with any possible way (using environment, persuasion) I'll describe locations, looks, with little to no details. So, when a player is for example in a forest, search for "D&D forest artstation" or "forest artstation" & ambient You can check The Witcher 1 video game. It's my main inspiration when it comes to background (buildings, outdoors, interior design, clothes, general looks, basically all) Just like with the books, i'd prefer that player imagined his own stuff (& because there may be an info that player may not get or just ignore)

Join Pexwyn - A High Elf Diviner Wizard who comes from a wealthy family, but their vices take them to the dregs of society. Along with Fern - A Fairy Bloodhunter who suffered a terrible trauma due to some mysterious undead force that she has trained everyday since to find and slay You and your fellow party members were trained by the famous hero Sir Quinton Veilar. A Harengon that travelled with the legendary group known as Emberwatch. Quinton has been retired for years and has called you and his other former apprentices to attend a birthday dinner at his home in Iriesall. After he and his companions have saved the City of Iriesall many times over, it seems that the people are determined to destroy it themselves. Between the war with the underdark, a terrorist insurgency in the undercity, and the oppressive reign of Queen Beirona and the Orders of Sybril, there is little peace to be had. But there was peace in drink, and sharing stories with friends at the tavern. Through his adventures, Quinton has made enemies, acquired dangerous magical artifacts, and kept many secrets... all of which are about to unravel. Join the adventure, as a former pupil of this retired hero as he trusts you to protect all he holds dear. Travel to stunning locals, meet legends of old, and maybe.. just maybe.. save the world along the way. New to Daggerheart? Me too! Come play through the official Age of Umbra Campaign Frame and we can learn together 😁 Pitch from the Core: A century has passed since the God-King Othedias betrayed the Pantheon, provoking divine punishment and abandonment by the gods that left the realm of the Halcyon Domain shattered, desolate, and eternally cursed. Throughout this shadow-choked land of decaying fortresses and dreadful monstrosities, surviving communities cling to hope in the face of lightless oblivion. In an Age of Umbra campaign, you’ll play heroic survivors who protect their community from the terrors beyond their walls, venture out into the unknown to hunt the nightmares that twist and grow with each fallen soul, seek answers to the curses that corrupt this world, and perhaps even discover a way to change its fate. Games will take place on Fridays at 9 AM CST (Texas, USA) and will run for 2 hours. There will be a Session Zero once the table is put together to build characters, that session may go over two hours. Fight or sneak your way through the ancient and mysteriously abandoned Elvish city of Zel-Bazar! Starting at Level 6 and going to Level 14, this campaign in a light homebrew setting lets you explore a dangerous city in the desert to uncover forgotten arcane secrets, collect priceless religious relics, and kill powerful monsters to collect their precious innards, all so you can get fame and fortune. Inspired by Dungeons of Drakkenheim, this is a survival game where death is around every corner and your choices matter. You can work for yourselves and sow chaos, ally with a faction and help them achieve their goals, or even try your hand at overthrowing a faction for your own gains. The desert is yours to explore and exploit! Read below for a short introduction, and below that for the table details 👍🏻 --- The skies over the desert continent of Sahidh used to be glitter with starlight at all hours. In the ancient past a breed of Cosmic Beetles, those alien beings which eat stardust and create magic, would drift into an oasis in the middle of the desert to mate and multiply. Elves from the Glimmerwood eventually found the desert and the oasis and founded a city. After a few generations, those Elves adapted and became "sun-kissed". The city's name in Ancient Elvish is "Ulenra odh Taminn", or "Jewel of the Desert". After the Sun-Kissed Elves branched their culture, it was renamed to Zel-Barar, or "Jewel City." During the War of Crumbling Skies, the ulitmate battle between Gods and mortal mages when the Great Sky Cities were falling, the ancient desert capital acted as a crucial ally for mortal mages. But 60 years before the final defeat for the mages, the city went dark. The population of over 1 million Sun-Kissed Elves vanished without a clue as to why. When the mortal survivors of the war went to investigate what happened, they found the city infested with the Cosmic Beetles, now twisted and mutated by some kind of uncurable curse. The Cursed Beetles quickly became a scourge that would take the lives of many people, and still do to this day. It's been 40 years since the city was rediscovered, and a number of groups and organizations seek the hidden power and forgotten secrets still trapped within. Thieves, soldiers, holy people, fame-seekers, and anyone else daring enough to enter the walls of the city have congregated in the still-standing cities on the continents coasts or in one of the new settlements that the city's mystery has spawned. There has been a steady balance of power between the factions for decades now, but the appearance of a new Cult and rumors of a "major discovery" have people on edge. --- Games will be played on Mondays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays at 10 AM CST (Texas, USA) and will go for 4 hours. It's a paid table with standard rates being no higher than $20 and I am open to making deals depending on your needs. I never want to price someone out of play. If you're interested, you can reach out to me on here or on Discord: cheeks4901.

Welcome to the lands of terror, traveler. Welcome, to place of shadows and pain. Welcome, to Barovia. This is the place under consistent terror of it's once hero, now — executioner of his own lands and people. In this short adventure we're gonna investigate mystery around unknown house in Daggergort, where starts our adventure. Prepare yourself to heavy rollplay campaingh with great foes and hope within the Mist. Gonna be happy to see you! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- I’m a game master with several years of experience. I have about half a dozen campaigns that are either finished or currently in progress. I’ve taken on roles ranging from the majestic tyrant Strad von Zarovich to the noble and cold-blooded Camarilla bloodline member to the ruthless cutthroat of the streets of Duskvol, while at the same time standing by your side as Irina Kolianovna, your gray, or your sniper ally in the House of Raven’s Cross. I have many faces, many names, as you may have realized, but the essence is the same — I adore each of my roles just as much as I adore each of yours. It is in the game, in the combination of my play and yours, that true Greatness will emerge. And believe me, it awaits us. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Now, let me tell about me a few words, dear traveler. As I have just said, I've GM-ing for a few years. Six, to be clear. In my games you can expect a lot of roleplaying, deep lore(Espetially in Curse of Strahd and Old Barovia), breathtaking plot twists and great strory, that we're gonna make together. You can easily count on me in mechanical aspect of game. Be shure, that our VTT gonna be quite automated and I'll give as much immersion, as I possibly can. Platform: Discord+Foundry VTT Price: 20$ Questions? Feel free to send me a DM. I'm always happy to chat about the campaigns, answer questions. If you're looking for a reliable group and a long-term campaign I'd love to hear from you!
