Description

Hello, Thought I would reach out to invite you to a game we are running on Monday. We need two more players to run it and I thought I would reach out to you. This is an age 18+ oneshot that uses 5.5e rules however the races are animal races. The race traits have been made and there are 7 races to choose from. The world has a rich lore for you to discover and I can't wait to share it with you. Currently I am looking for players to run through a game called Hunter's Delight, A one shot made within this world. I am looking for a maximum of 4 players. This will be my first time GMing an online game but not the first time playing online. It's a bit of a murder mystery but also quite funny too. I am happy for players to create their own characters. The level for the oneshot is level 10, and there are 5 premade characters I can share with you on D and D beyond if you are new to the game. The races we are using are beastfolk, as in animal people, not people who can transform into animals. I hombrewed the races and the race traits are it little confusing and could do with some tailoring so we have decided to use the standard races from DND 5.5e and just flavour the race traits to the seven beastfolk races in the homebrew world. These races include:
  • Eaglefolk
  • Vulturefolk
*Lionfolk *Cheetahfolk *Hyenafolk and Tigerfolk There are two slots open so please let me know as soon as you can if you can join. I've made it to be fun, quirky but yet exciting and, of course, violent. I have very much enjoyed creating a whole range of NPCs and scenarios and have very much enjoyed producing quite a bit of art for it, especially map wise. It is a game that is roleplay heavy and combat heavy as well. Would love to share this with you if you are available.  Hope to see you soon.

Charlie Charlie

Hello, I have been playing and DMing for over 10 years now but have been doing it more consistantly for the past 3 years. I have recently reached the end of my first homebrew campaign and am now saying goodbye to the world to start a new.

D&D. DM is looking for the players (16-18+)

Homebrew
House rules, a custom setting, or a system the Game Master wrote themselves.
Roleplay focused
Conversation, character and story take up most of the table time.
Monday - Thursday    A group decides on day & time Most people will probably play between 16:00 – 21:00 (GMT+0) It'll be played in a Discord voice chat "Theatre of the Mind" playstyle (means no VTT) Discord (weebseatshit) *PREMISE* You are dragged into a dangerous encounter together with other unlucky ones. Now you are bonded whether you want it or not. Since you are a witness, some people want you dead, watch your back(s) & trust no one It's an RP-focused, Forgotten Realms based homebrew campaign, with an emphasis on story & adventures Ratio: 60 Roleplay/30 Exploration/10 Combat Starting level is 1, Point Buy, Milestone leveling Spells become cantrips, a player can cast them without components or GP Cooldown of spells depends from their power level & the DM's will, but if a player is gonna spam spells, i'll Elfen Lied him or put some shit like Leo Bonhart from Witcher  Some spells that affect game's balance & world, may be forbidden. It'll be discussed HP are cinematic. Depending from how much & what kind of damage a character receives, i'll adjust his condition Only these races are allowed: Human, Elf (Moon, Wood), Dwarf, Goliath, Tiefling (Purple, Pink, Blue), Tystling (a human with cat ears (& eyes)) Artificer & Psion aren't allowed I'll describe locations & looks with little to no detail Just like with the books, i'd prefer that every player imagined their own stuff (& because there may be an info that player may not get or just ignore) About forbidden spells As an example, this is only level 1 Wizard, but i hope you get an idea Mending Charm Person Detect Magic Detect Poison and Disease Friends Unseen Servant Tasha's Hideous Laughter Sudden Awakening Sleep Sense Emotion Puppet Identify Id Insinuation Healing Elixir Disguise Self Comprehend Languages Cause Fear Ressurection & lethal spells Instead of using ability checks or in-game tools (acquiring unique items, talking to people, searching for clues, improvise), a player casts a spell that speedruns a campaign But a player can prepare all other spells A tystling is similar to a cat Monochrome darkvision Enhanced senses: smell, hearing, vision, touch & balance (+3 Dexterity, Perception, Acrobatics) Soft step: walking is almost noiseless (unless a tystling has something noisy on), running is slightly quieter comparing to other races (+4 Stealth) A tystling is shorter than an elf, but taller than a dwarf A tystling is slim like an elf, but lighter than an elf, with smaller muscles. That makes a tystling even more agile & dexterous than an elf, but it's very hard for a tystling to lift or carry medium heavy things (8 AC, -5 Strength, Athletics)

"Year 0" Prequel One-Shots (3-4 players/session)

Homebrew
House rules, a custom setting, or a system the Game Master wrote themselves.
Newbie friendly
New players are welcome, and nobody expects you to know the rules beforehand.
Hello hello! I am Matthew. I am a new DM building a homebrew world, and I want your help filling in its history. Before my main campaign begins, I am running a series of one-shots set in "Year 0". This is when an apocalyptic cataclysm nearly ends the world. The future campaign will be set centuries afterward. When? I run my business from home and have a family, so M-F during the day works best. These one-shots will take place Tuesday through Thursday, between 9:00am and 2:00pm Central time (chicago area). If you work from home, work nights, or live in a time zone where this is your evening, this table is for you! What is it? You will play low- to mid-level heroes surviving the chaos of a larger conflict. You might be pulling off a desperate heist for a magical artifact, escorting refugees to safety, or holding the line against impossible odds. All of this happens under the shadow of the First King, whose mysterious sacrifice during this era saved the realm but cursed his bloodline forever. Legacy? Yup If you survive, I have a "Fortune & Fate" roll planned to help determine your character's epilogue. Though you will have plenty of creative control over their outcomes. Survive or not - your characters will become the myths, ancestors, and founders in the larger campaign!
