Root the RPG from (Magpie Games) is the RPG based off the Board game from (Leader Games.) The adventures are anthropomorphic critters in a low-tech none magical world where bears and deers and some other woodland animals are dangerous but may not be the biggest problem your party comes up against.  This is a game of Woodland Might & Right. Where you and the other PC play as vagabonds. Career specific (but not set in stone) woodland wanders working to handle the problems of factions fighting secrete wars and not-so-secrete wars, solving delicate situations of local magistrates and trying not to make more enemies then you can manage, while exploring the dangerous woodland and becoming entangled in the known 'clearings' - cities filled with denizens and trouble aplenty.

We are a group looking for 1-2 new players to join us for an upcoming daggerheart campaign that takes place in my new homebrew setting of Insonja. A mysterious supernatural event caused 3/4th of the world's population to disapear in a flash and then the world fell apart to war, famine and monsters resulting in its current post-apocolyptic state. The players are survivors who reside in the former capital of the world's greatest super power, the imperium of Reem. What survived of the capital and the heartland of the imperium was taken over by a cult that worships a group of angelic beings that are known as the Heralds. The rules of the cult are strict and they expect everyone who resides in its domain to follow said rules regardless of own opinion on religion. However the capital of Reem is one of the few safe areas in the world with civilization. Will this cult provide the safety and salvation that it claims to offer, or is it just replacing the chaos of the wasteland with a different form of evil?  This will be my second attempt at running a daggerheart campaign after the last one fell apart due to scheduling issues. The plan is to run the game as long as players keep interest in it. While I am new to running daggerheart I do have plenty of experience running dnd 5e and other systems.  I have a zero tolerance policy for bigotry and bullying. You are a couple of seasoned travelers about to be dragged into something a lot more than you bargained for. This is a tale of emotion, terror, and tragedy; but also one of heroism, something the people of Neverwinter desperately need as they struggle against a serial killer. This short adventure goes from levels 4 - 6 for a party of 3 – 5 players. The game is designed to run anywhere between 4 – 8 sessions and focuses on mystery, horror, a decent amount of combat, and thrilling and dramatic roleplay!
