This is a campaign where you basically get to adventure through the world that my mind imagines and you influence. It's a darker setting with lots of psychological horror elements and without any real objective to achieve.  It’s what I’d see as a classic dnd world. A medieval-esque world with magic. The main idea about the world is that chaos is growing, darkness is spreading and the world is corrupted and continues to grow darker and more dangerous. This is due to Bane (the god of darkness) and his followers wishing to draw the whole realm into the dark grip of Bane. While this is happening Bhaal and Myrkul (the 2 other in the dead 3, god of murder and lord of bones) will become jealous and also start influencing the realm and driving to empower themselves. Bane’s most important followers have gained the ability to steal the souls of lower mortals to transform themselves into demons and monsters of the fiendish variety (Bane is a fiendish god from what I could find) The characters I’ve had so far have had sad backstories, but tbh, I give everyone the freedom to do as they choose. I’m creating homebrew items and maps for the campaign as well! The players will be free to do whatever they choose in the world with me putting my heart and soul into creating as fun and adventurous encounters and experiences. The campaign has technically started, but players often disappear due to scheduling conflicts and such. And not much has happened so far. Everyone is welcome, no matter age, experience, gender or whatever other factors could be seen as excluding.  Right now I only have 1 confirmed player left, with maybe 1 or 2 joining within a couple of weeks. We're playing every Saturday at 8pm CET for at least 3-4 hours. Using a discord server to talk on a call and the platform dnd beyond.
