D&D Beyond Character Tools

D&D Beyond Character Tools is a free browser extension that generates print-ready PDFs (A5 Booklet and US Letter Portrait) directly from any character sheet — no copy-paste, no manual entry. Click the extension icon while viewing a character sheet, choose your output, and save to your Downloads folder in seconds. Built in mind specifically for those offline situations.

Output options include:

Character Information - A complete multi-page character reference booklet. Spell Book - A spellcasting characters' standalone spell reference booklet. Class Spell Book - One PDF per spellcasting class (multiple files for multiclass characters), listing every spell available to that class. Kudos to Reddit user u/DMJM_91 for the Class Spells idea! Table Tent Card - A single US Letter portrait PDF (recommend cardstock) designed to fold and stand upright at the game table. DM Initiative Cards - Four 3” × 5” index cards printed on a single US Letter sheet (recommend cardstock), designed to be cut out and used by the DM to track you character during combat.
