Baldurs gate descent into avernus

Hello and welcome to your first adventure in the world of Dungeons & Dragons! If you want to join a fresh adventure but are not sure where to start, this is the perfect place for you. I am Glacial (gringo), an experienced Dungeon Master with over 12 years of experience running various TTRPGs such as Cyberpunk RED, D&D 5e, D&D 2024 (5.5e), and Daggerheart. Even though I have GMed for many different groups all over the world, my favorite remains Dungeons & Dragons—especially for beginners. I just can't get enough of seeing people discover this game (the best game ever made) for the very first time! I currently host a Discord server with over 40 players, most of whom are currently playing or have played in my games. You are more than welcome to hop in and ask them about the campaigns we've run! We have a great global community with players from the US, UK, Poland, Hungary, Finland, Romania, Germany, and beyond. The Campaign: A Customized Faerûn Experience Now that the introductions are out of the way, let me present you with my completely customized Faerûn experience! In this game, you will have the chance to be part of a story that revolves fully around your character's lore. I take the well-known world of Abeir-Toril and Faerûn—including iconic locations like Baldur's Gate, Waterdeep, Candlekeep, and Neverwinter—and build a brand-new campaign setting after discussing interests with my players. We could go on an adventure all the way to the Thay Mountains to battle the Red Wizards, venture into the dangerous jungles of Chult to uncover the mysteries of a forgotten land, or stick to the crowded, familiar cities of the Sword Coast where adventures are always abound. What You Need to Jump In The only things you need to do are add me on Discord, have a working microphone, and set up a Roll20 account (which I am happy to help you with). I will explain everything else! I will make sure everyone at the table knows how to play, and I will walk you through character creation step-by-step. You need literally zero experience to join. With that said, experienced players are also fully welcome! The cost of the game will be ranging from: $15 - $20 depending on the days we choose and the number of players. What are you waiting for? Add me on Discord: gringo1380

Looking to run a Fantasy game in the world of Faerun shaped by the players joining, deeply connecting the player backstories towards the overall setting and narrative! The journey shall begin in the Sword Coast, a place brimming with opportunity for those sharp enough to spot it, or for those opportunistic enough to steal it! Adventure lurks behind every isle that spreads across the deep oceanic expanse, a whisper inside every tavern foretelling the coming of doom, and monstrous noises can often be heeded from outside the sanctuaries of human settlements... And most important of all... Treasure can be found in the most dangerous of places, and danger is everywhere!    The BBEG and forces of evil will be directly linked to the players, leading to an exciting as well as personal experience tailor made for those looking for deep stories full of intrigue, emotional moments of triumph, as well as the good running joke that unites everyone together!  Will you be an escaped drow from Menzoberranzan, searching for refuge and a place to call home among compainions. A ruthless assassin from Waterdeep, a tongue as silver as the thin daggers you weild to great effect. A city guard from Baldurs Gate that wishes to explore the greater world, not letting the titanic walls confine your adventuerer spirit any longer! The world is open and excepting of adventuerers from all backgrounds and walks of life!  For those interested in joining share a potential player character you would like to bring life to! A simple idea can blossom into a beautiful tale, so dont be afraid to share an idea we can build upon together with further details about the world and its inhabitants!  If this sounds interesting to you or if you have any further questions please feel free to send me a message on Groupfinder or on Discord, or a message to gringo1380 who shall be the DM for this campaign! Looking forward to creating a special tale of unforgettable memories!

Hey everyone! 🎲 We’re looking for 2 more people, ages 18–30, to join a new in-person D&D campaign around Lakewood/Denver. We already have 2 players and we’re really hoping to find people who want more than just showing up for D&D. We’d love to build an actual friend group where we can also play board games, grab food, hang out, etc. So definitely friends first, D&D players second. The campaign is a long-term homebrew world called Soleil: 500 years ago, the Sun stopped moving. Civilization now survives in a narrow band of eternal twilight between a blazing desert and a frozen darkness. On the 500th anniversary of a massive yearly ceremony, four travelers leave the safety of The Line to discover what lies beyond the walls. It’ll be a mix of mystery, exploration, roleplay, combat, giant titan monsters, emotional story moments, and weird discoveries. ✨ We’re thinking: • In person around Lakewood/Denver • About every other week • Long-term campaign • D&D 2024 rules • Beginners welcome • We’d probably do a casual hangout or board game night first just to make sure everyone vibes before committing • Your character will have deep secret and background link to the world ! If you’re interested, send me a message and tell me a little about yourself, what you like about D&D, and what other games or hobbies you’re into!
