Description

I am looking for 4 players for an exciting adventure in my Homebrew World of Evira using the D&D 5e (2014) Game System. The campaign is focused on storytelling and roleplay, and all levels of experience are welcome. This is not my first campaign, but by no means am I a professional. I run games because I enjoy telling stories with a group of friends and having fun playing the game together. My last group broke apart, as there were scheduling and personal issues. D&D has been quite a joy for me and I am not willing to give up on it that easily. To me, it is most important that everyone at the table has fun, as we come together in our free time to play this wonderful game together. The World of Evira: Evira is a Homebrew World I have created taking inspiration from sources like The Lord of the RIngs, A Song of ice and Fire, The Witcher, and Warhammer Fantasy. Gods are distant and there are no planes or Multiverses. The campaign will mostly take place in the Northern Realms of the main Contintent, where danger can lurk everywhere and the land is scarred by centuries of history. Magic is more rare, and the understanding of it is limited to most people. The Story: You can make your adventure and decide what story hooks to follow and how much you wish to interact with them. Interacting and not interacting will have consequences on the world. Sometimes not even I know where things might lead. You as the party choose your path, as you navigate through the world together. What to Expect: Moral ambiguity; Good people do bad things, bad people have their reasons. Faith is more cultural and Clerics are not the chosen of gods, but more akin to scholars, zealots, or people simply wielding tradition. I won't shy away from darker themes, so this is certainly 18+. I try to make combat challenging, but never unfair. But what will you do? Will you dive into the politics or slay monsters, the choice is completely yours. Game Details: System: Dungeons & Dragons 5e (2014) Platform: Discord for voice and video, FoundryVTT for tabletop Schedule: Session will be every other week. I will aim for Saturday late-afternoon, but depending on everyones schedule it can be adjusted, tho I would like to keep it on the weekend. Requirements: A working PC or Laptop that can run FoundryVTT online, a working mike and camera, Discord Session length: 4 hour sessions

I have played D&D for a couple years by now, both as a DM and as a player. I run games because I enjoy worldbuilding and telling stories with a group of friends and having fun playing the game together.

A flying city of portals, the City of Doors has closed. The gods have decreed that The Reckoning has come and the Material Plane's time is over. All that is left now is the Endlands, immeasurable leagues of sunless wastes, fled by all who can escape to the Outer Planes. But something else moves in the shadows. Might there be something worse than the end of the Material Plane after all? In this mash-up of Planescape and Stephen King's Dark Tower epic, you will explore a reality moving on, discover the secrets of its creation, and decide its fate once and for all. Your heroes have come together from across D&D's time and space to a land of sunless light, unpredictable magic, and guns. Lots of guns. Let's hope you're quick on the draw. Built for players who are comfortable with 5e and excited for a twist on its core rules, Spireward Bound follows a semi-episodic structure. Every few sessions, your characters are confronted with a new, exciting situation on your journey, each of which is designed for open-ended adventure. Our adventure is well underway, but there's room at the fireside for more travelers! Our Tarot Hunters are now about halfway through their quest to the Spire, coming to believe they have to save all of creation from the hunger of the Crimson King. They have just taken the very first steps in pursuit of the Justice Tarot...

MOONLIGHTERS: Adventures After Dark!

The City never sleeps, and as a Moonlighter, niether will you! MOONLIGHTERS is a high-stakes Dungeons and Dragons campaign set in a fantastical version of the modern day. The players take the role of Moonlighters - part time adventurers who operate after dark. Are you a college dropout Elf? A pixie attorney specialising in Magic Item law? A gnome taxi driver? Whatever your reason, while the city sleeps, you Adventure! Players will form an Adventuring Party, working the Adventuring gig economy in the Big City. They'll choose from available jobs, meet wacky clients, and co-operatively worldbuild and expand on the city with the DM in the process. Will you stage an elaborate heist at the Museum of Villainy? Fix a Wizard Duel for a down-and-out gambler? Explore the forgotten catacombs of the public graveyard? It's up to you! More here: https://startplaying.games/adventure/cmq7tyim4007bjs04bh2hluyy?q=moonlighters  Each of the player characters will have a day job, which will be narratively incorporated into the story. If your single dad Orc is an accountant by day. maybe they'll notice some irregularities in the companies magical accounts. If they're an exhausted sound technician for a bratty DJ, maybe they'll have some connections to the shadier side of the city. During a Session 0, we will all discuss the general tone of the game the players are in the mood for. Player characters could all be friends fresh out of college, living out a coming-of-age Jon Hughes movie (with oozes and werewolves), a group of reluctant oddballs flung together in a workplace comedy, or desperate individuals just trying to make ends meet in a brutal, unforgiving city. The choice will be communal, and can always evolve with the narrative. I will discuss privately what each player wants to see, and what they never want to see in game. I'll make sure everyone is on the same page without drawing attention to any individual player's needs. The games is $20 per session via Startplaying. Alternatively, you can message me if you would rather pay another way.

Hai :3  I've been DMing online for about 2 years now but I've never tried irl, so here I'm trying to start that :p forgive me if I'm rather amateurish  I have two campaigns that I'll decide between based on the player makeup, one a time-loop sandbox I've home-brewed, and another a tighter dungeon crawl, still fairly nonlinear, based on Fear&Hunger. Before any of them, I'd like to run a oneshot to see what type of players I have  Generally, I don't tend to stick super closely to rules as written, and tend to not plan nameless enemies. I also don't have a super firm grasp on the rules themselves lol so it'll be a learning experience for all of us (so generally, not trying for the highest heights of difficulty)  In terms of players, I'm hoping to find people who aren't super old (I'm sixteen, ideally be under 20) and who are ok with the queers™ (don't be an arse basically)  So ya :3 if you want a roleplay-planning focused campaign rather than turn by turn battle strategy this is probably the campaign for you ✨  If your interested, DM me on discord at 'lavenderthesillycat'
