Bahamut, the draconic god of creation, magic and he's the god-king to all dragons. Among them walk the demihumans, mortal souls of godlike flavor. Some of them have ascended by their great deeds or sacrifice. Some of them are ancient, reliving their lives again and again through a process called Rebirth. Helioses inhabitants are diverse, the oldest and most advanced being dwarfs. In it's human created steampunk world, with the disappearance of Andraste, the magic has begun to grow out of balance and its overflow has started to affect every creature, living and small. With the waking of giants evoked a counterbalance in the dragons populations. Humanoids discovered 10 years ago at this time, that nobody is able to bear children anymore, causing mass divorces and accusations of some curse cast by some other race. This turned these communities reclusive. The kingdoms issued a contract to form guilds that are in charge of helping people that show a certain capacity; people who could be able to get behind this phenomenon. These adventurers get to grow in their ranks and are eligible for extended pay for their services, along with perks like free stay in any of the taverns for a week and they are not arrested or questioned over possessing artifacts of -likely dangerous- magical nature. Pros: I'll draw my players characters and their pets according to the plot. High-magic. New DM. Custom diseases, magical and non-magical. Sandbox with main quest optional.
