Hiya! So little introduction: I go by Mat, He/him. 24 and South African! I was introduced to dnd by friends back in 2020. Since then I've played and DMed on and off. All 2014 5e DnD, Mix of module and Homebrew.  I'm not as familiar with 2024 5.5e dnd but I'm totally down to learn!

I primarily play online using Roll20 and Discord.

Looking to join a group to play with after work, make friends and also see how other DMs run their games. I'm a big fan of Forgotten Realm's lore but also don't have an issue with homebrew settings either!  Admittedly most games I've played in have been more combat/mechanics focused. Looking to try also get more into and better at roleplay. DISCLAIMER: If you are someone who has a problem with LGBTQIA+ peeps or an AI lover, I'm not interested.
