Beginner looking to join a new group or an ongoing campaign. Hey everyone, I’m a guy in my 30s looking to get into D&D for the first time and hoping to find an online group that’s open to a complete beginner. A bit about me: I’ve been a gamer for years and I’m a big Warhammer 40k fan, so I’m used to deep lore, strategy, and character-driven worlds—I just haven’t played tabletop RPGs yet. What I’m looking for: * D&D 5e game (since it seems like the most common starting point) * Beginner-friendly group/DM (I may need some guidance, especially with character creation) * Chill, welcoming environment * Good mix of roleplay and combat Availability: * Weekdays after \~6–7 PM EDT * Flexible on weekends I’m reliable, easygoing, and excited to learn and be a solid party member.
