Hi everyone! I'm a first-time player looking for a welcoming group to learn the ropes with. I'm particularly interested in high fantasy heroes who rise to the occasion against something bigger than themselves, meaningful choices that actually matter, and a narrative that actually has a beginning, middle, and end. That being said, I'm completely new to the rules and mechanics, so a group that's willing to help explain a thing or two during the session would be fantastic. I'm particularly interested in a more role-playing-heavy group; character moments and storytelling are my favorite parts of the game! That said, I'm not opposed to a more balanced approach. The key for me is a relaxed pace, good people, and a DM who enjoys working with first-timers and is enthusiastic about the game. I'm only interested in an online group (Roll20 or FoundryVTT and similar systems) and am willing to accommodate a schedule that fits your group's needs.
