Heyo, I'm Bo, 30 and queer. Been playing DND since 2019 ish, haven't had the chance to explore other systems and DND somehow always seems the easiest to find a game for. I only recently decided to try voice games as I've been playing through live text usually. Critical Role is what got me into dnd and rpg stuff but I've been loving Bards of New York lately, and when I say lately it's been over a year of constantly watching their stuff. Other than that I love Witcher, Dragon Age, Skyrim obviously, fantasy is my main genre I think, though I like watching sci fi movies and shows. Bioshock Infinite is another games I love and I love horror media, just not a fan of slashers and very gore focused things, which is why Mike Flanagan's stuff is my favorite but also I say that and yet zombie media is also something I enjoy so lmao. I usually prefer RP over combat but I figured combat can be very useful to test your creativity and problem solving as well, just not looking to solely be focused on that. I'm in the gmt+2 timezone, usually prefer evening games in my time and currently Saturday evenings are occupied by me DM-ing. I would also like to add that I have a pretty old laptop and I'm pretty sure most if not all VTTs just don't work on it, if that's a must for games.

I've been rolling dice since the days of Neverwinter Nights persistent worlds, where the game was mostly text-based and the roleplay was the whole point. From there I found my way into 3.5, Pathfinder, and eventually 5e, where I've run several year-long campaigns to completion as DM. These days I'm looking to get back on the player side of the screen and explore some new systems. I'm a roleplay centric player but I love a good tractical combat, especially if the system supports cinematic moments within it. I also like to keep the game moving forward, making sure to involve the party in making decisions and keeping the pace of the story going, this means I usually fall into the role of party face too. I've been playing D&D since my childhood in the early 80's and try my best to re-engage the board game/improv troupe I associate with the best expressions of role playing games. I like voice acting, playing in-character and making sessions a mix of gameplay, making friends and holding spance to let their imaginations run free with safety and advocacy. I'm happy to run games for your group in 5E/5.5E. I'm proficient with D&D Beyond, and will include music/sfx in our games and also make maps with Inkarnate. Hello everyone! my name is Blair, and I am a player looking for more games to play! my schedule just recently opened up, and i need to roll dice and tell some stories! a bit about me: a bulk of my TTRPG experience comes from playing 2014, but i do have experience playing other systems as well, such as Candela Obscura, Daggerheart, Pathfinder, and I've even played a homebrew version of DND. when it comes to me as a player, i do tend to play spellcasters, it just intrigues me a lot more than the martial classes, and when I do play martial classes, i always give them limited magic. I'm also a pretty respectful tablemate, i try to give my fellow players a chance to get involved. along with that, I do engage in romance, both PC and NPC, just depends on whether or not the table is down with that! oh, speaking of romance, i am Queer and trans! with the world that we exist in, I find that it is better for my table to know that upfront than learn that not only am I not cis but also, I like both boys and girls, it's just a fact of life. with that you must be a Queer and trans friendly table as well as a disabled friendly table since I am disabled as well! now to move onto a gm I would prefer: typically, how I'd parse out a potential good GM for me to play under, is I'd do a one-shot with them and see if we're a good fit, and if we can have good conversation, but considering the nature of a post like this, I am willing to forego that! that being said, you still need to have the following: be America-based and even more specifically be CST-based- since I am based in North America, I just can't do uber late games. it's not good for my mental health, and it causes me to be a terrible person for responding to DMs. RP skills - this doesn't mean that you shouldn't at least try to incorporate combat in your sessions but i need those RP skills sharpened to the max! homebrew vs. Module - I am willing to play a module but i would prefer a homebrew world. it shows that you are more than willing to be flexible with your players' stories and want to share that creativity with the world at large. recording vs basic home game - I am very okay and do consent to a recorded game, considering i have been in a few actual plays! that, however, does not mean that i will turn my nose up at a basic home game, in fact that is one of my favorites!

Hi all! I'm Nick a 35 year old man who has been playing D&D since 3.5. Looking for some casual tables since I am currently going back to school. Also very open to trying new systems. A hard no for me is toxic behavior at the table. I try to be accepting of people and expect that from others. I have been a GM in the past but going through GM burnout at the moment. Forever GM here looking to become a player. I would like to play a game that is roleplay and combat focused. I prefer mysteries and dark tones, so an Age of Umbra Daggerheart, Alien or Vaesen game works for me. Brindlewood Bay also hits my liking (it is not an option on the list). I'm Buff Mimic, I also enjoy Mimi, I'm 23 years old, MtF trans, and an enjoyer of a variety of TTRPG's though I'm currently on the look out for Vampire the Masquerade 5th Edition and or Daggerheart. I've done so much D&D and d20 esque systems that I've been yearning to play with some other dice systems. About Me I've played TTRPG's as a whole for about 11 years now, nearing 12, and I got into it with D&D 5e. Pathfinder 1e definitely has most of my experience past that, especially the Final Fantasy supplement of it, but I've also experienced Fabula Ultima, Legends in the Mist, Scion, ROOT, and of course VTM. Though VTM 5e is still new to me and I'm really looking to explore it further. I really love playing characters who have stronger personalities. Confident, smug, a bit teasing all around. I try to make them a bit more of the sweet sort, but I do enjoy leaning into a bit more of a brutish side when time allows. One can blame my love of Barbarian for it I am sure. That said being a brute doesn't mean I don't enjoy someone charismatic, and I often like to get deep into roleplay or character creation to give that personality something unique and fun about them. Outside of TTRPG's I have some favorite games in Final Fantasy 14, Monster Hunter World, Nuclear Throne, Celeste, and Rabbit & Steel. I like the games that can make my adrenaline spike... or allow me some fun to customize and be a lil bit of a fashionista with my character as I do enjoy making them look pretty. When it comes to games themselves I'm not really afraid of any real topics. I don't chomp at the bit for horrible things to happen, but if something makes sense to happen narratively I'd rather it happen so I can properly react to the horror that is put in front of me and give some real honest reactions so I can really emulate how my character would feel. I'll play pretty much anything however. I just have a preferance for wanting to learn some new things.

Pathfinder 2E, and Tormenta 20. Both systems are hard to grasp even after sessions of experience, so I prefer not to go with those. (note: vigor is extra) I enjoy all three pillars of TTRPGS (combat, roleplay, exploration) and appreciate when there is a healthy balance among them. I like to support other players, in and out of character, as I like to see others succeed... and when things don't succeed, we roll with the punches. I have been playing Pathfinder 2e for about 6 years now, both as a player and a GM. I have dabbled in D&D 5e and have a decent grasp of the rules but would need some hand holding- but I would love to learn a new system.

I've been running a few games for the same close friends for a few years now and while they're fantastic players that really make my games special, they've never caught the GM-ing bug. So they've encouraged me to get out there and find a game that is as fun as the ones I run for them. While most of my experience is going to be in D&D and I prefer D&D 2024, I've had some passing experiences with Pathfinder 2e, Monster of the Week, Avatar Legends, and some others. I have no preference between homebrew or module/adventure path. I do have a preference of Discord for voice but don't have a preference for VTT (I can however help troubleshoot if we ever have issues with FoundryVTT). The only real turn off for me is the use of AI in any capacity. I'm just not interested in a game that has any AI elements (art, writing, music, etc). I'm looking a campaign that allows room for everyone to explore their characters together and get invested in them and their stories through regular roleplay but still leaves room for us to throw hands now and again with some combat, explore some dungeons, and sink our teeth into the world. Hi, I'm Nat an Enby in the US looking for a PF2e or maybe Daggerheart game. I'm 29 I have 4-5 years of DnD experience between 3.5 and 5e, but I've been making the swap to PF2e with about 6 months of sessions. I got into the hobby about ten years ago as a way to release some creative energy while studying. I found myself immediately as my friends' forever DM and have not looked back since ! I have taught the majority of my players how to play D&D and have always had good experiences with new players. Most of my experience comes from D&D 5E, but I have been slowly getting into Daggerheart lately. First and foremost, I DM by the rule of cool. Everyone is here to have a good time, and I try to enable this whenever possible. Besides that, my DM style revolves (especially for campaigns) heavily around involving the player characters in the story. I try to find balanced games where exploration, combat, and social interactions naturally intertwine. But I have to say, my favorite thing about TTRPGs is just seeing where the group's creativity will take the story, and letting the chaos unfold. Although this approach may have led to premature ends of prepared plot threads from time to time...

Hi there! I'm Frau Elster, 33, located in Hanover, Germany. I have been playing TTRPGs for roughly a year now. It became quite an hyperfixation and thanks to a local open club I've gotten the chance to test some systems and get an idea of what I enjoy in this game. Ideally, of course, the group vibes and gets along. That's a wish of mine but of course can't be forced. I tend to enjoy smaller groups up to 4, sometimes 5, on a bi-weekly schedule in the evening. I love creating complex characters with a few defining moments already having happened to them to help flesh them out. It didn't happen yet but I'd love to experience what it's like to have a ongoing campaign that weaves in the characters' backgrounds. Usually I have a concept in mind before I create a character and then read through _a lot_ of materials and sources to find the build and world-related backgrounds that fit. For example: I am in the midst of creating a tabaxi stardruid whose base idea was that she looks like a black jaguar and has the constellations map right there in the spots of her fur. Or I knew I wanted a gnome raised by ice giants who draws her magic from the aurora and can hit really hard and now I have several tabs open haha I enjoy good atmospheric horror and am actually thinking about hosting The Magnus Archive TTRPG. But that's a project for the future. Coming from a theatre background I love roleplay and the chaotic rule of cool being applied more than dungeon crawling, rule crunching and min/max-ing. Social encounters and exploration are big to me. Do you know that one friend who needs to check every question mark in a video game? Yeah that's me (and is also a reason why I love Breath of the Wild. Exploring was very much rewarded in this game.) As a GM I love putting in puzzles but that is always a hit or miss with me as a player. In general I would say I am a bit of a chaotic player who enjoys discussing and brainstorming with the others.

Hi! Call me Ozzy or one of my many online nicknames (Sorrow, Funk, Glitch, etc). I am very new to D&D and typically DM/GM for groups but I figured getting some player experience as well might help be become a better DM too. I live in Texas so I'm CST, currently always free though I am applying for jobs so my schedule could change, I'll let you know if my availablity changes though. I typically do one session per campaign a week so just as long as days aren't overlapping for any sessions and I have at least three free days I'm good! I mostly do online campaigns since in person is harder to find and organize, usually via voice calls, I like being able to speak, I don't consider myself a voice actor but there's something fun about doing the inflection of a certain characters voice. As for the combat to roleplay ratio, I usually do a good mix of all of it, equal parts roleplay, exploration and combat. Maybe with a slight edge to roleplay at times but I also really love D&D's combat system. Tone wise I can do alot but I enjoy alot of dark topics and drama, you'll never see me make a character with a happy backstory if I don't intend to traumatize them in the future. Trauma is flavor to me. I don't like to rush campaigns either so slower burns are fine by me. I haven't been able to do a longer campaign but I really want to given the opportunity for overarching plots and character development. As previously mentioned I usually DM, I am still new to the game and DMing so I'm not that experienced but I can at the very least do a good hook/session one. I lean towards support roles in most situations, even when playing more traditionally offensive classes I somehow find a way to support. Class wise I'm bias towards the one's with prebuilt drama like Paladins, Warlocks, Rogues, or Bards (Druid or Cleric on the occasion as well). I perfer small to medium sized parties to play with and I'm down for pretty much any game type so long as I can make my own character for it. Again, I like dark themes so pretty much everything is on the table so long as I can have an X-card. Session zero typically makes or breaks a campaign for me so it is a must. More personal non-game related stuff: - I go by any pronouns except for she/her - I am transmasculine and aroace - I'm an artist and will likely be drawing most of my own characters at some point (I also like drawing for other people so if you want art feel free to ask, though I make no promises) - I've been working on a sci-fi story for a little over six years now and plan to get it picked up by a studio eventually (please ask me about it I am desperate to yap) - I like to play platformers and roguelikes (Hollow Knight my beloved) - I am autistic and have very bad short term memory as a result (my hearing also isn't the best) less of a personal detail and more of a warning lol

Hello! I’ve been playing tabletop RPGs for about 6 years, primarily 5e and SWRPG FFG. I’m looking to get into systems like Pathfinder 2e, Starfinder 2e, Draw Steel, Mutants & Masterminds, and Daggerheart. Lean towards fantasy, sci-fi, sci-fantasy, and superhero games, but I’m open to trying other settings. I tend to enjoy balanced games where combat is present, but roleplay, story, and character choices are just as prevelant. Character-driven campaigns, heroic adventuring, mysteries, investigations, political intrigue, and even kingdom-building all sound interesting to me. Character-wise, I tend to gravitate toward sword-and-sorcery types, shapeshifters, summoners, and pet/companion classes that are sarcastic, conflicted, or strong and stoic. I’m available Saturdays, any time, US Central timezone. I’m hoping to find a group that enjoys collaborative storytelling, is LGBT-friendly, and takes the game seriously enough for the story to mean something to everyone without losing the ability to joke and have fun. Speaking of, I'm not into joke campaigns, adversarial GM-vs-player games, or games with heavy sexual content/themes. Some of my favorite inspirations include Star Wars, Eragon, The Lord of the Rings, and The Expanse.

Hello, I'm Sapphire. I'm a Brazilian illustrator, and TTRPGs are my favorite hobby. I've been looking for chances to play more recently, specially Daggerheart, my favorite system. As a player I love roleplay, while I enjoy combat and exploration a lot too, I believe the best moments of any campaign usually happen during those moments where the players are just roleplaying to the best of their abilities at each other or towards whichever important NPC they're talking to. I enjoy playing spellcasters, and my characters tend to be either: people with a lot to prove with a mission to accomplish (even if some times they don't even know that themselves), or weird characters whose origins seem to have been leading them towards a happy life, but something caused a huge shift, messing with their life and causing them to have to deal with something else, complex and unatural, which they have to learn to deal with or cure. About myself, besides TTRPGs I love animated shows and movies, books, music, and video games. I enjoy watching video game streamers, and some of my favorite games are: the Dragon Age franchise, Baldur's Gate 3, and Pokemon. I also really like reading about mythology, specially Greek and Roman.

Trying to find a consistent group to get to know that can play on weekends. Prefer DND 5E 2024, but I'm willing to play 2014 version, Daggerheart, PF2E, or similar feeling games, though I'd need time to learn PF2E or anything I didn't list specifically. Prefer a more RP focused lower PC death risk game that can be expected to continue running for many sessions with mostly consistent players. While I'm flexible with campaign setting I would like a seeing and/or tone that isn't too silly. I have a vehicle and am willing to drive and likely occasionally host if the group is looking to spread the burden of hosting out. Despite all of this, I only actually started playing D&D just as everywhere was going into Lockdown due to a mixture of my other half and Stranger Things, discovering Critical Role shortly after. I am new to Daggerheart, but I have read the rules and watched a few episodes of Age of Umbra to get a sense of the system. When it comes to TTRPGs, I lean towards roleplay-heavy games and homebrew worlds rich with lore. My characters are almost always spellcasters, and I favor Presence/Charisma stats, as interacting with NPCs is a major part of the game for me. I’m also an absolute sucker for dragons; I love to slip them into my backstory where possible, but collaborating with GMs during character creation to help tie my character naturally into the world and story is incredibly important to me. Hello! I'm new to this but have experience in Daggerheart as a GM and a little bit of D&D knowledge but I know a lot more about Daggerheart. I'm in my 20's and looking to play any TTRPG's people are willing to teach me :)

I go by Elf. Any/All pronouns.I started playing tabletops back in 2017. First 5E, then Pathfinder, and now Daggerheart is my go-to game. I've been playing since the beta in 2024, I enjoy how the system encourages creativity from the GM and the players, how you can add "flavor" to the games spells, weapons, etc. I could go on and on about why I love this game, but I have a profile to write. I'm also a roleplayer and a writer. I often roleplay with friends over Discord, and have wrote a few stories, though most of them are sitting on my desktop. I like coming up with fun characters. Some take inspiration from The Elder Scrolls or RWBY or ZZZ. One of my recent characters was inspired by Fate. Never watched, but I liked the design/concept. I tend to get ideas that sometimes explode out of me. Next thing you know, I'm openining up a character sheet. So hours. A weekly game would be ideal. I'm kind of a night owl. My time zone is EST. Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, I'm available for games from 6 PM to 6 AM the next day. Wednesdays, I'm available from 1 AM (technically Thursday, but you get the idea) to 6 AM. Friday and Saturday, I'm available from 8 PM to 6 AM. Sunday is usually my busy day. Sometimes this changes, but not enough to where I can commit to a Sunday game. For late night games, I can always get some caffeine in me to keep myself awake. I've done so before. It shouldn't be a problem if we're only playing once or twice a week. One last thing to mention: I sometimes use a voice changer for roleplaying purposes to sound a certain way when speaking as my character. As mentioned above, I love roleplaying and sometimes get really into it. This is comepletly optional, however, and I don't need it if it'll be too distracting. I can turn it on and off with a press of a key. So that's it. I look forward to hearing from you.

Hi, I'm TB! (27, he/him) I'm a student teacher from Denmark. I love a bunch of stuff, like history, acting, biking and gaming. But most importantly for this site, I love ttrpgs. In my heart there are two wolves: one's a gamer and the other's a storyteller. I love nerding out about combat, finding satisfying combos and optimizing character sheets. I also love when the story takes precedent, and shaping a serious story together with friends over several years is one of the deeper joys I've experienced so far. I haven't really found a great balance between the two in Dungeons and Dragons yet. I feel like a DnD game benefits from choosing to be either combat- or story-focused. Both are great fun, but I somewhat prefer when the story takes center. As a player, I'm thoughtful and creative, and I very much like sharing the spotlight. I am kind of introverted around other people, and English is my third language, so I might be a bit quiet at the beginning until I warm up to a group. I've recently discovered Daggerheart, and am very keen to explore that system further, though I never say no to a good game of DnD :)

Personally, i haven't been in any long-term campaigns but 8 One-shots, so I'm trying to find a group that i can maybe have a long term campaign with. I have a good handle on the rules and basics (with the exception of spellcasting as I'm usually martial or ranger classes) and I love campaigns that use mid-high fantasy settings.
