Hey there, I've been a fan of D&D for a while (I loved Baldur's Gate 3 and have listened extensively to Critical Role), and have decided to take the plunge and start playing the game myself. I've played a few one-shots but would love to find a longer-term group to truly campaign with. I'm M39 in the Milwaukee, WI area (CST Timezone), and would be happy to do either online or offline play depending on what's available. I have two younger children, so my schedule can be somewhat limited. Ideally, I'd love a weekly or bi-weekly game that takes place on some weeknight as of 7:00 PM or later. I could also do weekends, but obviously this time can be a bit more precious for family activities. I'd love to play with a mixed group of mature adults (others who are parents would be great!), but in general I'd just hope to meet a fun group of people who enjoy the roleplaying and combat flow of D&D. Hi! I'm Sam! I'm looking for a group for any sort of game available to me. I am basically only experienced with dnd 5e, though I have run the game many times and have about 7 years of experience with that! I'm looking for something on weekdays, preferably on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday nights! I am open to a Friday or weekend game, but those I would only be able to do at most bi-weekly! As a player, my favorite part of dnd is character creation. I love really diving into a character's backstory and learning how they tick! I like injecting roleplay into basically all aspects of the ttrpgs I play! I like to describe how my characters defeat enemies and stuff like that! I will play anything, but if you want my vibe as a player based on dnd, I have found myself enjoying Paladin and Rogue the most out of the different classes I've played!

Been playing DnD for many years, but lately I mostly DM so I am looking for a change of pace to play a character instead. I'm chill, laid back, friendly, and try to be helpful in and out of RPing. I love orcs and rogues but tend to pic a class that rounds out the party. Not a high maintenance player and I am easy to please, I tend to go with the flow, but maybe with a few quirks of "things that stand out" here or there or off beat choices (example my fav character is a half orc rogue with a great sword). Ideally looking for something during the week BETWEEN the hours of 3pm and 11pm (starting around 3pm EST and ending no later than 11pm EST). Love TTRPGs and love Cosmere, I was an instant backer of the Cosmere TTRPG Kickstarter (and spent far too much money on it) but sadly have not actually been able to play the system at all beyond the one shot that they provided in the beta. Would love to start up a campaign. Would really like to be a player as even though I am a DM I do not have the bandwidth to GM more then one game at a time. I am disabled though and open to almost any time, even midday my time in order to play with some cool Euro peeps. I am very open, as long as we can work it around my other TTRPG games (of which I have 3) I have all the books and I have the books on foundry as well and am more then willing to provide the foundry access to whoever is GMing. As well as a lot of other neat TTRPG tools such as premium music and etc. But because I am disabled I am NOT INTERESTED IN PAID GAMES. Unless you are only asking for $1 a session forever. Anyone in this thread advertising paid games will be routinely ignored and I will mentally cuss you out. Ran out of space in the title. but I am LGBTQ+ friendly, Queer friendly, and Trans friendly. and pretty much anything friendly unless you aren't friendly to those communities.

I'm an oldhead WoD player, mostly VtM, WtA, and CtD. I'm pretty good at WtO and dabbling in MtA. I also am good at some Chronicles of Darkness and have even written for several PbtA games and run many of them too. I love roleplay focused games and specialize in making characters that fit in with a facilitator's outlook for their campaign rather than bringing in pet characters that must have room made for them or else.

I currently alternate between playing and running a weekly game on Fridays. Additionally I am now looking to join an additional game. I am looking to join a new or ongoing long-running campaign with a focus on role playing because I want to get better in that part of dnd and is the one thing that falls a bit short with my current group. Setting-wise I am open to pretty much anything and I am happy with playing in a homebrew setting as well as a Module. Generally I like to play martial classes or half-casters and non-core races but I am always happy to work with the DM and the group to make a character that fits. I try and create the best possible situation for all players whoever it is I am a dm for, for me it's mostly important that everyone has fun and I try my best to make sure they do. I like making psychological horror aspects and also annoying or funny characters mostly, but I myself feel like I just do what fits the group and narrative Right now I'm DMing on Saturdays and playing dnd on Mondays so those days I will not be available

Hi im tommie im looking for a dnd group im new to dnd having only played once with my brother before I dont have much knowledge about the game but I've made some characters with the help of dnd beyond.

I am looking for 5.5e (or 5 & 5.5e mix) long term campaign to join! I am rather new to DnD, but consider myself an Intermediate-level player, though do sometimes need some help, so i hope that is okay! I have been playing for just over 10 months now! I prefer high fantasy settings with a lean towards Roleplay and Story compared to Combat. I do only want to join a campaign that allows custom content (homebrew, specifcially within the race + backstory sections, and/or subclass. DM me for more details if needed). The class I play is Cleric (or a homebrew Healing subclass of Wizard), with a homebrew species (Homebrew Tiefling/Fairy hybrid) and a homebrew Background (based on Noble background). I have a doc with all the information! 18+ only since I want to play with people within my own age range, being an adult myself. Also, due to my newer player status, I am unwilling to play in a paid game. I do NOT want to pay anything in order to play a game. I can only join if the start time is between 8pm BST/GMT/UK and 10pm BST/GMT/UK (Monday to Wednesday + Saturday) and between 5pm BST/GMT/UK and 10pm BST/GMT/UK (Sunday). I’ve played Baldur’s Gate 3, and I also started a campaign with a group before, but unfortunately we couldn’t finish due to scheduling conflicts. Hi! Longtime PF1e GM. Hoping to find an in person game I can join, but online works also. Time is tricky for me since I work multiple jobs, mostly in the evenings. I also currently run games every Sunday (running two homebrews - 1 PF1e, 1 D&D5e [2014 ruleset], each on alternating Sundays).

Trying to find a consistent group to get to know that can play on weekends. Prefer DND 5E 2024, but I'm willing to play 2014 version, Daggerheart, PF2E, or similar feeling games, though I'd need time to learn PF2E or anything I didn't list specifically. Prefer a more RP focused lower PC death risk game that can be expected to continue running for many sessions with mostly consistent players. While I'm flexible with campaign setting I would like a seeing and/or tone that isn't too silly. I have a vehicle and am willing to drive and likely occasionally host if the group is looking to spread the burden of hosting out. Hey! I'm Wren, I'm a pretty experienced TTRPG player who unfortunately had to leave my previous games when I moved abroad for university, so I'm looking for some new ones. I'm studying Linguistics and Anthropology, I speak 7 languages (EN, NL, FR, CSB, DE, JP, LA) and I love cooking/baking, reading, hiking and playing the flute. I tend to like more social-based, political, mysterious and investigative campaigns with more of a focus on roleplay and developing interesting and interactive relationships with NPCs and PCs alike. As someone who's done theatre and improv since I was a child, I'm very comfortable inhabiting lots of different characters and archetypes and I never play just one sort of personality type. Taking centre stage and thinking on my feet come very naturally to me too, and I always make sure to keep roleplay grounded in the setting and context. I prefer to play a supporting role in terms of combat though, as I love seeing the combined actions of myself and my party members form something greater than the sum of its parts. Teamwork is really cool :D Also I'm queer, not really into labels but my pronouns are they/them.

I like long lasting campaigns, level 1-20 and beyond. I prefer a weekly set game in voice and VTT. I do not like One-shoots or west march/living worlds. I prefer games like: 1. Sandboxes. 2. Mega Dungeons. 3. High Fantasy Homebrew Worlds/AP I do not like evil games or play with evil aligned player/characters. I usually play some form of Sorcerers, Gish's and if I play outside of that I play Oracle or ninja or gunslinger (Summoner if allowed). I like to plan my character out in detail, but I try not to be over powered same time. I am looking for online game or face to face.
