Hi, my name is George. I am 25, currently working as a special needs teacher. I've been playing D&D for about 2 years now, and I'm familiar with both the 2014 and 2024 rules, so either works for me. I'm a complete beginner when it comes to Daggerheart though, I've just read through the core rules a few times and watched others play, so I haven't actually sat down at a table for it yet. Schedule-wise, weekdays I'm free after 18:00 GMT+3, weekends pretty much whenever, and I'm generally flexible if a group needs something different. Looking for a group that meets regularly, once a week ideally. I show up when I say I will. Not the guy who ghosts three sessions in. Playstyle-wise I am into both a good combat and a good role-play. Whatever the session calls for. A few characters I've played recently: Atlas Skypillar, a stone giant goliath berserker barbarian, in a murder mystery campaign. Oran Monnarge, a thief rogue halfling, in "The Black Powder Barrel: The Murder of Tobias Jake." And Hachi the Isetsu, a skeletal blade warrior, in a oneshot. One game I'd really love to get into is Curse of Strahd. I was actually supposed to join a long-term campaign for it a while back, but I had to switch towns for work and my old DM only ran in-person games, so that fell through. Still hoping to find my way into a Strahd game eventually. As for taste, I'm all about drama and a good plot twist. I like joking around at the table when the moment allows it, but I can also read the room and get serious when the scene needs it. Outside D&D I'm big into dungeon crawlers like Etrian Odyssey and Pokemon Mystery Dungeon, and tactical games too, Fire Emblem mainly, though I'll admit I never got past the GBA titles. And Castlevania is probably my favorite series overall, so gothic castles, cursed families, that whole vibe is right up my alley. I can't wait to get to know new people and to enjoy playing a story together 😁

Hi, french adult player here. Experienced in PF2E : Been playing and dming 1e and 2e for yers now. Started with naheulbeuk and 1e, then did one game of 5e and finally moved to 2e and a bit of Knight. I play my round quickly and, if possible, some flair. [Type of game]: To complement a more rp focused campaign I'm in I'd like to find a game that's more focused on action and aventure. Looking at recent APs I've seen that Hellbreakers and Hell's destiny look cool. Would be interrested going back into Kingmaker after my previous go was cut short. Or even conversions of 1e AP or homebrew stuff ! : On week days I can play from 19:00 to 00:00 and on saturdays I am free all day from 08:00 to 00:00 I'm a big gish fan, but so far haven't got to play one in 2e to very high level (highest I got with a magus was level 5 or 6 in abomination vault before a tpk). The only high level AP I got done so far was Age of Ashes several years ago with my sorcerer. So I'd be pretty flexible on roles to fill with one, ideally i'll try to make a magus work and with its upcoming rework I think I could make it fill defensive or offensive roles in a party ! Some characters I played before were: -Phaebus: in 1e, a magus smith from Torch in Iron Gods. He was one of the students of the local mage who had gone missing at the start of the AP, on the way to rescue him he found an intelligent sword of strange design that had lost its memories. He made it his goal to restore the lost memories and learn more about that sword in order to forge his own masterpiece. Piers: 2e Age of Ashes, a draconic sorcerer who chose to become a paragon of heroism for the weak after escaping slavery. He wore shiny plate armor and a shield without any other weapon to be a symbol of protection in the name of Milani. After the end of the campaign he kept travelling to free slaves and oppressed alike. Red Swirl: 2e Kingmaker, a kholo magus from a group of bandit/mercenary kholos who joined the party to get rid of the Staglord, and then stayed to help them deal with anything pertaining to magic. Sadly the game stoped early in book 2. W4N-D3RER: 2e Abomination Vault, an automaton cleric of casandalee who puts on a front talking very robotically and flatly, indicating verbally the tone or emotion he is going for. he does so to get people used to interracting with the less emotive sentient machines children of the goddess. He died late into the dungeon and was planned to return as a ghost summoner, with his old automaton body as a contruct eidolon. But sadly, again, the group disbanded and gave up after a tpk. Some more details: -Won't join games that use AI -LGBTQ friendly is required. -Furry friendly is preferred

Hey! I'm Ash, a nonbinary adult from California who's a big fan of things like Percy Jackson, Warhammer 40K, Star Wars/Star Trek, Hazbin Hotel, Murder Drones (and other GLITCH shows), and Wings of Fire. I like to play more casual, laid-back games - as in, not insanely serious, where a more silly character doesn't stand out too much. For example, a Southern tiefling bard whose favorite instrument is the fiddle, or a combo warlock-cleric, or even a warforged cleric of the forge. That being said, I am perfectly willing and able to create more serious characters if the setting leans that way. What I'm trying to say is, I'm pretty flexible in my character-making. I tend to play characters with well-thought-out backstories, and usually add in a quirk or two that sets them apart - along with a bit of myself, of course. I enjoy good roleplay, although I may have trouble with it myself, and I love a good combat. A lot of my past characters have been more combat-oriented, but even so, I still try to create interesting backstories and social interactions with them. I've been playing D&D for at least four or five years now, since before 5.5e, and I'm much more familiar with 5e than 5.5e. Also, I thoroughly enjoy helping to teach or actually teaching new people how to play. I'm almost always available to play on weekends between 10AM PST and 5PM PST, and would much prefer online games over in-person for this kind of thing.

My characrer ideas are always many, but playing a characrer to the T is not a priority in the sense; that if it disrupts the flow and story of the table or conflicts wirh the group? Then I scrap that idea or develop the character different to mesh better!

I'm Michael, I'm 22. I've done one proper D&D 5e game that lasted over 10 sessions. I'd like to think I'm fairly experienced anyway, because I enjoy D&D podcasts and make character sheets in my spare time. I prefer a roleplay-focused game but I enjoy turn-based action too. I haven't played any systems that aren't D&D 5e/5.5e but I'm curious to try whatever sounds interesting, as long as everyone's fine with someone still learning the rules.

Hello, there! I am a veteran player (38-years-old) who switched to D&D 5.5 ever since its release and has played sessions weekly (even multiple times a week). My window of availability is between 6 AM and 11:30 AM, and between 2 PM and 10:30 PM, CET times. I like exploration and all kinds of discoveries. I enjoy RP the most when it furthers the characters, the campaign's story or both. I like combat especially when it mixes in interesting mechanics and objectives, and when I can be creative in my descriptions and my actions. I love overcoming challenges, whatever form they take, through teamwork and preparation. I like believable character actions, because I value immersion a lot, which is why I generally prefer a serious tone over a silly one. Jokes are more than fine, but I much prefer it when they don't undercut tense and emotional moments. As a player, I'm committed, invested in the story and a note-taker, I gravitate the most towards themes related to morality, knowledge/lore and creativity/art, I take my time to gather information and strategize, and I'm good-aligned pretty much always. I never come into a campaign with a clear idea on what character to play, as I very much enjoy trying to weave species, class, concept and backstory with the campaign's world, letting the latter inspire character creation itself. So I tend to ask some questions after I join a new game, to get a better idea and then decide, with an eye on party composition as well. As a person, I'm a big believer in fairness, I'm as anti-toxicity as it gets, and I'm respectful, inclusive, punctual and communicative.

Old enough to have played AD&D 2nd Ed, but not set in my ways and I enjoy D&D 5E. Looking for long-term campaigns and interested to try new systems and genres of game.

Well met, stranger. I'm hiddenson. I've played different rpgs since the 90's, mostly as GM. I prefer GMing because I love world building and long-term campaigns. I revel in many layered plots that peel like a bag of onions, tuning preset worlds to my signature flavor of horror and hardcore mechanics. My style is deeply immersive, roleplay heavy, and Rule of Cool. I prefer acting in the first person with people who invest creativity in their characters. At the moment, I'd like to focus on horror games and Cyberpunk. I'd love to play other settings of the World of Darkness. I have extensive experience in Call of Cthulhu in the 1920's as well as in Cyberpunk 2020 so I'll adapt to new editions easily. Lastly, I have little to no experience in the other titles, but I'm eager to try them out. I lean into characters hungry for lore rather than riches. Think erudite professors risking their sanity in eldritch tomes, or tomb raiding archaeologists uncovering more than they bargained for. I've run 8+ campaigns, primarily long-running duo campaigns for my husband and myself. I have considerably less experience as a player, though, and I'm really itching to change that. What I'm looking for: -D&D 5e, either 2014 or 2024 rules. -FREE -I prefer something based primarily on official settings/material, but I'm completely fine with homebrew mixed in. I'm less interested in a campaign/world that's entirely homebrew from the ground up. -Online play using whatever VTT/TTRPG tools and Discord the group prefers. I'm comfortable learning a new platform. -Live sessions. I'm happy to do some PBP/RP between sessions, but I'm not looking for a campaign that's primarily or entirely play-by-post. -My available START times are Tuesday–Saturday, 8 AM–8 PM Eastern. Sessions can obviously run past 8 PM; that's just the latest time I can reliably start. -Weekly/multiple times a week preferred. (long-term games) As a player: I have a number of character ideas waiting for their chance to escape my brain, but I'm equally happy to create something specifically for the setting, party, or campaign. Give me some lore and I'll happily start figuring out who belongs in it. I'm very much an ensemble player. I don't need or particularly enjoy being the center of attention. I like getting invested in the other PCs, participating in their stories, building relationships within the party, and having my character be one part of a larger narrative. I also do not enjoy playing the party face, so I'd generally avoid filling that particular role. I'm comfortable with 18+/mature games and dark subject matter. There isn't much I'd consider automatically off-limits as long as it serves the narrative and everyone at the table is on the same page about the tone and boundaries. The major exception is ERP/explicit sexual roleplay, which I'm not interested in and would prefer not to be part of the game. Hi, I am a chill guy, with a few years' worth of experience in DnD 5e (2014) and PF2e, with some Urban Shadows mixed in. My availability currently is friday evening/saturday morning most consistently, other days are dependant on my schedule for the week. Looking to play theory crafted builds and make friends. I DM an in person game but don't get the chance to play a character myself. Mostly just want to play Assassin Rogue variants because I haven't been able to play a character since 5e came out and rogue is my favourite. My availability is late night Tuesdays or Thursdays EST (UTC - 5) Experience level is good enough to preplan my turn. I like playing roleplay first and pick mechanics that fit the character idea. If I don't know how to say something in character I'll just say the words plainly and explain how it would be delivered. I enjoy the roleplay but don't want it to delay moving the dialogue along to the next person. Overall though I like frequent combat. I'm not starved for role-playing in the DM chair from my in person game. I like minor meta gaming where the players can do some planning mid Initiative and stuff but nothing more than "hey I'm going after this monster this turn, good plan?" And keeping track of each other's hit points, spell slots, features, you get it. Since I havent played a character in a while probably am on the min-max side of things. I swear I'm chill but I have ideas id like to test and just have fun with. Cant really sneak attack crit as a monster against players in the DM seat, not usually considered a cool move. So also would like a game where magic items can be, with good effort, either procured, crafted, or looted to fulfill power fantasy.

Good day, everyone, I'm Steve (48 yo) and live in Yucca Valley, CA. As a retired person (by disability and way too early, lol) I usually have a fair amount of free-time and would like to fill some of that with in-person ttrpgs. I have played online (and still do), extensively, using sites like Roll20 and Foundry. Currently, I am GMing the PF2e adventure Prey for Death online using Foundry, weekly. Also, I GM an in-person game of Call of Cthulhu for my partner and our dog park friends. I have been playing ttrpgs since I was 9 yo, starting with AD&D. Other systems I have played include: D&D 3, D&D 3.5, PF1e, and Mutans and Masterminds. So, I'm looking to meet a few like minded individuals for a weekly or bi-weekly game of Pathfinder 2E. Hi there! I'm Frau Elster, 34, located in Hanover, Germany. I have been playing TTRPGs for roughly a year now. It became quite a hyperfixation and thanks to a local open club I've gotten the chance to test some systems and get an idea of what I enjoy in this game. At the moment I really enjoy Daggerheart but I am open to other systems. Ideally, of course, the group vibes and gets along. That's a wish of mine but of course can't be forced. I tend to enjoy smaller groups up to 4, sometimes 5, on a bi-weekly schedule in the evening. I love creating complex characters with a few defining moments already having happened to them to help flesh them out. It didn't happen yet but I'd love to experience what it's like to have a ongoing campaign that weaves in the characters' backgrounds. Usually I have a concept in mind before I create a character and then read through _a lot_ of materials and sources to find the build and world-related backgrounds that fit. For example: My last character (for dagger heart) was a werewolf ranger who became a guerrila fighter because she feels like a advocat on agency and freedom of choice. For DnD, I am in the midst of creating a tabaxi stardruid whose base idea was that she looks like a black jaguar and has the constellations map right there in the spots of her fur. Or I knew I wanted a gnome raised by ice giants who draws her magic from the aurora and can hit really hard and now I have several tabs open haha I enjoy good atmospheric horror and am actually thinking about hosting The Magnus Archive TTRPG. But that's a project for the future. Coming from a theatre background I love roleplay and the chaotic rule of cool being applied more than dungeon crawling, rule crunching and min/max-ing. Social encounters and exploration are big to me. Do you know that one friend who needs to check every question mark in a video game? Yeah that's me (and is also a reason why I love Breath of the Wild. Exploring was very much rewarded in this game.) As a GM I love putting in puzzles but that is always a hit or miss with me as a player. In general I would say I am a bit of a chaotic player who enjoys discussing concepts, impulsive decision making and creative brainstorming with the others. It would be important to me that the players share the spotlight and know how to communicate constructively and mindfully.

Looking for a Mage: The Ascension Table Hey everyone! I'm looking to join a Mage: The Ascension table and hopefully find a group I can stick with long-term. A little about me: I'm 22 years old and relatively new to the **World of Darkness** universe. While I haven't had much direct experience playing WoD games, I've been an enthusiast of the setting and its lore for quite some time. Mage immediately caught my attention when I first discovered it, and I fell in love with the system's themes, philosophies, and the endless possibilities created by different paradigms and beliefs. I enjoy roleplay-heavy games and love exploring a setting through my character's perspective. Learning about the world, interacting with its factions, and discovering its nuances are some of my favorite parts of tabletop RPGs. For me, part of the fun comes from a character's flaws and mistakes. I'm the kind of player who enjoys leaning into those imperfections rather than trying to play the most optimal or successful character possible. I think failures, bad decisions, and personal struggles often create the most memorable stories and add a lot of depth to a character. A few other things about me: I'm Brazilian (GMT-3). English isn't my first language, so I may occasionally make mistakes while speaking or struggle to find the right word. That said, I'm perfectly comfortable communicating in English and I'm always trying to improve. One of my goals is to make friends outside my country and get more opportunities to practice English. I've played once before and had a total blast. just really wanna chop people in half with my Dragonborn fighter wielding a Great Axe. But trying to stay silly. I used to play a lot in my teens and twenties - various DnDs, Vampire, Changeling, Call of Cthulhu, 40K the RPG, Finsterland, homebrew systems... I've run a one-shot with the Dungeonworld system and an aborted DnD5 campaign. I'm open to all systems. I *think* I prefer a roleplay-focused style (combat in DnD bores me to pieces), but then maybe I haven't experienced fun combat in a TTRPG yet? I like solving mysteries/riddles, having an adventure, having fun, maybe even good banter. I tend to play characters on the goody-two-shoes side (they could be criminals, but they would have standards, lol). Personal no-no's include torture, body horror, anti-queerness, misogyny, probably racism; though it really depends on how it's handled. Absolutely no LLM ("AI") crap. After skimming the "how to write your description" text (yes, isn't it great that I wrote most of the previous BEFORE I did that? I'm very smart. No seriously, it's been thousand degrees weather for weeks and my brain is fried): my favourite book series are Discworld and the Muderbot Diaries. Favourite videogames include Dishonored, Disco Elysium, Dragon Age. Fave TV series include Leverage, Severance, Star Trek DS9, AtLA. My hands-down favourite actual play podcast "series" is The Adventure Zone: Amnesty. (Balance is also good but Amnesty is where they peaked, imo) (I also greatly enjoy the various Oxventures. Sadface why no update...) Time and day-wise, I prefer Fri, Sat, Sun; *possibly* also Mondays. Flexible on the time as long as it's between 11:00 and 23:00, and if it's an online session I tend to cap out at 3 hours.

Hi, I am an experienced D&D player who has also dabbled as a DM in the past. I have been playing on and off since high school (I am now in my 30s). My campaigns have often ended early due to real-life schedules, so while I enjoy the game deeply, my late-level experience is somewhat limited. However, I am hoping to find a group where we can build a story together that might go the distance. My favorite games focus on exploring player character backgrounds as part of the campaign narrative. I put a lot of work into character creation, so I value seeing that development happen for myself and my teammates. I would be interested in trying the Pathfinder 2E systemor Daggerheart, but have no experience with those compared to 2014/2024 DnD 5e. I enjoy a game that is heavy RP balanced with combat, problem solving, political intrigue, travel, survival or whatever aspects the GM wants to put our merry band up against. I'm in your world now. I love homebrews and I'm looking for a sandbox game with an experienced GM who understands and values player agency. Play Style: I'm serious about having fun. I'm low maintenance and I fit well into most groups that are focused on the campaign at hand. I'm a stickler about showing up on time to every session. I put a good effort into making my characters as much for for the GM and other players are they are for me. I'm not much of a min/maxer. I don't know the powerful builds as I tend to add to my characters in a manner consistent with their back story. I write modest back stories and try to include multiple hooks that the GM might choose to use somewhere along the road. I prefer to see a good story or interesting outcome rather than fuss over rules. I tend to get in character and stay in character for an entire session. Don't ask me for a character concept until I have some understanding of the campaign lore. I like to create characters that feel part of the world. Themes: I'm less interested in modern settings or horror, more interested in traditional high fantasy. Experience: I was first introduced to DnD5e online at the front end of the pandemic and have played multiple games since then. I have GMed homebrews in 5e on several occasions, but my first choice now and forever is to participate as a member of the party. I prefer Foundry VTT, but I have participated in past games using Roll20 and DndBeyond. I have fairly in depth knowlege of the inner workings of FVTTv12/13. I have my own Foundry server currently running v14 with no particular end in mind. Prefered Times: I'm in Ontario Canada (UTC-4) and would prefer games that were afternoons or evenings local time. North American games or evening UK/EU games can fit my schedule nicely. I'm available any day except Thu and Sat. My ideal schedule would be a weekly game of at least 3-4 hours. Hello I'd be interested in joining a group if possible. I am available Mon-sun starting at 7pm est except wed. I rarely miss sessions and if I think there's even a possibility, I would give a heads up. I don't mind if it's already ongoing as long as it's not to far in. I enjoy character bonding as a group and as individuals and my favorite thing about DND is creating backstories. I have a few lined up that I typically discuss with the DM to see which would be the best fit. One backstory for a example is a human rogue who's a member of a f very powerful crime family. Lazuli Fimbulventr, a Deep Gnome Scribes wizard who showed promise at a young age and has been expected to use his gifts to liberate his people from drow oppression. He took on an apprenticeship that turned into a decade of servitude and imprisonment. When he finally overpowered his master, he turned him into a sentient spellbook as revenge and now searches the world for spells and enough power to finally fulfill the burden of expectations put on him. Hi there. I’m a pretty new player (M 26) who’s been looking to get into D&D for a while now. I’m honestly not too picky about systems, but I only have any experience with 2024 rules, which is essentially one session of a couple of level 1 scenarios at a learn-to-play event I attended. I’m unsure of what sort of materials someone new might be expected to have, but I have several sets of dice I haven’t gotten the chance to use. I understand an online hosted game would probably prefer to use the rolling mechanics on the platform, which is fair. I’m available on Monday and Tuesday evenings, with a slight preference for Tuesdays. I'm hoping to participate in a one-shot or two to get my feet wet. Also, so I can get used to whatever platform people prefer to play on. I'm okay with roleplaying, but I'd prefer the game not be too heavily skewed to either side of roleplay and combat. I'm good with Discord voice, but I don't have a working camera. LGBTQ+ identifying and friendly!

Hi! I'm 27 and still fairly new to TTRPGs. I'm currently playing in my first D&D 5e campaign and absolutely loving it, so I know the basics, but I'm definitely still learning as I go! I'm especially into the roleplay and storytelling side of the game. I love creating characters with actual personalities and backstories, getting invested in the rest of the party, character development, exploring the world, and all the little interactions that happen between the important tasks. I enjoy combat too — I just prefer a good balance rather than a campaign that's almost entirely combat-focused. I'd love to find a long-term campaign with a consistent group where our characters actually have time to grow and get to know each other. I'm easygoing, collaborative, and very happy to create a character around the setting and work with the GM rather than coming in with a story already set in stone. I'm from Argentina, but I work on US Central Time hours, so scheduling around US time zones is pretty easy for me. I'm generally available any day after 5 PM CT. English isn't my first language (Spanish is!), but I'm very comfortable speaking and understanding it. I might occasionally forget a word or need a second while improvising, but otherwise it shouldn't be an issue :) I'm looking for an 18+, LGBTQ+ friendly and newbie-friendly group with a chill, respectful atmosphere. I'm fine with darker or mature themes, horror, violence, romance, etc., but I'm not interested in ERP or campaigns where explicit sexual content is a major focus.
