We don't have a GM or a campaign idea we're looking for, we had a campaign with some great characters but the GM didn't work out and we're looking for someone to fill the slot for Tuesday for us, so far we have a barbarain sorcerer tiefling, a Druid Artafister forest gnome, and two other players who's characters are TBD, and a come as the want player who plays a companion. We are open to others joining as well. We don't really have an idea for a campaign but we would really love it if are backstories matter to the story. Time wise we can play at the earliest maybe 7pm cst but more comfortable 8-9pm cst. Feel free to reach out to my discord I have a server made for us to voice chat in, and be use D&D beyond for sheets and VTT.

Homebrew
House rules, a custom setting, or a system the Game Master wrote themselves.
The Hook: In the land of Silvestris, an obscuring mist cloaked the land and denied all who tried entry and with it a prophetic dream. A Bishop from the Eclessia Summus went to the Pontiff and told him of what he saw, a dark growing force that desired to blot out the sun and moon, ushering the end of humanity. And so, the Eclessia Summus sent group after group towards Silvestris, only to learn that they could not enter the kingdom or they were never to be seen again. Eventually, the party was summoned in order to investigate the land, a group of individuals who once had ties to Silvestris in one way or another. Within the darkened land, an old evil has returned. After having been slain centuries ago by the hero Aurelius, the dark sorcerer Alaric has risen from the dead to seek his revenge. General: Hello and thank you for reading my listing, I have nearly a decade of experience with DM/GMing as well as playing, accumulating in thousands of hours both on here and Discord, mostly D&D 5e and Pathfinder 2e though dipping my toes into various other systems like Fabula Ultima, Call of Cthulhu, World of Darkness, etc. A lot of this campaign is going to come from your characters as individuals as it's more Gothic Fantasy than the typical high fantasy adventure. Both related to character hooks and motivations as well as Alaric himself as a character who I wanted to have a lot of depth as an antagonist, or even possibly an ally if the party decides to side with him. Big themes of the campaign are betrayal, revenge, redemption and justice. Rules: - For this, all characters will be human to better suit the setting, though who knows if they'll stay that way as the game is played. - It has been a while since I have DM'd 5e, so there may be times where I limit things (whether by removal or tweaking) throughout the game if it feels too against the vibe of the setting or overpowered. - The starting level is 3 - We will be using the Gritty rest system. (Though Long Rests will be 3 days) - I will allow homebrew only if I get to read it first and agree to it. - When designing your character keep gothic/dark fantasy in mind. And, finally, I would like to thank you all again for taking time to read my listing, I hope you apply and I wish you luck to get in. If you have any questions, feel free to DM me.

Ghost of Saltmarsh X Call From The Deep (maritime)

Combat focused
Fights, tactics and initiative take up most of the table time.
Roleplay focused
Conversation, character and story take up most of the table time.
I'm looking for two players to join an ongoing, long-term D&D campaign built around immersive roleplay, challenging combat, memorable characters, and a story that can grow far beyond the usual adventure. 🐉 About Me as a DM I'm an experienced DM who has completed several campaigns, including Tyranny of Dragons, Lost Mine of Phandelver, Dragonlance: Shadow of the Dragon Queen, and Dreams of the Red Wizards. I've been playing with three players for years, and we're now looking to welcome two new adventurers into our group. I love old-school fantasy, meaningful character interactions, dangerous encounters, and the kind of storytelling that makes the table remember a session long after it's over. I care more about the story and the players' choices than enforcing every rule to the letter. I'm flexible when it makes sense, and my biggest satisfaction as a DM is creating memorable moments and driving a compelling narrative. 🌊 The Campaign The campaign is a long nautical adventure on the Sword Coast, built from Ghosts of Saltmarsh and Call from the Deep. It starts in Saltmarsh, a small fishing town with a smuggling problem and a divided council. From there it grows into a voyage up and down the coast, through Neverwinter, Baldur's Gate, Waterdeep, Luskan and the pirate islands beyond, as the party uncovers something stirring beneath the waves. Expect your own ship and crew, sea battles, haunted wrecks, flooded ruins, intrigue in port towns and the peoples of the deep, some of whom might become allies. The choices you make will come back to help or haunt you. So far, the party has cleared out a smugglers' den, captured their ship and survived a night aboard a ship of the dead. Now they are deep in a lizardfolk lair, trying to turn an uneasy truce into an alliance. The campaign is set in the Forgotten Realms, with its foundations inspired by Ghosts of Saltmarsh and Call from the Deep. I've built a massive framework with plenty of room for expansion, player-driven stories, and unexpected developments. To give you an idea of the scale, I currently have: 60+ maps prepared. 300 NPCs to meet, befriend, antagonise, or regret crossing. Hundreds of magic items to discover. A campaign framework designed to grow alongside the party( shortlist of about 10 one shots - wiaiting for an opportunity to plug them in)  I also try to bring NPCs to life using VOICEMOD nd my own attempts at different accents. I'm no professional voice actor, but I enjoy making the world feel alive! ⚔️ What to Expect My games focus on roleplay and combat in equal measure. I'm not particularly puzzle-focused, although I'm happy to introduce puzzles when they fit the adventure. Combat is challenging, tactical, and unforgiving. I like putting players under pressure, making their decisions matter, and creating encounters where victory feels earned. Character death is a real possibility, and even a total party kill is on the table. I'll challenge you hard, but I'll give you meaningful choices and opportunities to fight for survival. This isn't a campaign where you can expect every encounter to be balanced around an easy victory. Think carefully, work together, and don't underestimate your enemies.(my motto: never split the party)  🧙 The Current Party You'll be joining a party consisting of: A male tiefling Mystic with psionic abilities. A 6'2" female half-elf/human fighter wielding a two-handed sword. An aaracokra druid. I'm looking for two characters who can become part of this group, contribute to its dynamics, and help shape the direction of the story. 🤝 Who I'm Looking For Personality and teamwork matter more to me than building the perfect character. I'm looking for players who: Have engaging personalities and enjoy interacting with others. Are genuine team players rather than lone wolves who want to be the main character. Enjoy both roleplay and challenging combat. Respect the other players and contribute to a fun, collaborative table. Are interested in committing to a long-term campaign and developing their characters over time. You don't need to be an expert on the rules or an amazing roleplayer. Just bring enthusiasm, creativity, a willingness to collaborate, and a character who has a reason to be part of the adventure. New players welcome and must be able to commit weekly ( with an exception of holidays or real life) - i have a little boy, my time is scarce sharing between family, travels and work, so i expect a commitment  not a casual attendance.  🎨 A Little About Me Outside the Game When I'm not DMing, I'm a father to a little boy who just started crawling, I paint miniatures, travel, cycle, and craft marketing strategies for living.  D&D is one of my favourite creative outlets, and I put a lot of time and effort into building a world that feels alive. If you're looking for a long-term adventure with rich roleplay, dangerous combat, a living world, and a DM who genuinely enjoys crafting stories with his players, I'd love to hear from you. Two seats are open. The Realms are waiting. It's a free game, i do not provide dnd beyond but can import your character, my foundry has a module to built a character - but ideally let me know what you anticipate to play.

Serpents Skull Book 1 5E Conversion

Roleplay focused
Conversation, character and story take up most of the table time.
I'll be running a standalone 5E conversion of book 1 of Pathfinders Serpent's Skull campaign and am looking for 1 more player to join the campaign. Most of us are in our thirties and I'm an experienced DM with 15+ years behind me. You'll be building a 5E character from Pathfinder World lore, locations, & deities, so knowledge of the Pathfinder setting is preferred, but anyone interested in learning about and eager to throw themselves into a jungle setting will be equally considered. Who this game is for: - Serious and passionate players who can commit to the full campaign length (roughly 15-20 sessions) - Reliable players who will turn up every session: This is a campaign which requires everyone to be present, so any players unable to attend means the campaign will need to be put on hold until the next session. If you can't make the odd session, please just give me as much notice as possible in advance, to not let myself and the rest of the players down. Emergencies happen, so I understand there may be times where this isn't possible. - High effort roleplayers with fun and interesting character concepts. We'll be playing Saturdays from 12pm GMT fortnightly. To build a character for this adventure, you'll need to read the Serpent's Skull Player's Guide, and while it doesn't list every Race, Class and Archetype, it'll give you a really good feel for the adventure, which starts on a Merchant Vessel headed for the Mwangi Expanse. Character concepts should mostly favour adventurers, explorers, pirates & swashbuckler's. Several of the starting ports are in the Shackles - the pirate region of Golarion, though you could have boarded in Varisia or any other place listed in the player's guide. This is a unique opportunity to create concepts you wouldn't normally have the chance to play, as I'll be creating custom subclasses based on your concepts. Once you've read the players guide and have a few ideas in mind, please fill in this form. It tells you everything else you'll need to know. I'm looking to start either the 7th November or the 21st, depending on how quickly we can build your character together. If this sounds good to you, I'm looking forward to seeing your submissions and hope to see you in my game!

Hi! This game is a self-made Chronicle which was written with the intention of being published for free. With this intention in mind, a couple of play-tests, similar to a stress test will be held in order to test and adjust things. This, is one of those play-tests. As all is done for free, and the finished Chronicle being published for free, AI images have been used as temporary placeholders. These are all subject to being replaced at a later point. Short summary: Cincinnati, Ohio 1987. The Family’s power-struggle has once again reached a peak as a new plot has been reviled among its Camarilla elders. Not since the previous Sovereign’s passing has The Family had such turmoil. Meanwhile, a sister and brother find themselves on opposite sides of the Hunter Vampire war. A village previously known for its delicious Dill Pickle now stands abandoned after an experiment gone wrong and a monster most foul lays in darkness, growing. Come meet The Family and venture to Massonville, where hidden nightmares await! (c’mon, it’ll be fun). Tags: Human experimentation, violence, gore, sex, overdose (drugs), mental illness, distress, bullying and tentacles (for good measure). Structure: 1-2 Setup sessions. Setup sessions are for players to meet each other and receive help with character creation as well as discuss game scheduling. 3-7 Game sessions. The playtest is a one-off but can take up to 7 play sessions to finish. All sessions are done over Discord and dice are either rolled using a Discord bot or with physical dice. Roleplaying always comes first; power gaming is not welcomed. That said, looking for 3 to 5 players and everyone is welcome to apply. Game days will be on Sundays and the goal will be to have weekly sessions (with potential work schedule issues being taken into account).  First session is scheduled for November 2nd at 17:00 CEST.   Comment or DM me for more info :)

Another Story: Fragmented Memories

Homebrew
House rules, a custom setting, or a system the Game Master wrote themselves.
Roleplay focused
Conversation, character and story take up most of the table time.
This story takes place in the pseudo-theocratic nation of Tenkaisei, the Land of Star and Stone, where the guidance of the heavens directly influences daily life. The ruler, known simply as the Dawn Empress, serves as both political sovereign and divine intermediary, believed to be chosen by celestial forces to maintain harmony between the heavens and the earth. Her rule is guided by the Heavenspiral, six divine pillars whose domains govern the fundamental principles of existence. Their influence reaches beyond religious practice, shaping the nation's laws, traditions, and understanding of the natural order. As a result, Tenkaisei is not strictly a political power, but a spiritual epicenter where faith and governance are inseparably intertwined. Beneath this carefully maintained order, the nation is far from united. Tenkaisei stands equally divided between the Impyreal Sovereignty, which upholds the Dawn Empress and the divine right of celestial authority, and the Stormlord Territory, whose legacy favors strength earned through action rather than bestowed through birthright. Their ideological divide has fostered generations of tension, leaving the nation vulnerable to conflict and uncertainty. Although both sides claim to understand what is necessary for Tenkaisei's future, neither can afford to ignore the fragile balance that holds the realm together. That balance is now beginning to falter. Across the nation, the shrines dedicated to the Heavenspiral are experiencing disturbances that threaten their ancient purpose. These sanctuaries are more than places of worship; they serve as vital connections between the celestial powers and the mortal world, preserving the influence of the divine within Tenkaisei. As their protections weaken, the consequences begin to reach beyond temple grounds, manifesting in spiritual unrest, unnatural phenomena, and disruptions to the natural order. What once seemed like isolated misfortunes increasingly suggests a greater crisis. One that threatens the foundations of the nation's faith and the stability it has long taken for granted. The party has been drawn into this unfolding crisis, traveling between sacred sites to investigate the disturbances and restore what has been lost. Each shrine presents its own trials, reflecting the divine principle it was built to uphold. The party must contend with ancient traditions, conflicting interpretations of the divine, and the consequences of a world whose safeguards are no longer dependable. With every discovery, the importance of the shrines becomes clear. In a nation where the heavens are believed to guide mortal affairs, the weakening of their shrines raises a troubling question: if the divine order can no longer protect the world as it once did, what will become of the people who have built their lives around its guidance?

Shadows of Unity

Newbie friendly
New players are welcome, and nobody expects you to know the rules beforehand.
Homebrew
House rules, a custom setting, or a system the Game Master wrote themselves.
Shadows of Unity is an ongoing Starfinder 1e political rebellion campaign in a homebrew setting: think Star Wars rebellion with Warhammer-style brutalism. We're 25+ sessions in, the party is level 5, and I'm looking for one new player to bring the table back to six. THE SETTING Helium Prime, a mining and industrial world, was conquered thirteen months ago by the Aurixian Union, an authoritarian empire policed by the Arbitrators. The capital has been renamed, the history painted over, and unlicensed mystics and technomancers are treated as traitors. You play operatives of Cell H-R2, "the Warren": the most effective rebel cell on the planet, and the one the Union most wants to find. HOW THE GAME RUNS - Mission-based: the cell votes on its next job from a mission board (sabotage, intel, extraction, support) - Every op is ranked from C to S. Stealth, planning and keeping civilians alive count as much as combat - Clever solutions beat brute force, and the current table plays that way - The empire is Russian-flavoured, with music and propaganda to match - Each PC gets a personal arc mission built from their backstory - Milestone levelling. You join at level 5 and the campaign caps at level 10 LOGISTICS - Sundays, 20:00 CET (19:00 UTC / 2pm EST), about hours - Discord voice + Foundry VTT (runs in your browser, nothing to install) - You'll need a working mic ABOUT ME I'm an 18-year-old GM from Spain. This is my first campaign as GM and it's been running for 25+ sessions. I put a lot of work into the world's lore and build custom tools for the table. CONTENT Themes include authoritarian oppression, war, violence and some dread.  WHO I'M LOOKING FOR A player who enjoys planning, stealth and roleplay as much as combat, and who can commit to a weekly game. Newcomers to Starfinder are welcome; I'll help with the rules and your build.

Saving Valor City

Homebrew
House rules, a custom setting, or a system the Game Master wrote themselves.
Roleplay focused
Conversation, character and story take up most of the table time.
During a solar eclipse, every hero in the city was encapsulated in a purple crystalline material, causing them to enter a stasis-like trance. The supervillain responsible no doubt had motives for bringing such foul dark magic back to the city. With one fell swoop, his sinister goal was within reach, but once the other criminals of the underworld realized what was going on, the real trouble began. Organized crime swiftly took control of the city's infrastructure. The police force has been subdued, a foreign princess is kidnapped, and the streets are littered with nothing but gunmen, troublemakers, and delinquents. While all the good guys with powers were imprisoned, it appears the bad guys did not suffer any losses. The military fought bravely but was eventually forced to retreat out of the metropolis. Shop owners are left to defend themselves against looters. Hospitals are overburdened with patients. Food supplies are running short as distributors pull away. Crops are withering and dying. Without the heat from the sun, the city is entering a localized miniaturized ice age, and nobody can figure out how to awaken their caped crusaders to defend the city once again. An amplified signal is reaching out to whoever will listen. Whether you're an engineer with a Battlesuit looking to test your inventions. An ancient warrior brought to the future through some magical mishap, trying to find his way back. An alien prince looking to prove himself worthy of an intergalactic crown. A mutant hiding from the world, ready to emerge and prove his allegiance to justice. Maybe you're a spellcaster of some sort, graduated from a school of magic, looking to protect the veil that your order guards for all eternity. Perhaps your underwater realm was disturbed by the fighting above ground, and now you're looking for answers. Whoever you are, you're about to enter a world of trouble. A ship is safest in the harbor, but that's not what ships were built for. •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• This is a free online game for Roll20, played biweekly on Saturdays (10th & 24th October and so on) at 19:00 GMT for 3 hours. I'm looking for one additional player to fill the spot left by a friend who is going on a hiatus. We play the good guys, which means we turn the bad guys over to the proper authorities without killing anyone. It's an uphill battle against a foe who plays by no such rules. We try not to break the law, and we try our best not to lose our humanity. The hero group is made up of: Bystander (Crime-fighter): A completely normal guy who was forcefully given a cognitive hazard ability. Outside of physical touch, nobody can ever remember him, see him, or hear him. His entire existence is removed from anyone's mind until they once again are faced with his reality. Technically invisible and functionally immortal, if he ever dies, he will revive on the following round. His powers bring him great misfortune, as he can never pay rent for an apartment, buy food, or have a family. Bystander looks forward to the day he confronts whoever gave him this curse. Hearth (Blaster): A fire-based homunculus, whose soul was crafted by a powerful wizard from a bomb, now burns with the fire of justice. Although technically only two months old, it remains to be seen whether or not Hearth will learn what it means to be human. Especially considering she got all her understanding of right and wrong from TV shows. Hearth is looking for a purpose, and the one person who could answer this question seems to be missing. Hexadecimal (Mystic): Part-time streamer, full-time Technomancer. A sorceress with the ability to cast spells with a technology descriptor, hoping to make it big on online platforms. Lifeline (Paragon): When the real 'Lifeline' was encased in the crystalline prison, her criminal sister took up her mantle and continued her legacy. With the power of super strength, flight, healing, and the ability to copy powers from those she touches, Lifeline focuses all her effort on reuniting with her greatest rival.

Adult
The table is for players who are 18 or over.
Hey hi hello, y'all! My name is Po and I'm looking to play a semi-historic campaign with a little fantasy elements imbued into it! The party is going to be a American military specialist unit that has been brought into the Vietnam war to combat violent and powerful spiritual entities that are attacking soldiers and civilians alike. It's inspired by Jujutsu Kaisen and will be using my own homebrew system I've developed through original techniques and cherry-picking parts I like from others I've seen. It is subject to change as the campaign develops but I'm pretty confident in it so far. You'll be starting at level 3 as you'll all be somewhat experienced soldiers before you've awaken your unique exorcist abilities. We are planning to play on Sundays at 7-10/11 PM EST but that can change if we can find a better date. I'm looking for roughly third players but I wouldn't mind a fourth if I can find one. However, I'm hoping to keep the game 18+ not due to sexual content but more as a personal rule.  So if you're interested submit an application and we can begin discussing it. If I'm willing to go further, we'll move to Discord to conduct an interview.

Save a city from hell, or watch as another suffers the same fate. Save Elturel from the Descent Startplaying.games Campiagn Link --- The Descent is a massive event in Forgotten Realms lore. One man's greed and lust for power led his entire city to be dragged to hell. Now, whoever said hell, can't be fun, hasn't played the Descent into Avernus. This campaign takes everything that you would expect from a game with this name, a small romp through a city that soon leads to a Mad Max style escapade throughout the first layer of Hell. Fighting both demons and devils to save a city. With no military affiliation to speak of, you do this for the love of the game. This campaign is so grandiose that you can fight not just one, but two seperate Gods. Whilst this campaign does take place in Hell. Make no mistake, there is plenty of room for comedic shenanigans. After all, if we didn't laugh, we'd certainly cry. --- Character creation Creating your character Character creation can happen in many ways: 📋 During Session 0 we can build a character together whilst we talk. 🐉 If you have a DNDBeyond sheet we can import it into the system. 📝 If you have a paper sheet I will re-create the character for you. 💪 Characters will be level 1 to start - Point Buy or Standard Array. 📕 Species and Subclasses from these books are permitted: PHB, MPMM, FTD, TCE, XGE, GotG, BMT, Forgotten Realms & The Module ⚡ Spells from all official books (barring Strixhaven) are permitted Creating a highly optimised or Min/Max build is highly discouraged. --- What to expect Preparing for the session 💻 A laptop or computer with a resolution of 1366x768 or higher is recommended to ease of viewing. 🔊 Discord 🎙️ A microphone 🕴️ A character idea or concept 📒 (Optional) Something to take notes on 📹 (Optional) A webcam Note that whilst I will play with a webcam on, players are not obligated to do so. --- What Matthew (ItsScottish) brings to the table 🎮 I will bring the server that the game will be hosted on firstly. 🔐 A secure server with HTTPS security. ⌛ Plenty of Patience for new players and a guiding hand 🍹 A curated atmosphere > 📞 NPC voices > 🔊 Background music and noises Including Combat > 🗺️ Plenty of Battlemaps 🧠 Vast Lore Knowledge of the world --- Homebrew rules 🎲 Roll Modifiers Unless stated otherwise, any action that adds to a roll must be called before the roll is made. Arkham Horror: Comets of Kingsport

Newbie friendly
New players are welcome, and nobody expects you to know the rules beforehand.
Horror
The game leans into fear, tension and dark themes.
The mist-shrouded coastal town of Kingsport has always had its share of strange stories. But when a local teacher begins acting erratically, and unsettling reports of missing people and unnatural creatures emerge, rumours give way to genuine fear. Drawn into the mystery, you must uncover the truth behind a strange artifact and confront a horror that threatens to tear apart the boundaries of reality itself. Looking for 3-4 players to test out Arkham Horror RPG with one shot scenario Comets of Kingsport. Realistically it should take two evenings with all rules explaining and proper time for RP. Game will be run on Foundry - I set it all up but need to check how it goes (both the system and scenario). System is fairly easy and I'm quite excited to run it for the first time (I did run Call of Cthulhu, Delta Green, Trail of Cthulhu before). People new to the game or new to roleplaying are most welcome! Where: Discord + Foundry When: no specific date but I could run it Friday-Sunday with exclusions. When group is formed we will set the specific date. 7PM +1 GMT (from 25th Oct onwards ) Triggers - body horror!

New players are welcome, and nobody expects you to know the rules beforehand.
Hello folks and welcome to my adventurer recruitment! Let’s begin with a quick introduction and summary of my post. You should gain a brief overview of what I’m looking for/offering from the first two sections. I am a bit of a yapper, so the overall post may get a little long, but if you are interested, please read it all. (I will be putting more information on the Discord Server I’ve made for this.) I am reopening recruitment for this considering I currently need to fill one or two vacancies. Unless there are any delays in the sessions yet to come, I need to fill at least one slot for the sessions on the 25th of October and the 1st of November. Games will run on Sundays in the later afternoon based on CET time.  Me: My name is Shay (He/Her/Theirs (any pronouns)). I’m 22 years old and have always been a storyteller. That said, English is not my first language. I do my best and would say I’m fluent, though. I am queer and neurodivergent and a nerd, which is sort of obvious considering this is a ttrpg recruitment site lol. I got some DnD experience recently after years of never having the proper friend group for it. I’ve loved tabletop content for years, and now that I’ve played some, I know I love it. Although playing itself is very fun, I’ve always known the mantle of the DM calls to me. Therefore, I am now a beginner DM, currently working on my own DnD setting.  What I’m looking for: I am looking for players of any skill level that would be interested in connecting, and possibly eventually embarking on a campaign with me. I do not currently have any dming experience, which is why this recruitment is primarily for a One Shot I have written. It is fairly straight forward and should cover the various aspects of DnD (roleplaying, exploring, combat, looting etc). I want to write more One Shots, and through running them, find a group for a campaign. However, you don’t have to be interested in a campaign to play my One Shot :) Rules and Requirements: You must be 18+ to join. You must have a decent microphone and stable Internet. You do not need any prior DnD experiences. Joining the One Shot is not a guarantee of getting into the Campaign: The Campaign will have four players just like each group of the One Shot will. I'm hoping to run the One Shot three times. One Campaign Slot is already filled.  You may make your character sheet on sites such as DnDBeyond or Dicecloud, but you may also make one on paper. Just be sure to send it to me if it’s not through my Campaign link in DnDBeyond. You may roll in any form you want, even with real dice. I will work under the assumptions that you do not alter the results of any rolls I cannot immediately see. You must not use any AI to generate writing or characters. Ideally, you should not use it at all (ever). You may not use preexisting AI art for your character art. I urge you to critically assess any piece of art you use for your characters. (I will provide resources to find non-AI character art). If you use someone else’s art for your character, you must provide credits. Do not be bigoted, hateful or discriminatory in any way. Racism, Ableism, Misogyny, Queerphobia and bullying will not be tolerated. This may sound a little odd, but you must be willing to use non-conventional and/or shifting pronouns. You don’t need to be perfect, but be respectful and willing to learn. (This is also fairly important in game, since I will include genderqueer or genderneutral characters/npcs.) ERP is not allowed in the One Shots and likely won’t be allowed in the Campaign (depends largely on players). While playing, please pay attention, even if it isn’t your turn. More Info on the One Shot: The One Shot has a fairly clear storyline and isn’t set up to have too much room for improvisation as for it’s plot points. Improvisation is an aspect I want to also eventually explore, but for now this is more of a “tutorial” type experience. The various paths and options are prewritten and have a clear line of progression, although what exactly happens and what you chose to do is open! Unfortunately, I can’t let you not accept the quest I have prepared and go explore somewhere else, sorry ^^ Depending on interest, I will probably run the One Shot multiple times, and/or offer up another one if there are people that are interested in being part of a DnD group longterm. This lore of my world isn’t relevant to the One Shot, which does take place in the same world, but approximately 1600 years in the past. This is so the One Shot can already happen while I’m still putting the lore and everything else to paper! All you need to know is in the pitch; although it basically summarizes to “Every kingdom is at war, but that’s not really your problem. You just need to get by.” There is also some information about geography and the overall world on my Server. More Info on a possible Campaign: I will eventually put out some lore of my world on the Discord Server. It will include informations about pretty much everything you need to know: gods, territories, people and everything else I cook up ^^’ As I mentioned before, none of the Campaign lore/information is relevant to the One Shot(s). When it comes to the eventual Campaign, I have a few reference points and ideas what an overarching story could be, but I do also want to have a big focus on the characters in the adventuring party. So what the actual plot of the campaign will be also depends heavily on the groups wants. I am looking to write a more serious story, but there will be room for whimsy and tomfoolery. I will include more existential themes and don’t shy away from things getting dark. However, ahead of a campaign, triggers, topics to avoid and such will be discussed in depth! Once a group has emerged for a campaign, I want to hold a sort of early Session 0 where we all discuss ideas, early character concepts, opinions on possible plot arcs and I will obviously also be there to answer questions! We would probably have a second session 0 to discuss characters, backstories and such closer to when the actual campaign would start. With all this information put out there, I’m hoping the sessions can be weekly or biweekly. I know that is a fairly big commitment, but that’s also why the process before the Campaign is a little longer. I’m not just looking for future players, I’m looking for future friends! Now, onto the actual One Shot Pitch: Short Version: In a world where war rages constantly, you are just a mere commoner wanting to survive. They’re not your battles to be fought, yet in a world where the kingdoms never seizes to be at odds with one another, survival isn’t guaranteed. A local guild offers work for those considering themselves adventurers. You are hire to retrieve a family heirloom from a village that was decimated by a recent battle. While there is no eminent threat or any indications of more battles to happen there, venturing there will still be perilous. Will you find what you’re looking for? Long Version: Keocorra was once a land of peace, or so the elders teach to the youth to give them hope. They have never witnessed such an age. Even among the most long-living species, no one is alive to remember. Not even the Gods recall a time where there was peace. Perhaps it had never existed, alas the world burning was just as constant as the rise and fall of the sun. Like most of Keocorra’s people, you could not be further from the people declaring wars and sending their people to their deaths. No, you are as much of a bystander is your own world as the squirrels who bury their nuts on the battlefield and the birds endlessly fleeing from the sounds of battle. Perhaps, like them, you only wish to survive. Or perhaps you wish to help those around you; The fellow bystanders hoping not to end as collateral damage. The Plunderers Guild offers such opportunities. It is perhaps the lands first ever legal criminal organization, based on a technicality of local law no one has the time to adjust: Stealing isn’t legal in any of the kingdoms, of course. That’s clear enough, yet it doesn’t account for a technicality. While a conflict between two kingdoms is in effect, the disputed area, and wherever battles are fought, seizes to belong to anyone. You cannot steal something that doesn’t belong to anyone. “Plundering” describes the act of taking things from battlefields, yet it doesn’t actually qualify as stealing. The things you’re taking don’t legally belong to anyone. Now, it is illegal to be on these battlefields without a valid reason. Aside from being there for battle, there have never been valid reasons…until now. Timore, a kingdom towards the center of the continent, has been steadily losing land as they are fighting battles with kingdoms all around them. While treaties are being drafted, people are still losing their homes in order to have more space to battle. Under pressure from its people, the crown declared that any of its citizens may enter the battlefield if their former homes are now in the no-mans-land. This is where a very witty band of former criminals founded the Plunderer’s guild. Most common folk don’t have the courage or skill to enter the battlefield and return alive, yet, if they have the coin, they can pay someone to go in their place. The guild has strict guidelines and code of conduct, although not everyone follows those rules and how much they are enforced depends on which hub you are hired through. You are hired by the Plunderer’s Guild closest to the Eastern Border of Timore where battle rages with the Elven empire of Turve. Located in the town of Dolion, this hub of the guild is run by a Goliath know as “Ghun”. You are summoned to receive further instructions for your retrieval quest from him at the “Plunderer’s Tavern” at noon. How to join: Now that you have read everything, please message me directly on Discord @ “jaycy336”. Wherever you message me, please include your name, age, pronouns, experience level and what sparked your interest. I will then ask you some more questions and possibly request to briefly call so I can check your microphone.

Hi! I am wanting to develope skills as a GM & a Roleplayer, I am looking for people who want to learn together! I am hoping to run weekly one shots as I develope my(and your) skills.  Whether you are a complete beginner who's feeling a hunger to get into TTRPGS, or a TTRPG big shot know it all wanting to help us learn, you're welcome here! The Idea is to play different One Shots from different systems as we learn how to play, what we like, what our boundaries are, and what we want to explore. We will be playing the one shot "A Wild Sheep Chase' for D&D, then we will vote for which one shots we will be playing next. I am absolutly open to other people GMing. I hope you are ready to critically fail, because gamenight is gonna be a disaster, should be fun lmk! A few things to know- Age: Players must be 16 or older, I myself am 19. Content: NSFW content will simply be fade to black... the next day. I would prefer to avoid it all together. Costs: FREE NINTY-NINE! That's right, I'll never ask you to pay a dime! I don't expect any monetary contributions, and while I'd greatly appreciate any help covering the cost of one-shots, I'm more than happy to fund our adventures myself. If you volunteer to GM a one-shot that I don't already own, though, we'll need to figure out how to cover the cost of that adventure. The only things you'll ever need to pay for are tools or extras you personally want for yourself. If there's an adventure we'd like to play that costs money but someone doesn't want to pay for it, no worries! We'll simply find a different one-shot to play. Nobody should ever have to spend money to participate! Behavior: Hate speech, harassment, stalking, and similar behavior will not be tolerated. I believe everyone is entitled to their own opinions, but we're here to have fun together, and that means treating each other with respect. If someone's behavior is making the group uncomfortable or getting in the way of that goal, I'll ask them to change it. If they're unwilling to do so, they'll be kicked from the group. Let's keep this a fun and welcoming space for everyone!

Looking for a LGBTQ+-friendly, adult player to join an online Zelda-themed TTRPG group. Format: Online Cost: None System: Reclaim The Wild (made by fans of the Legend of Zelda) Tech: Discord and self-hosted FoundryVTT Time: Saturdays around noon GMT  Frequency: Approx. once every two weeks Beginner-friendly. Blurb: The Kingdom of Hyrule is in a period of peace and prosperity. Hylians, Gerudo, Gorons, Rito, Sheikah, and Zora live in and conduct business through bustling cities and idyllic villages. Adventurers brave the wild to discover ruins and dungeons dotted across the land, and to investigate their many mysteries. There are signs of looming trouble, though. A group of outcast Sheikah seek to fracture Hyrule, and are scouring Ancient shrines for lost technologies or knowledge to help them. Dark beings are commanding monsters and conducting mysterious rituals for purposes unknown. And past conflicts cast a long shadow... The current peace with the neighbouring Gerudo territory is as fragile as ever. (This is a new iteration of Hyrule that is distinct from the ones portrayed in video games but incorporating elements from several different titles - it probably has the most similarities with Twilight Princess in terms of civilization and Breath of the Wild in terms of world lore. The campaign started recently and we are ~4 sessions in.) Contact: If this sounds interesting to you, I have more details on an online form. If you seem like a good fit based on your answers, then I will reach out to you. The form can be found here

The Greensteel Corsairs are the most daring and notorious pirates of the Gilead system. Despite being composed mostly of Aeldari, the Emerald Princess has begun to bring others into the fold. The corsairs do not always trust these outsiders and they are often given the most dangerous of missions to prove their worth. Our heroes are no different, gathered together because of their unique skill they have been tasked with a mission. To infiltrate the lair of the Haemonculi Caraxus and steal a powerful relic; The Heart of Mathlann. Having been sent under the guise of prisoners sold to the Haemonculi they must find the relic and escape.Their efforts will reveal a drama unfolding in the wider galaxy and a map to a legendary treasure. A relic from a fearsome Aeldari corsair that could change not only their lives but the lives of the countless souls that call Gilead home. Together they will roam the wine dark sea and test their mettle against the worst the sector has to offer, for at the end of their journey the last gift of The Crimson Prince awaits. OOC Information While set in the Grimdark setting of the 41st Millenium this game will have a much lighter tone with a greater emphasis on high adventure and daring escapades rather than the usual doom and gloom that pervades the setting. This is a beginner friendly and LGBTQ+ friendly game. Hatefulness, bigotry and anti social behavior will not be tolerated. Game time starts at 8pm est runs on a weekly basis every Thursday. The Teaser One Dragon egg, one cult of tiamat and one chance if glory before it all goes to hell The campaign plot The party was just looking for a quiet score – some abandoned temple on the edge of the marsh, rumors of old coin and maybe a few trinkets. Instead they kicked in the door on a midnight ritual. Hooded zealots chanting in Draconic, blood already on the floor, a massive egg glowing at the center of a five-pointed circle carved into the stone. Steel came out. Things got loud and mess and after all a dragon egg can be considered a gold mine, the egg is warm, and somehow… theirs. No one remembers exactly how they ended up carrying it out. The details went fuzzy after the fighting – smoke, screaming, a flash of something that might have been wings or just bad lighting. All they know is the egg is with them now. It changes color every other day. A deep red one morning, then black, then a sickly blue-green that makes the hair on your arms stand up. The local sages go pale when they see it. Word spreads fast among the wrong people. This isn’t just any dragon egg. The church of Tiamat has been hunting for it for years. It’s the last piece they need to crack open the barriers and let Tiamat claw her way back into the world. You’re stuck with it. Smash it and the cult will just dig up the next vessel. Leave it somewhere and someone else will claim it. Keep it alive and every ambitious priest, black-market alchemist, and ambitious warlord will have a claim to unholy power. Some of them will offer gold and protection. Some will smile while they measure your necks for the sacrifice. You won’t know which is which until it’s too late. The new job is simple, Move the egg. Look after it. Figure out who among the temples, the thieves’ guilds, and the dragonborn enclaves is still worth trusting. Dig into the cult’s network before they dig into yours. Every choice leaves a mark– villages burned because you stayed the night, allies who turn coat the second a better offer shows up, prophecies that rewrite themselves. You might stop Tiamat or you may make it worse. Either way, you’re already fucking everything up just by being the ones holding the thing. The church of timat keeps getting closer. And somewhere in the dark, five heads are starting to smile knowing they are so close to getting what they want But hey at least you might become a parent to a wanted dragon hatchling THEMES horror, survival, mystery, fantasy TRIGGERS Canabalism, gore, cults, death, manipulation and more SAFETY MEASURES Session 0, bleeding, breaks, aftercare, retcon and more. PLEASE READ THE WHOLE POST! Thank you 😄 Greetings! I am looking to run a Pokémon Tabletop United game and I am in need of some more players. The system we're using is an updated version of Pokémon Tabletop United. We haven't decided exactly what the game will be about yet, nor the setting, so we're still talking about that kind of stuff! My expectations of you: I expect you to show up on time on a weekly basis and be an active participant. Of course emergencies happen, but if you know that you typically have obligations or situations that arise that will prevent you from playing weekly, DO NOT APPLY! NO POLITICS/REAL WORLD CURRENT DAY STUFF. No politics of any kind. Don't bring your views about current day topics to my game. We're here to have fun. If you are a person who can't help but make everything political, DO NOT APPLY! We will be using Foundry VTT for maps, characters and dicerolling and Discord for voice communication. I will be running the game on Wednesdays during 'european evenings', at 7 PM UTC+2. For Americans, this would roughly be your noon depending on where you are :D A bit about myself: I go by Tenken, and I'm an avid video gamer, writer and generally nerdy guy and tend to get along with most people! I have a lot of free time outside regular working hours, so scheduling won't be an issue from my side. I also use AI to create pictures and stuff, NOT for any story element. Looking to run a Curse of Strahd campaign by-the-book using classic D&D 5e rules! I’m searching for players who enjoy immersive, character-driven roleplay that fits Barovia’s iconic gothic horror theme, but who also love a warm, friendly table atmosphere. Think of it as a "semi-serious" game: we’ll keep the storytelling grounded and atmospheric, but out-of-character, we’re here to relax, share a laugh, and build a great story together. If you’re looking for spooky storytelling paired with a welcoming, low-stress group, send me a message.

I am still working on the idea and the necessary details for the campaign. But starting to look for potentially suitable players beforehand. The story/concept of the campaign: Off the coast of New Oldton a strange mist has appeared. Visible from the docks it initially seemed like a weird weather anomaly that seemed like a great topic to discuss at the local bar. But nothing more. But the mist was there days later, a week. A month. This is when the locals started to feel uneasy about it suddenly appearing. It seemed harmless. It was harmless. Until someone tried to sail into the mist. They never returned. But strange things started happening. Rare flashes or light from whatever the mist was covering. Some say they saw an island with a mountain through the mist. Some claim that they saw a large tower in the middle of the island.  Many stories were spread - each different from the other. And these didn't come from those that were considered *a bit odd* among the townsfolk. Regular people, bakers, smiths, dockworkers, fishermen. But their stories of what they had seen in the mist were almost always different. Now a stranger from out of town seems to be recruiting heroes and adventurers to head an expedition through the mist. A death sentence - or an adventure waiting to happen? Well, the common folk will not be signing up for the journey.  But adventurers like you?...

Traveller: Imperium

Homebrew
House rules, a custom setting, or a system the Game Master wrote themselves.
Newbie friendly
New players are welcome, and nobody expects you to know the rules beforehand.
You are outlaws, operating at the fringes of the once great Kardashev Imperium. Whether driven by ambition, discontent or simple necessity, you seek to find your own fortunes. As radicals and revolutionaries seek to topple the Tzar's reign, and her secret police crack down in an attempt to stem the surge of discontent opportunities are opening for people such as yourself. Perhaps you wish to shape these changing times, to recover lost honours or reshape the future order; or perhaps you simply wish to make it to tomorrow better than today. Either way, times of change present opportunities for the bold.  So, prelude aside, this campaign is an criminal focused Traveller game, set in my original setting, the Kardashev Imperium (Think something inspired by 1890s-1910s Imperial Russia). You as PC's will be doing a range of jobs in the legal fringes of this setting, primarily a mixture of smuggling and heists, with hauling cargo/passengers on the side. Once you make it out of the first adventure you will have your own ship also. The campaign will be a sandbox-ish game, but with a long term focus on building a narrative based on the jobs you take and events that play out in doing said jobs.  Looking at running through Voice on Discord, and Fantasy Grounds as VTT.  As a GM, I generally go for a game where Narrative is supported by mechanics. I'm willing to wing it where it makes more sense, but value mechanical systems to create a certain predictability/consistency to the world. Equally however, I think a primary skill of any good GM is knowing when to rely on mechanics, and when they aren't necessary.  I like to encourage players to have a good sense of their characters, but also to leave space to discover more about who their characters are through play. I don't always make the odds against you fair, but will try to adjudicate impartially. If you come up with something creative, I generally try not to get precious about disruptions to my plans. (Frankly, there are few things as fun on my end as when the PC's come up with something completely unexpected, or approach a task in a way I never thought of). If the odds aren't fair, I don't expect you to play fair either.  Looking to run 4:30PM Saturdays my time (UTC+13). Weekly. Equivalent to 8:30PM Fridays PDT. Usually 2-3 hour sessions.

Fire GOOD!

Homebrew
House rules, a custom setting, or a system the Game Master wrote themselves.
Roleplay focused
Conversation, character and story take up most of the table time.
You are a level one barbarian.  Your village was destroyed while your hunting party was still out in the river plains, so when you returned to the hillside to find everyone slaughtered, you find some things you've never encountered before.  Long pointy things with feathers at the back.  Hats made of something hard and cold.  And more fire than you've ever seen.  Maybe the world is bigger than this isolated valley.  Nothing left here anyway.  The old tales tell of another group of your people who found an almost identical valley by crossing the dry lands beyond the mountains, but none have dared outside the valley for generations. It seems the valley is no longer safe.  Time to set out to find your kin, if any exist. ------- Yes, everyone must begin as a level 1 barbarian.  You will gain a second level at the end of your first session.  The party discovers civilization together and may multi-class at Level 2 into any class of your choosing...or not.  I use a homebrew-ish rule for travel rolls modified from AIME, but other than that we're going with simple 5.5e.  I'm not an overly technical DM, but no edgelords trying to MAXX OUT or dominate the game or the world or anything.  This is grounded in realism, and illiterate, isolated barbarians are going to have some different perspectives.  They dream of good hunts and safety and pray to a pantheon of representative animal spirits that have always protected their tribe.  Your culture has one-syllable names and an egalitarian society with often blurred gender roles and a clothing-optional vibe. Roleplay is essential.  This isn't just hack slash loot.  Milestone campaign, not gonna haggle over XP.  I'm looking for a big enough party (7) that we can meet quorum (4) each time no matter who has to bail. *Barbarian campaign idea adapted shamelessly from a friend's story.

New players are welcome, and nobody expects you to know the rules beforehand.
As the fire consumes the golden leaf, reflecting the divine grace it carries, you once again open your eyes. You´ve died, but you cannot rest until you have fulfilled your purpose. At least your trusty weapon came back with you once again... I would like to start a new campaign in a new setting, heavily inspired by the asthetics and lore fragments of Elden Ring but still my/our own and without any burden of having to know anything about the original game. I´ll introduce you to the basic setting, events and cultures/groups/deities. Some of that lore reflavors, but does not affect the mechanics of, the spellcasting classes. In terms of actual game mechanics, we would play with the following additions/restrictions: -Immortal Characters, reborn after every death at the last resting place until their purpose has been fulfilled. -Mechanically, everyone plays [Variant Human] and starts with one Feat. // The Artificer is (softly) forbidden. -You will all start with your own "Ancestral Weapon" with personalised boons/abilities, which levels with you. Your purpose (as mentioned above) and reason for being brought back to life by Clerics of the Erdtree... Campaign Start: Within the burned remains of Vermara Village, east of the Capital, shortly after the tragedy Divine Mission: Search for the culprits, possibly Fanatics of Flame, and bring them to justice. [You will be given this mission and a starting clue/direction. But your journey isn´t being directly observed so it´s up to your group what (else) you will do...] I´m looking for 3-4 players. We would play weekly on a weekday evening using Discord and Owlbear Rodeo or Atlas VTT. If you are interested and/or have any questions, feel free to message me ^-^

Spinward Vanguard: a SAVAGE WORLD punk space opera

Game starts November 29th. The worldbuilding is mostly based on Stellaris (a toolboxy 4X video game), but I have zoomed into the gritty aftermath of the galaxy where every endgame crisis has already happened and the political structure has collapsed. The Stormtossed Commune At the start of the campaign, players will belong to the Stormtossed Commune. We are fanatic egalitarian and xenophile space pirates operating with the "shared burdens" civic. The Commune was founded 100 years ago by pirates who rebelled against a slaver megacorp called Minamar Specialized Industries. It is currently led by our First Speaker, Nightshade, a non-binary punk rocker who, in addition to governing, takes on a lot of odd jobs around the commune, from veterinary medicine to spaceship maintenance (and always seems to know exactly what they are doing). The Setting & The Threat The Stormtossed founded their commune in a remote location on the planet Breakwater. It sits on the edge of The Indigo, a storm of unnavigable psionic chaos that destroyed a star-faring civilization of space elves called the Isilfar Republic. Now, The Indigo has cleared, revealing the ruins of that society and its incredibly valuable "pre-tech" technology from before the collapse that current manufacturing infrastructure can no longer produce. A megacorp alliance called the Prosperity Axis (including Minamar, Harmonium, and Providence) is looking to exploit the newly opened Isilfar Spinward Frontier. The Stormtossed are in their way, sitting on a planet that would make a highly valuable beachhead. Your Mission Nightshade has gathered a crew of adventurous experts to go into the frontier and find lost technology that could help the Stormtossed resist and disrupt the megacorps and their exploitation. Captain Bax will be leading them as captain of The Vanguard.

Divine Right to Rule - A Small Westmarch PBP

Homebrew
House rules, a custom setting, or a system the Game Master wrote themselves.
Combat focused
Fights, tactics and initiative take up most of the table time.
This continent-spanning campaign takes place in 535 PA. In the wake of a war that is still relatively recent, tensions are high between the countries of Ingentes. Banditry has been rising to alarmingly common levels, Druidic and Arcane magic is outlawed and seen a "Witchcraft" by the Holy Elysian Chamber, and no matter where you go, fear of the other countries and monsters that lurk in the dark is prevalent. This negativity is exactly what the forces that would destroy Ingentes need to spark the fires of war. In this campaign, each player makes their own character and their own decisions. I have an overarching storyline, but there are plenty of branching paths and objectives that allow the heroes to do as they please. Forming a group among yourselves can be expected, but if any of you want to form a splinter group or go on a solo adventure, that's allowed too! This campaign features hack-and-slash adventure, dungeon crawling, mysteries, and political intrigue. There's something for everyone in this campaign, and a full map to explore with a campaign that's written as you progress! To make this easier for everyone, this is a playbypost campaign, a text-based adventure over Discord with no official start or stop: I'll be regularly available almost every day to DM.

Sign up or learn more by clicking here Saturday October 17th @ 7pm Central timezone You’re invited to a masquerade hosted by a family who considers haunted bedrooms a luxury and conversations with dead relatives perfectly polite. Dress your finest. Choose your mask. Try not to offend the ancestors. Tonight, their castle is filled with music, candlelight, and guests celebrating the defeat of a legendary Witch Queen. The hosts are delighted to welcome you. Their daughter has already predicted how you’ll die, but she’s willing to revise her notes. Then midnight strikes—and every light goes out. A voice whispers your name. When the candles return, a noble is dead, an ancient crown is missing, and unnatural fog has trapped everyone inside. Now you’re guests at a party with a killer, a thief, and something haunting the halls that knows more than anyone is willing to admit. Question masked suspects, catch their lies, explore forbidden rooms, and piece together what happened during the blackout. As portraits change and the dead begin speaking, you’ll discover that finding the culprit won’t be enough to save everyone. Someone buried a terrible secret beneath this castle. Tonight, it wants to be heard. Will you protect your charming hosts, help the spirit they fear, or find another way to survive the night?

Newbie friendly
New players are welcome, and nobody expects you to know the rules beforehand.
Greetings potential Historians! My name is Brooke (she/her) and my partner, Asteres (he/him) is planning to DM a long term campaign soon. We are looking to fill 3 seats for a long term campaign that will be ran on Saturdays ~5pm-10pm EST. The world of Sonnubris is a ruined slice of a dying realm whose history is being dissolved by a supernatural storm called Adormiendus. Those who remain cling to fleeting dreams of the past as it is the only method that finds any measure of success on repelling the adverse effects of the storm. People are lost every Waking, but bubbles of disconnected civilizations still exist and have found their own separate dreams. But now, stirrings within the Historia hint that this may be the last gasp for this realm. Can you heroic historians make a difference? (more details in the doc!~) What you can expect from the game: - A character driven narrative with well integrated backstories. - Highly customizable characters. - A respectful and inclusive table. - Homebrew rules, monsters, and items that operate on the chassis of 5.5e with some 5e intermixed. - A long term game that goes into the epic levels without losing balance. - Dynamic battles that will use owlbear rodeo (and theatre of the mind) What we want from you: - Be 21+ - Showing up consistently and making the game a priority. - Be respectful and inclusive. - Be collaborative and supportive of your fellow Historians. - Fun, in depth, and flavorful character ideas, not just a build. - Someone who wants to be friends outside of game, rather than just hopping in for dundah. If this seems interesting to you then you can find more info on the game itself and lore here: Lore and Campaign Roadmap And here is a survey to help us get to know you: Player Survey We'll be reaching out soon!~ Be prepared to talk about character ideas for this setting in a vibe check when we reach out. We plan to do the majority of interviews on Saturday, the 17th, but we understand if another day is needed.

The era of mortals is coming to a close. Time, once a flowing and vast fact of life, is being eaten away by a divine stasis known as The Fog. More than half of the planet and its people have been swallowed by it now, leaving a sparse few beacons of light in the ever growing darkness. Our story begins in the 11th month of the year 3046PS, roughly 60 years after the first sightings of The Fog, as one of the final refugee ships from the west dock in the port city of Punto de Partida. Snow falls upon our fated party as they’re engulfed by the anxious city and its people, having only themselves to fend for against a world nearly frozen. You, dear survivor, live while the timer of the end ticks down. What will you do in the final years of mortals? Will you spend them ignoring the inevitable and indulging in what little comforts are left, or will despair halt you even before stasis arrives? Or maybe you have hope of a miracle, be it from the gods or crafted by your own hands. Just how much, I wonder, would you be willing to lose to save the world? [This campaign is set to be a long-term, slowburn story focused on character development and roleplay. Much of its world, people and cultures are open for players to imagine and make their own, making it perfect for players who love world building and crafting intricate backstories. The story will cover many of the expected topics for a pre/mid apocalyptic setting, as well as heavy themes such as classism, genocide, xenophobia and racisim/speciesism. Other sensitive topics may be covered barring any content that players can choose to veto; my goal as a DM is to make an immersive and realistic world while showing utmost respect to my players while doing so.]

Over the next month or so, I'm learning to play :Otherscape with a couple of friends - we'd love to pick up a couple more people. It's the same system as SoO's rustic fantasy game Legend in the Mist, but set in a dark corpo future. Somehow magic has started reappearing in the world, gives those who can wield it amazing powers. This will only be a short 5-session arc (including session 0 & character creation) so should be a great way to meet a new group!

Mobile Devices Changed the Industry

The rapid adoption of smartphones has reshaped how users access escort directories. Mobile-friendly websites now dominate the industry, allowing visitors to browse profiles from virtually anywhere. Responsive website designs automatically adjust to different screen sizes, ensuring that images, descriptions, and contact forms remain easy to view on phones and tablets. For independent advertisers, mobile technology offers greater flexibility because profiles can be updated instantly while traveling or working. An established agency also benefits from mobile management tools that simplify scheduling and communication. People searching for call girls increasingly rely on mobile devices, while users comparing salt lake city local escorts appreciate websites that load quickly and offer intuitive navigation.

Dungeons and Dragon 5e2024 Dungeon of the Madmage

Hey there. I'm Sam, and I'm hosting a new game that I've been converting over from the old 5e rules to the newer 2024 rules. It's hosted on a server I made for FoundryVTT, and I'm using discord to communicate with the players. The campaign will feature some new quests and npcs mostly found in the Yawning Portal, the starting point of the campaign. The campaign will be starting at character level 5, and I try to do most things RAW, but I have a ruling for exceptions that can be voted on by the party when applicable. The game starts at 4:30 PM CST, and lasts for approximately 3 hours

Runial (Homebrew)

Homebrew
House rules, a custom setting, or a system the Game Master wrote themselves.
Newbie friendly
New players are welcome, and nobody expects you to know the rules beforehand.
The campaign takes place on a homebrew world called Runial. The civilizations that inhabit it are: Civils, the alliance of demi humans such as humans, elves, dwarves, gnomes, halflings, orcs, goblins, and any other manner of humanoid beings. Ferals, which are more animal than humanoid, anthropomorphic creatures made up of any animal species you can imagine. Pseudofauna, which are a mix of demi human and some animal trait. Examples of this include holstaur, winged humans, merpeople and so on. They're distrusted by both Civil and Feral societies though are free to dwell within either albeit with some difficulties. Otherworlders, mysterious beings with special powers that are resistant to Runian natives. They can be any Runian race, although none of them arrive with memories of how they came to be. Civilization for the most part on Runial can be compared to the 1800s. The most advanced parts of the world have access to basic amenities such as rudimentary plumbing and electricity. Weaponry has advanced up to single action revolvers and lever action rifles. Runial in recent times has been plagued by a mysterious weather phenomenon known as the Aetherwind, a warm gentle breeze that rises from the ground, bringing with it motes of multicolored orbs of mana that float gently towards the sky. Any living thing caught in the Aetherwind is quickly and horribly mutated, rarely surviving the process. Alongside the appearance of the Aetherwind came the arrival of beings known as Otherworlders, people with special abilities that boast high resistance to attacks from Runian natives, making them difficult to combat without extreme measures. The Aetherwind began at the most northern point of Runial and over time has crept slowly to the south, pushing the Civil races down towards Feral territories. Ferals, in an attempt to retain their lands, have declared a defensive war on Civils to prevent their encroachment and Civils, desperate to escape the Aetherwind, grab what land they can to survive. The Aetherwind can also appear in random pockets anywhere on Runial, making nowhere truly safe. You are an adventurer that has woken up in an alien looking laboratory with no memories of who you once were or what has been done to you. After a narrow escape, you're now looking for answers alongside others that have also escaped the facility. Note: The game has themes of violence and is somewhat dark in nature without becoming too edgy. We are partially on the second act of the campaign and are looking for 1 additional player for a long term commitment. I prefer newer players and don't mind teaching them, but veterans are ok too. My campaign has some homebrew and mixed elements. I DO use generative AI in creation of character images and some tokens in Foundry. I do NOT use AI in any part of my worldbuilding, character creation, or story progression. The session will take place over Discord mostly through text and voice, but for some sequences such as combat Foundry will be used. If this info dump was enough to entice you, feel free to message me!

Roleplay focused
Conversation, character and story take up most of the table time.
LGBTQ+ friendly
The table is openly welcoming to LGBTQ+ players.
Hello DMs! We are 6 players looking for a Dungeon Master for a RP-focused game. We're hoping for a game set in Exandria but we're open for anything. Most of us are fairly experienced with some room to learn. We're really hoping for a game in which we can enjoy tons of chaos, rp, challenging combats and most importantly, a good story to collaborate in! It should also be clear that this is very much an ANTI-AI zone. We don't want any AI used in the game! We are all in the 20-30 age range and hoping for someone within that range! An experienced DM is preferred, but it's also alright if you're more newer to DMing. We just want someone who's familiar enough with the 5.5e rules! Of course, we will having our game over on Discord as well. We'll go through a interview process to get vibe checks and make sure everyone gets along! Please DM me if interested, let's roll some dice! :) System: D&D 5.5e with D&D Beyond Sheets VTT: Roll20, Foundry

Grael Infinite Plaguelands - Ruins of Hope

Homebrew
House rules, a custom setting, or a system the Game Master wrote themselves.
Roleplay focused
Conversation, character and story take up most of the table time.
Its been 40 years since the incident in Ion occured which would lead to its tragic fate. A strange winged creature broke through the titanic structure of the dome of the city. Whatever did clearly leading to its irreparability. Within few years the city became a desolate ruin and its citizens were forced to flee underground. Eventually the project to rebuild Ion was tasked to the main overseer - Regina Vivingon Leigh. Yet the overworld of the Baronny isnt entirely happy with the notion of Ion coming back. The nearby circle city of Elrond is determined to prevent this task. You all were tasked with scavenging the ruins of Old Ion to find secrets in it, something that could help Elrond find where the people of Ion are hiding and what was so special about Ion. Whether youre doing it out of curiosity, to earn favour with the rulers of Elrond, or simply for the reward isnt important. The important thing is that you come prepared. Its said that there are strange threats lurking in the shadows of the ruin. The DM Greeting TTRPG community. My name is Shiv, a 22 year english teacher/amateur musical performer/ drag queen and I hail from Poland. I have been DM'ing for 5+ years, including a weekly monday campaign which has been going regularly since august last year and will go on for another year at least. My DM'ing history is exclusive to dnd which is a system I have a certain mastery in reshaping to my whims. As a DM I am very pro homebrew (as you will see later in the post) and I encourage player creativity, as long as it fits the setting we're in. I prioritise story and plot and thus always make sure that character backstories and themes are tied to at least one prominent plot point. First part of the password is: The. I pride myself on connecting things quite organically and can do so halfway through the story so dont be worried about your characters dieing :3 Another thing i pride myself on is handling tough themes in stories with respect they require and subjecting characters to hardship. In my campaigns, and especially this one, victories are hard earned, but when you do earn them, its a triumph. Despite the above statement I dont enjoy punishing my players I actively need to force myself to give adequate consequences, but trust and believe - If you act stupid, you will get an appropriate response. On the topic of consequences I do have a zero nonsense policy on problematic behaviour. If I notice an issue, I will speak with the player and let them adress their behaviour. We're here to work together to tell a story not against each other. All this makes me sound like a serious person but I am very much a jokester and always try to liven the mood when possible. I just take my responsibility as DM quite seriously. I make more than half the maps I use as well as all the enemies you fight, magic items you get and I am always willing to make a subclass for someone If asked nicely. The World In short Grael is a post-post-apocalyptic setting. The apocalyptic event happened way over 3000 years ago and the world learnt to live around it. The Second part of the password is: Ground Progress has been made both magically and technologically, including a broad train system and everyone's favourite airships. All this progress is mainly in opposition to the ever present threat of Decay - the magical force that aims to corrode and rot away everything, living and unliving. The pace of progress is combated by the pace of the Decay strengthening, seeming like a futile attempt to simply slow down the inevitable doom of all life. Those who can bear some Decay intensity will in open settlements like the broad circle cities and the water-fairing Mazzeras, but others hide in the steampunk Fortresses, colourful Carnival Courts or underground all the way to the underdark (more info in the Grael master doc below). Overall this world combines different visions of a post-apocalyptic world with different types of dystopian societies to create a truly one of a kind Existentialism nightmare. The Player The perfect player for this campaign is someone who is writing out their character on a psychological level. In this game choices matter and when I say they matter, They Matter, how you choose to approach the conflicts will dictate how the different microcosms will change. Thus how the character approaches choice-making, what choices they make, how do they argue them and how do they live with consequences is chief. This player must be consistent. The Third part of the password is: Awaits. The game doesnt stop when someone has to miss a session. The only way a campaign can live is through players who make this a priority of some sorts to them, not show up when they feel like it. I am looking for storytellers, people who want to achieve something with tje characters they write. Intentionality is key and so is creating a proper theme. I dont need 20+ pages of backstory, half is enough often times. Some of the most interesting characters I had in my campaigns had bulletpoint backstories. You cant be rules rigid. This is s roleplay first campaign. You say what you want to do and my job is to tell you if it is possible and if its see through the consequences accordingly. Sometimes I might need to be corrected on how certain rules work, but oftentimes when I dont do something rules as written, there is a reason. This also extends to the fact I am veru homebrew forward and have some homebrew rules of my own. Finally, I am running this campaign for my friend, after last time we did it in this setting fell apart. Me and my friend tend to be obnoxious together, but we can buckle down and have serious moments and Rp. I expect the same from you all, dear applicants. The Game Still awake? I can put on some subway surfers in the background if it is boring. We will be playing 5e 2014 dnd however we will be utilising the Weapon Mastery feature from 2024 as well as using 2024 variants of spells for healing (mandatory) and other spells (optional). The game takes place on Tuesdays 8pm to 11 pm CEST. The fourth part of the password is: You. The day and time is non-negotiable. There might be cases where we might want to run longer just to finish something so I would ask you be open to that. Voice and all communication will be done through the dedicated discord server. The game itself will be held in foundry (if i figure out how to use it) Next tuesday I plan there to be a session 0 but it might be postponed to the next week If I need more time vetting applicants. The actual game will begin 2 weeks after session 0, to ensure proper time for character creation. The game will start at level 3, but I tend to have a quick pace with level ups. Applying Since I already have 1 player, I will be looking for 3-4 players to fill up the roster. I will be collecting application till friday evening when I will close the form so probably around 10 pm. People I select from the form will move on to the voice interview portion where after all calls are made I shall inform all voice-vetted applicants of their verdicts. I will not be contacting people not accepted on the application form stage. To apply you must fill-out the form, I will not be reading any private reddit messages from anyone. All answers that you need to find out are already in the post. DnD 5e

Homebrew
House rules, a custom setting, or a system the Game Master wrote themselves.
May only have one spot left... Free to Play. 2014/2024 mixed rules. I'm still relatively new to DMing so some decisions are made on the fly in regards to rules but I try to stick with general DnD rules. Intimate scenes fade to black if any and no forced relationships. No murder hobos (I will kick you out). No min maxers/power gamers.  Homebrew setting and universe. Equal percentage roleplay, exploration, combat. I encourage roleplay but it's up to players to want to do more or less. It's mostly open world but there is still some storylines that can be followed or explored. Campaign started with 4 players. We got to session 10 last month and level 3 before one person had a family medical situation that has him out for the time being (may return) and another left for their own reasons.  Looking for 2-3 players. The original schedule was every other week on Saturdays starting at 7pm MST (AZ). And usually going for 3 hours maximum. I'm open to weekly but need to check with the remaining two players. The campaign is on hold until I find 2-3 more players. New players will start at level 3. The OG players started the campaign coming from other universes and mysteriously teleported to this one. New players will have the choice to be from this world or be teleported in like the others. Open for discussion. Currently have a Human Paladin, a Tiefling Warlock, and (if he returns) a Tiefling Ranger. There is a Table Convention document (basically rules and agreements) that I'd like to go over before you join.

Expect combat, investigation, exploration, roleplay, mystery, and plenty of workplace humor. I'm a new DM, so I'm still learning and improving as we go. I plan to begin as a oneshot I'm looking for players interested in a long-term campaign, character development, and building a story together. New players are welcome! Akkra: The Phaselands [5.5e]

Newbie friendly
New players are welcome, and nobody expects you to know the rules beforehand.
TLDR: I run a group on Thursdays and a separate group on Mondays. Thursday's group had a player drop, so fresh blood is needed. The Campaign is ~25 sessions in. We're looking for someone that likes roleplay and doesn't mind joining a campaign in progress. Imgur (Hook, World Map) <- Read me! Description: Set in a war-torn land where old alliances are barely remembered and new friends are hard to trust, the players are a rag-tag group of survivors attempting to mend the ties of the nation and unravel a plot that would seal its fate. Explore a sandbox dark world with never before seen eras of history, lore, books, races, factions and locations. The structure of the world itself seems unstable and something seeps trough the cracks. Akkra is a low-magic setting with spellcasters being prosecuted by a zealous religious order. Its rulers and leaders are few, untrusting and have a guarded approach to outsiders. What’s left of the Kingdom suffers, its borders crumble and outside invasion is only a matter of time. While there is a main plot laid out, and quite a few ready adventures within Akkra, just begging to be stumbled over and followed, Akkra is also built up from the ground to be a completely Free-roam Sandbox where the players can do just about anything they want, and of course, suffer the consequences. GM: I've been playing and DMing on and off since 2014. Experience Required: None. New players and Veterans both welcome. The game will be geared towards newer players if needed. System: D&D-5e-2024 & 2014 (Homebrew allowed - if discussed.) Current Level: 4 Player Count: 4 Session 0: Will be a 1on1 introduction to Akkra, my DMing style, and if needed; D&D5e and FoundryVTT. -------------------------- Schedule: Bi-weekly - Thursday 18:30 CET, Expected runtime: 3-4 hours. Play as many sessions as it takes to get to level 13. Where: Foundry VTT, Discord for voice. Content Warnings: Gore, Horror, Body Horror, Hopelessness, Claustrophobia, Religious Parallels, Death, War, Potential Others (Content will be discussed in Session 0) Age Restriction: 18+ Homebrew: Potentially allowed, but must be discussed beforehand. (5e 2014 content is allowed (even preferred), but not officially supported) -------------------------- How to apply: MSG me 🎯

Roleplay focused
Conversation, character and story take up most of the table time.
Newbie friendly
New players are welcome, and nobody expects you to know the rules beforehand.
One way or another, you came into contact with something that doesn't belong in this world. Unlike most, you didn't run or hide, you awoke to your purpose. To protect those around you and the world at large from this unknown threat. But nobody survives the Hunt alone. Come together, form a crew, and prove that humanity is capable of pushing back what lurks in the shadows. Thanks for checking this out! For further details, feel free to send me a message but here's some quick notes - Please be 21+ if you want to apply. This is a personal preference, and the World of Darkness generally deals with some heavy themes - Roleplay Focused: Mechanics and game systems of course will still be used and applied. But the primary goal will be crafting a collaborative, interesting story! - Little to no experience is perfectly alright! Pathfinder 1e Reign of Winter AP

Adult
The table is for players who are 18 or over.
I (M29) am looking for additional players interested in playing through Reign of Winter. I have been DMing pathfinder for just over a decade and have run a couple of APs before including RoW. I had a lot of fun running RoW the first time with its dark twisted fairytale vibe for my main group and would love to run it again. Game would be hosted weekly on Sunday evenings over discord and roll 20. I run a pretty balanced game between combat and RP. I would like to run a module first to make sure everyone likes the vibe of the table before starting an AP. The module will likely take 2-4 sessions. I allow all Paizo official content and character creation rules will be provided before a session 0. Experienced and new players to rpgs or pathfinder 1e are welcome.

Roleplay focused
Conversation, character and story take up most of the table time.
Teens
The table is meant for teenage players, so the tone and content stay age-appropriate.
Hello my name is Valentine, I'm 16. I'd like other teen players who are interested in modern Japanese culture. We will play as homeless teenagers in a fantasy version of modern Tokyo. It is inspired off of Japanese pop culture, not Japanese history or at least not a lot. The settings are based off of real Japanese locations in Tokyo. Here is the google form and the google slides for the campaign!!! We will be playing on a discord group chat, it's mostly text based but if you all want to be on call I'll join on mute! I write better when I'm texting and not talking.

Welcome to the apocalypse, Agent. This campaign focuses on all the scenarios from "A Night at the Opera" with additional content taken from "The Labyrinth" and "The Good Life" scenario added. If you're interested in trying out the system, this is absolutely the game for you! We will be playing on Discord with VC and primarily TotM. The Handler Hi! My name is Adam and I've been running Delta Green for about a year now, with it being my absolute favorite system. I'm 21 years old and my pronouns are he/him. Dnd 5e Crooked Moon

We are running a campaign of Crooked Moon and are pretty early in the campaign.  The setting is kind of dark and folk horror themed.  We just lost one member and have an opening for 1 or maybe 2 more players.  It is a pretty casual game and I am a pretty new DM.  I've run multiple oneshots but this is my first campaign.  New players are welcome!

Black clouds boil overhead, signaling the impending storm set to ravage this section of the Sword Coast. At odds with the upcoming Highharvesttide, you hope to make it to Daggerford before the heavens above open up in a downpour that threatens to drown even ocean dwellers. In an unconscious motion, you reach into your bag, touching the reason you've even made the journey here..... Good day! I am your DM of 12 years, Jeidi, and I am looking for some brave adventurers to join in on a modified game of Curse of Strahd! This is a safe space, and I do not tolerate bigotry of any kind, as I myself am genderfluid. The big requirements for players are that you be respectful and communicative. I am looking at playing on Friday evenings either weekly or biweekly, time to be decided. I can host or we can find a space to play in. Any questions or interest, feel free to DM me, and I'll be happy to answer. Happy gaming, as, after all, the Mists await....

Krynn: Choked by Black Thorns

Newbie friendly
New players are welcome, and nobody expects you to know the rules beforehand.
LGBTQ+ friendly
The table is openly welcoming to LGBTQ+ players.
Centuries ago, the gods of the world known as Krynn abandoned their children. As they left, they ripped the lands asunder in what we now know as the Cataclysm, with few records remaining of the times before. Now, the vast organization known as the Seekers search for signs of new divinity. If the old gods are gone, surely new gods will step in to take their place? Their passion and faith in the future of Krynn has led them to bring hope and succor to the survivors of a broken world. You are citizens of the town known as Solace, beloved for its vast Vallenwood tree at the center. Rumor has it that the High Theocrat of Solace, Seeker Hederick, has received information about where proof of the new gods can be found. What none know is that something is terribly wrong with Krynn. Eight heroes should be meeting in Solace, and their destiny should lead Krynn out of the Age of Despair. But Krynn's past has been altered by the thorns of a black rose. Now the world is in your hands. And you're no hero. You're a commoner, the salt of the earth, someone whose potential has been crushed by the reality of life in the Age of Despair. Sometimes, you dream of glory, but then morning comes again. But in secret, in the forests where no one is watching, or in the basements of those who you can trust completely, you train. When the darkness comes, you will raise a torch. And do all you can to make it enough. "Krynn: Choked by Black Thorns" is a reimagining of the classic Dragonlance saga from the weary eye of a man in 2026. This is not an actual play, just a friends-and-family style game that happens to be online. I've chosen Pathfinder 2e as the ruleset because I've had at least five years of experience running games online in that system, but I also spent a few years running Dungeon Crawl Classics online. Interested players must be members of or allies to the LGBTQ+ community. The game leans slightly towards the "dungeon crawl" type of play; roleplaying is strongly recommended but it will be the player's responsibility to make sure it does. New players are extremely welcome. Art is political, and this is the story of downtrodden people rising up to take their world back. "Black Thorns" is not for everyone; see a doctor if conditions worsen or new symptoms appear. For a very clear statement about what you can and should expect from this game, see ScreamingWyvern's Table Rules.

The Game Master charges a fee to run the game.
I'm running this game on StartPlaying: Here's the Link: https://startplaying.games/adventure/cmqh35gz8000pla04qk1wixvp Eldritch Horror & Faction Intrigue The city of Drakkehneim lies in ruins. In this deadly metropolis, you’ll find riches, power, and glory… or possibly death. That happens a lot, too. TYPE Campaign SYSTEM Dungeons & Dragons 5e LEVELS 1–13 EXPERIENCE Open to all AGE 18+ When the meteor fell, everything changed. The city of Drakkenheim, capital of the great nation of Westemar, was shattered by the impact. Yet that was just the beginning. The uncontrolled magic that seeped from this fallen stone generates twisted horrors and spreads chaos in the fallen city. Can this plague of mutations and monsters be contained? Could the power of the meteor be turned to benevolent purposes? Can anyone bring together the fiercely divided factions of Drakkenheim? It will take some pretty bold (or perhaps insane) adventurers to find out. Dungeons of Drakkenheim is an adventure that lives at the intersection between H.P. Lovecraft and George R. R. Martin. Equal parts eldritch horror and political intrigue, this setting offers a unique take on D&D lore where magic is met with suspicion, the gods are distant and silent, and your choices have long-term consequences. It’s perfect for players who like both their combat and moral choices to be challenging. If you’re looking for a long-form campaign in which your characters will grow from humble novices into mighty champions, pursue unique personal quests, and face dangers the likes of which you’ve never seen, then the city of Drakkenheim is waiting for you. WHAT TO EXPECT • An Adventure from Levels 1 to 13+: What doesn’t kill you will make you stronger on this sweeping, long-form quest. • Setting-Specific Classes, Subclasses, and Feats: Each major class in 5e gets at least one new subclass you can choose. Or you can try out the Apothecary, an INT-based occultist who exploits forbidden knowledge. • Compelling Story-First Play: Step into an epic tale of mystery, drama, and escalating stakes. As you explore the haunted city, dark secrets and startling revelations tell a vast and majestic story. • Personal Quests: Your PC’s background and history lead to a unique personal mission that will be instrumental in the overarching plot. • Vast Sandbox: Explore Drakkenheim the way you want to. Your actions drive the unfolding plot in this non-linear adventure. • A Living World: Experience a coherent, brilliantly conceived setting with deep lore. You’ll meet distinctive NPCs with their own personalities, motives, and stories that bring this world to life. • Unique Adversaries: The setting pits you against unknown horrors twisted by magical contamination… and your GM loves to homebrew monsters, too! • Political Intrigue: Five factions compete for dominance in the city, each with their own agenda. You’ll need to decide who you trust and who you oppose in the ever-shifting political landscape. • Many Surprises: Even if you’re familiar with the campaign, expect new twists and custom homebrew content that will make this journey through Drakkenheim fresh and exciting.

The Ruination of a Kingdom

Homebrew
House rules, a custom setting, or a system the Game Master wrote themselves.
Welcome to Wradia, a realm once ruled by the wise King Affel but now plunged into chaos and despair following his untimely death. The land is fractured, its people scattered and beset by danger on all sides. Noble houses vie for power in a brutal civil war, brigands and slavers prey on the weak. Amidst this turmoil, whispers of monsters and other horrors returning plunge what little hope is left.  Wradia is a land of contrasting beauty and horror, where the remnants of a once-thriving kingdom struggle beneath the yoke of war. The landscape is marked by once-majestic castles, now besieged by armies clad in the colors of their lords. Villages swollen with refugees or eerily deserted. The common folk, whom the nobles vow to protect, often find themselves abandoned as the squabble for power intensifies.  This campaign is grimdark, focusing heavily on themes of survival and the moral ambiguities of war. Choices will often not be between good and evil, but between the lesser of two evils, and every victory is tinged with loss. The harsh reality of Wradia will test not just the combat prowess of your characters but their will to endure and the depth of their resolve.

This is a livestreamed campaign. Weekly on Sundays starting at 7pm CET/CEST, going for 3 (or a little longer) hours. We did already have 4 players, but one has little time so we are thinking of making her character a recurring guest character. We are currently 3 Sessions + 1 Oneshot deep in the world of Praegisia. - The Eternal Summer Night The Kingdom of Velengard was prosperous for almost a thousand years, with its endless army of devoted knights and talented sorcerers. They were able to hold their own against those who wished to do them harm, winning war after war until the whole world of Praegisia knew of their might and power. Many wished to join Velengard's kingdom in search of work and studying, and they were welcomed with open arms by the Queen. Alas, even the mightiest kingdoms must fall eventually, though it was not because of war or internal conflict - it was because of what came to be known as The Eternal Summer Night. A faithful day came where the sun simply vanished out of the sky and the land was covered in endless darkness. What was curious was that only the Kingdom of Velengard had lost its light. It seemed that the other kingdoms and the rest of Praegisia remained unchanged. The Eternal Summer Night caused a decrease in resources and an increase in sickness. The lack of sunlight, though welcomed by some, was mostly shunned by others. Slowly, the Kingdom of Velengard began to lose its people. Those who remained either did so because of the Queen's orders or because of their own death wish. The priests at the temples begged their Gods to intervene. The sorcerers and wizards channeled magic in a vain attempt to find out just what was going on. In the end, nothing changed. Velengard, to this day, is still drowning in darkness.

This is a short homebrew campaign set in the animal world of Ecosia! This is hopefully the first of many more sessions to come in other modules and worlds to explore.  We are using 5e2024 rules with a bit of homebrew around the races to choose from as they are animal races. This one shot is made for 5 players starting at level 10. Characters have already been made if you are new to roleplaying and need a bit of help. It is more of fun/comedic story and hopefully not so daunting.  Not to reveal too much, but this is a mystery story with some horror elements. Players should be 18+ and all are welcome. This will be my first time DMing online so I look forward to giving it a go.
