Hi, my name is George. I am 25, currently working as a special needs teacher. I've been playing D&D for about 2 years now, and I'm familiar with both the 2014 and 2024 rules, so either works for me. I'm a complete beginner when it comes to Daggerheart though, I've just read through the core rules a few times and watched others play, so I haven't actually sat down at a table for it yet. Schedule-wise, weekdays I'm free after 18:00 GMT+3, weekends pretty much whenever, and I'm generally flexible if a group needs something different. Looking for a group that meets regularly, once a week ideally. I show up when I say I will. Not the guy who ghosts three sessions in. Playstyle-wise I am into both a good combat and a good role-play. Whatever the session calls for. A few characters I've played recently: Atlas Skypillar, a stone giant goliath berserker barbarian, in a murder mystery campaign. Oran Monnarge, a thief rogue halfling, in "The Black Powder Barrel: The Murder of Tobias Jake." And Hachi the Isetsu, a skeletal blade warrior, in a oneshot. One game I'd really love to get into is Curse of Strahd. I was actually supposed to join a long-term campaign for it a while back, but I had to switch towns for work and my old DM only ran in-person games, so that fell through. Still hoping to find my way into a Strahd game eventually. As for taste, I'm all about drama and a good plot twist. I like joking around at the table when the moment allows it, but I can also read the room and get serious when the scene needs it. Outside D&D I'm big into dungeon crawlers like Etrian Odyssey and Pokemon Mystery Dungeon, and tactical games too, Fire Emblem mainly, though I'll admit I never got past the GBA titles. And Castlevania is probably my favorite series overall, so gothic castles, cursed families, that whole vibe is right up my alley. I can't wait to get to know new people and to enjoy playing a story together 😁

Hello, there! I am a veteran player (38-years-old) who switched to D&D 5.5 ever since its release and has played sessions weekly (even multiple times a week). My window of availability is between 6 AM and 11:30 AM, and between 2 PM and 10:30 PM, CET times. I like exploration and all kinds of discoveries. I enjoy RP the most when it furthers the characters, the campaign's story or both. I like combat especially when it mixes in interesting mechanics and objectives, and when I can be creative in my descriptions and my actions. I love overcoming challenges, whatever form they take, through teamwork and preparation. I like believable character actions, because I value immersion a lot, which is why I generally prefer a serious tone over a silly one. Jokes are more than fine, but I much prefer it when they don't undercut tense and emotional moments. As a player, I'm committed, invested in the story and a note-taker, I gravitate the most towards themes related to morality, knowledge/lore and creativity/art, I take my time to gather information and strategize, and I'm good-aligned pretty much always. I never come into a campaign with a clear idea on what character to play, as I very much enjoy trying to weave species, class, concept and backstory with the campaign's world, letting the latter inspire character creation itself. So I tend to ask some questions after I join a new game, to get a better idea and then decide, with an eye on party composition as well. As a person, I'm a big believer in fairness, I'm as anti-toxicity as it gets, and I'm respectful, inclusive, punctual and communicative.

Well met, stranger. I'm hiddenson. I've played different rpgs since the 90's, mostly as GM. I prefer GMing because I love world building and long-term campaigns. I revel in many layered plots that peel like a bag of onions, tuning preset worlds to my signature flavor of horror and hardcore mechanics. My style is deeply immersive, roleplay heavy, and Rule of Cool. I prefer acting in the first person with people who invest creativity in their characters. At the moment, I'd like to focus on horror games and Cyberpunk. I'd love to play other settings of the World of Darkness. I have extensive experience in Call of Cthulhu in the 1920's as well as in Cyberpunk 2020 so I'll adapt to new editions easily. That's the basics, the most basic of basics if you will. What I'm looking for is a very chill group. Like, the vibes need to be on point. We're talking acceptance, whimsy, patience, laughs and a general cheery disposition all around. I need folks who are patient with people who have had a traumatic brain injury (I was introduced to a cement wall at high speeds as a youth). I struggle with nailing down mechanics, it takes a while to really cement them in my head. So I'll often be "Uh...Uh....Uh...*click* is that it?"ing around or "Remiiiiiind me how I...."... I'm also exceedingly awkward and shy around new groups. It's a challenge, the anxiety is real and hasn't abaited in my ADVANCED age. If anything it's gotten worse. Despite being a human of unusual size, I'm soft spoken. It's not you, it's me. But I'll warm up. I value "Rule of Cool" over hard mechanics. Hi I'm Nunya, I've been playing table top games and online games for several years. I'm recently DMing my homebrew game and am looking for a few people to join.

Looking to play theory crafted builds and make friends. I DM an in person game but don't get the chance to play a character myself. Mostly just want to play Assassin Rogue variants because I haven't been able to play a character since 5e came out and rogue is my favourite. My availability is late night Tuesdays or Thursdays EST (UTC - 5) Experience level is good enough to preplan my turn. I like playing roleplay first and pick mechanics that fit the character idea. If I don't know how to say something in character I'll just say the words plainly and explain how it would be delivered. I enjoy the roleplay but don't want it to delay moving the dialogue along to the next person. Overall though I like frequent combat. I'm not starved for role-playing in the DM chair from my in person game. I like minor meta gaming where the players can do some planning mid Initiative and stuff but nothing more than "hey I'm going after this monster this turn, good plan?" And keeping track of each other's hit points, spell slots, features, you get it. Since I havent played a character in a while probably am on the min-max side of things. I swear I'm chill but I have ideas id like to test and just have fun with. Cant really sneak attack crit as a monster against players in the DM seat, not usually considered a cool move. So also would like a game where magic items can be, with good effort, either procured, crafted, or looted to fulfill power fantasy.

I prefer a good balance of combat and roleplay; so I'm not really into dungeon-crawls (all combat, no roleplay), but also not interested in political intrigue either (all roleplay, no combat). I'm available most evenings; just can't do evenings on Wednesdays (I'm in US Central Time). I would prefer weekly games, and I will not join paid games. I consider myself an intermediate player, but only about half of my experience is actually playing. There's been a long stretch of time that I haven't played, but I've still been reading all sorts of D&D stuff and hyperfixating on different things. Because of this, I have a lot of ideas of classes I'd like to play, while I've only actually played a handful. My current idea is to try out sorcerer, but paladin and warlock seem cool too. I also just started watching Rigamaroll, and I'm fascinated by the Daggerheart system, so I'd love to try that as well.

Hello. I am a 17 (almost 18) year old who really wants to play a game of DnD. I've played once before and had a total blast. just really wanna chop people in half with my Dragonborn fighter wielding a Great Axe. I am very inexperienced and would like to game with just a few players and a DM so I can learn and grow. Would like a nice balance between roleplay and combat. And want to start at level 1. Also I have a tendency to swear as well as be rather dark with my humor. Or on the flip side make the worst pun you ever heard. I usually play some form of Sorcerers, Gish's and if I play outside of that I play Oracle or ninja or gunslinger (Summoner if allowed). Hi! I'm Em and I'm looking to get back into TTRPGs after being away from it for 10+ years. It's been quite a while since I've actually played, but I'm definitely not new to roleplaying! Been writing fantasy roleplay and creating original characters since 2013 and I'm always growing and learning. Character development, backstory, and collaborative storytelling are the parts of the game that excite me most. I love creating characters who feel real (although can be cliche at times). Most have complicated histories, conflicting moralities, and room to change as the story unfolds. Because I've been away from it for so long, I'm way rusty on the mechanics and newer rules and need some guidance. I'm very willing to learn, though. I'm overall interested in telling a great story with the rest of the table and I'll follow everyone's lead on that. My playstyle definitely leans roleplay and character-driven, although I enjoy combat and exploration as parts of the story as well. I especially love campaigns where characters can develop meaningful relationships with one another and where their choices, beliefs, histories, and such actually matter. Give me moral dilemmas, and character arcs and lasting dire consequences!! I'm all for it. I have quite a few original fantasy characters that could potentially be adapted for RPGs, but I'm also willing to develop a whole new character to fit scenarios or homebrew worlds! I love characters who are so ugly that they're beautiful, absolutely monstrous on the outside but have shining personalities within (such as a Myconid Priestess, a headless Dullahan, and a ghoul pirate captain) but I've also had some downright baddies (such as a dragonkin princess, a holy paladin, and a merfolk bard). Hi there! I'm a mature player looking for a game with people who love the comraderie of roleplay. I enjoy a game that is heavy RP balanced with combat, problem solving, political intrigue, travel, survival or whatever aspects the GM wants to put our merry band up against. I'm in your world now. I love homebrews and I'm looking for a sandbox game with an experienced GM who understands and values player agency. Play Style: I'm serious about having fun. I'm low maintenance and I fit well into most groups that are focused on the campaign at hand. I'm a stickler about showing up on time to every session. I put a good effort into making my characters as much for for the GM and other players are they are for me. I'm not much of a min/maxer. I don't know the powerful builds as I tend to add to my characters in a manner consistent with their back story. I write modest back stories and try to include multiple hooks that the GM might choose to use somewhere along the road. I prefer to see a good story or interesting outcome rather than fuss over rules. I tend to get in character and stay in character for an entire session. Don't ask me for a character concept until I have some understanding of the campaign lore. I like to create characters that feel part of the world. Themes: I'm less interested in modern settings or horror, more interested in traditional high fantasy. Experience: I was first introduced to DnD5e online at the front end of the pandemic and have played multiple games since then. I have GMed homebrews in 5e on several occasions, but my first choice now and forever is to participate as a member of the party. I prefer Foundry VTT, but I have participated in past games using Roll20 and DndBeyond. I have fairly in depth knowlege of the inner workings of FVTTv12/13. I have my own Foundry server currently running v14 with no particular end in mind. Prefered Times: I'm in Ontario Canada (UTC-4) and would prefer games that were afternoons or evenings local time. North American games or evening UK/EU games can fit my schedule nicely. I'm available any day except Thu and Sat. My ideal schedule would be a weekly game of at least 3-4 hours. I'm not adverse to longer sessions, provided we have appropriate intermissions. My Setup: I have a nice quiet office and professional studio quality audio chain. I don't use a web cam. I often enjoy games that focus on a smaller parts of an extensive world, with a constant dose of thrilling combat, fun & chaotic character interactions and mysteries that don't rely on cheap twists to keep themselves going. I enjoy dark/serious topics as much as a story of our characters basically dicking around. I prefer campaigns that are on the medium/longer side. I can do one-shots/short missions, but I find that I only really enjoy them when they are interconnected with a larger narrative. Currently interested in trying out other systems than D&D, most prominently Lancer(I love mechs) and Mutants&Mayhem(I love superheroes).
